12/01/2026: Terrible online order management! Ordered on December 29th and still haven't received it due to the courier! I've contacted them several times, via chat, phone, and finally email, but they continue to be absent! On the other hand, they bombard you with emails... I'm sorry, but my last purchase with them... you can't just get good products at a good price. If you sell online, you ABSOLUTELY MUST BE PUNCTUAL AND EFFICIENT!

12/01/2026: Lack of professionalism. Delivery already a month late, goods never received. No answer on the phone. No response via email despite reminders sent weeks later... Still waiting for a refund...

03/09/2025: We booked an umbrella for two and a half days. The price seemed fair. You can have lunch directly at the establishment. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but we ate well. The staff is young and friendly, and the waits are minimal. Since we didn't use the umbrella for two half days due to a storm, perhaps I would have expected a slight discount on the rate. The beach is wide and easy to use. For those who have never been there before, it's interesting to discover that instead of sand, there's gravel. The establishment is very close to the port of Numana. The advantage is that a stroll along the harbor is always interesting: fishermen mending their nets, yachts moored like you'd never see in the Caribbean, and port life. Every now and then, however, a few wafts of "port scent" waft in on the wind.

29/08/2025: A beach club run by very friendly and helpful young people, very close to a convenient parking lot. The beach is clean and well-organized, and the bar is top-notch. Salads, piadinas, and aperitivo are a must-try. The music is great. Recommended. UPDATE: Maria's little tuna sandwiches are worth a visit alone! Trust me!

17/05/2026: I've been a customer for many years, and I've been there for years, but today was the last time. I never get a smile. The staff always gives me a cold welcome. It feels like they're doing you a favor if they serve you, and it's a real shame because it's the best bar in San Benedetto del Tronto. My advice is to always smile at the customers who bring you money.

01/05/2026: Very slow service despite adequate staff. Customers aren't given priority; they have to get up to call someone to place their order. Coffee takes a long time to arrive, especially after the croissant.

12/09/2025: The homemade crescia, made according to the traditional recipe, is the best I've ever eaten. Cesare is a truly wonderful person. Highly recommended!

29/08/2025: Since cafes offering gluten-free breakfasts are unfortunately few and far between, and if they do exist, they only offer packaged products, we found this place 20 minutes from Sirolo, where we're staying. Excellent breakfast and a great selection. I'm giving it one star because we bought pizza slices for my son and sister, who can't eat gluten, and more than half of the slices were completely inedible, burnt. I understand that throwing away food isn't nice, but I don't think these products should be sold.

15/03/2026: I seriously wonder how a place like this is still open. There were at least 700 of us crammed into a room that could only hold 250, so cramped we couldn't get up from our tables, and the baking dishes were perched on top of everyone's plates. We started eating at 11 PM, which is already shameful, and on top of that, the food was appalling to say the least. They didn't even have enough bottles of water for everyone, so they had to bring us half-liter bottles, after insisting five times that we could drink still water. What I personally find even more serious and shameful is the presence of ONLY ONE BATHROOM for the excessive number of people present, and it was located OUTSIDE, without soap, dirty, and horribly disused. I strongly urge you to avoid this place.

19/01/2026: Christmas dinner with music from the dance school, €35 per person, two-course menu, I chose a vegetarian option. The first course was stuffed pasta with cream sauce, peppers, and celery (?), well... as for the second course, I don't think I could have had a worse meal, not even in a cafeteria. Again, €35.

28/03/2026: I wanted to order takeout, but it's the first time I've given up because of the way they treated me on the phone. I spoke to a woman whose harshness bordered on the absurd. When I asked for a takeout order, she asked me for how many people... A little confused, I said for 4, but then reiterated that it was a takeout order. She replied, "Hmm, NO?! IF YOU DON'T TELL ME!" I moved on, started ordering from the only menu I could find, which is on their Facebook profile, but almost everything I asked for wasn't on the menu. For every item not on the menu, she would reply annoyed that I had ordered an outdated menu. After the fourth change, I asked for a menu so I could call back without wasting her time. She replied, increasingly annoyed, that it wasn't there. I gave up. My incredulous friends and I decided we'd never set foot in there.

