02/09/2025: The hotel is in a beautiful panoramic location, surrounded by greenery. The prices are fair, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are spacious enough. The property could use some updating, but for a short stay at this price, it's more than adequate, especially considering the beautiful setting.

29/08/2025: I called the day before to reserve an umbrella, asking for the price of an umbrella and two loungers. I was told 20, but when we arrived at the beach, we paid 35.
Communication between the staff was so poor that when we booked by phone, our reservation hadn't been communicated to the beach. The beach showers were inaccessible, dirty, and one even had excrement in it. No comment.
21/08/2025: I'm told that only on Wednesdays can you enjoy such a relaxed atmosphere, with lovely, soothing background music. You can enjoy some of the best pizza I've ever had! I've also seen some interesting dishes being offered... But the pizza is simply fantastic!

For lunch on a weekday, including cover charge, drinks, and all-you-can-eat, I spent €17.50!

10/09/2025: The staff is very friendly and available to answer any questions... soft music accompanies the meal... a refined atmosphere... very good pizza, as is everything else on the menu. Also recommended for those just passing through and not staying at the hotel!
30/08/2025: We met for dinner at this osteria because we were guests of the hotel that hosts it. The location is very quiet, peaceful, and intimate, beautifully decorated.
We ordered a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, which was delicious and very generous.
For our first course, we had the farmer's moons with caciotta fondue and saffron oil—very good and creamy.
For our second course, we ordered a generous slice of beef with arugula pesto, confit cherry tomatoes, and a delicious and flavorful Parmesan mousse. We also ordered lamb ingots with seasonal vegetables and a reduction of Bianchello del Metauro, which were also tender and delicious.
The desserts… a surprise!
Highly recommended!

07/11/2025: A 30-minute wait for breakfast is truly unthinkable. The place is empty, and after 20 minutes they tell us it's because it takes longer to cook the eggs. It's as if they'd picked them up from under the chicken. Every time we come, it's incredibly slow. The people who work here don't give a damn.
14/08/2025: It hasn't changed since they opened. The food is like any other McDonald's, but the service is slow, too slow, and the food, drinks, or ingredients inside the sandwiches are always missing. It's a place to eat in an emergency... but what a hassle!