10/05/2026: A very pleasant experience today at Playa Marconi, courtesy and friendliness of all the staff and amazing food.

10/05/2026: We ate here today and had a great time. The place has changed management, and it shows! Excellent food and very friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

03/01/2026: I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered Indian food, but honestly, it did not taste Indian at all. The chicken tikka masala was bad, the gravy was dirty and oily, and the flavors were completely wrong. It felt like the food was old and poorly prepared. If you are calling this Indian cuisine, then you really need to learn what real Indian taste is. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for authentic or even decent Indian food. Very poor quality and not worth the money.

17/10/2025: The atmosphere is beautiful outside and the staff are very friendly. It's a shame the pizza was served raw. I asked for it to be remade, and they did, but it arrived slightly overcooked, and I was also sick that night. It's not a pizzeria I'd recommend, especially to those with sensitive stomachs.

20/09/2025: We went for dinner, never tried before. Good location in the center of Sirolo. We ordered a ham and cheese appetizer, which was also good, but obviously, like in all restaurants these days, the quantity was very small, not proportionate to the €13 price tag. We also ordered two meat-based first courses, which were not bad, but also small in quantity... prices not proportionate to what you get.

14/10/2025: Like at all airports, drinks and food are expensive. Plus, I had to put coins in the machine to pay for the croissant I ordered. The (friendly) bartender didn't even touch them. 🤷‍♀️

10/07/2025: €2.60 for a bottle of water—not even at Fiumicino does it cost that much. Once you've cleared security, refill your bottle in the bathroom, as the water in Ancona is good. Munich, Copenhagen, and many other airports now have drinking fountains; only here can you profit from such a basic commodity, especially in summer when it's 30°C in the shade.

19/04/2026: I can't comment on the quality of the pastry shop, but the fact that they didn't remove the tare (80 grams) for a tray of pastries really bothers me. If we add that I also asked the clerk if he had removed the tare (yes, he certainly had), I feel cheated, because their behavior is not fair. I hope this was helpful for future purchases at this pastry shop.

16/04/2026: Terrible welcome, not even a smile, and the lady at the pastry counter at the entrance (I think the owner) didn't even say hello. While regulars were greeted with a super warm welcome and smiles. Expensive prices; even though they point out that table service prices are different, it makes no sense because they're really high. And then charging a fortune to have two coffees and two pastries brought to your table, literally stuck to the counter, makes no sense whatsoever. The floor was dirty, stained, and sticky in some places. Leaving glass objects at the edge of the register/counter was dangerous (for both customers—adults, children, dogs—and the staff), and it was also cumbersome. I would reconsider the placement of the objects. The scene where the owner scolded a member of staff in front of everyone was unpleasant. (She could have spoken to him aside or waited until we left.) And in any case, it wasn't the boy's fault. (A glass candy dish fell.) We were disappointed; we expected fresh food and Savoy courtesy.

02/05/2026: Very centrally located, formerly the Ducale bar, now called "Casa Soldano." Very friendly service, tasty and varied food, excellent cocktails, and the signature Moretta is delicious. Fair prices considering the average price and location.

22/04/2026: It's never nice when two bartenders tease customers, no matter how strange or slow they may seem—there could be a thousand reasons. Moreover, they're under the ridiculous impression that they won't be seen or heard. Truly unpleasant. The drinks are awful and the bill inexplicably high. The only thing that saves them is their position.

08/09/2025: Good product quality. Very fair prices considering the surrounding area. The girls are always kind and smiling during service, which is a significant asset in my opinion.

08/09/2025: What can I say? The ice cream portion is large but in my opinion it's a single flavor. You can order chocolate, strawberry, yogurt, etc. and you can be sure they'll have the same flavor (fior di latte). The whipped cream wasn't delivered, and the place wasn't very clean.
