29/08/2025: Since cafes offering gluten-free breakfasts are unfortunately few and far between, and if they do exist, they only offer packaged products, we found this place 20 minutes from Sirolo, where we're staying. Excellent breakfast and a great selection. I'm giving it one star because we bought pizza slices for my son and sister, who can't eat gluten, and more than half of the slices were completely inedible, burnt. I understand that throwing away food isn't nice, but I don't think these products should be sold.

14/09/2025: I wish I could judge the food, but when I walked in asking for just a slice of tart and a quick coffee, I was met with a curt "no." Then let's talk about "tourism"...

02/09/2025: Sunday lunch, a quaint, family-friendly place, which is why we chose it. We sat down at 1:00 PM and ordered a slice of vegetable quiche as an appetizer to share. I should point out that there weren't many items available on the daily menu, but whatever, we ordered a bottle of still water and two first courses. When we sat down, two tables had finished eating and a table of six had already ordered. At 1:35 PM, the quiche arrived, cold, to share. Meanwhile, another table of four arrived and ordered. We kindly asked how long it would take for our first courses to arrive, and they told us they'd be there in a few minutes. At 1:45 PM, the first courses were delivered to the table that had arrived only 15 minutes earlier, and another table of three (one adult and two children) arrived. At this point, we asked the girl again how long it would take to get our order, pointing out that the table of four people who arrived much later than us were already eating. She replied, "Well, you ordered the appetizer, so the main courses come later." This left us speechless, and we continued to wait in silence, quite annoyed at this point, I admit, and I repeat, they didn't even bring us bread. At 2:00 PM, the guy came back with some plates. We thought they were ours, but no, they were served to the last table that had arrived 15 minutes earlier! So we got up and went to the cashier, VERY annoyed. With the utmost politeness and respect, I asked for the bill, reiterating that we felt mocked by such a lack of respect and professionalism! The girl looked at us like we were out of our minds for such an incomprehensible gesture, and charged us €18.00 for a bottle of water and a slice of cold quiche, including a cover charge (4 cutlery and two glasses) because there was nothing else on the table! I don't need to reiterate the total lack of professionalism and humility; hospitality is something else entirely... just say, "Sorry, we lost your order" (I don't know where, given the small size of the place). If we were working, it happens. We would have understood and put a good face on it, but no... they didn't even do that. NEVER AGAIN!!!

24/10/2025: The focaccia was not bad, as was the red garlic pizza. The platter was quite generous. Negative note: the price was a bit too high for three considering how much we ordered.

16/08/2025: Very good food and friendly, helpful staff. The only problem is the bill...agree on the price in advance, otherwise you'll find "salty" surprises at the cash register. There are no displayed prices for appetizers; you sit down and don't know what you'll eat or how much you'll pay. I hope they can improve this aspect, given that the products are of good quality.

01/03/2026: For goodness sake, the staff is inefficient. 4 things on the menu are a toast with half the ingredients, no napkins at the table and not only that... when you point it out, they laugh and show rudeness... never again.

28/12/2025: We had a great time until we paid the bill and asked the bartender for a last drink, who was as friendly as sand in your underwear. We definitely won't be back.

08/04/2026: A friend of mine and I went to this bar. The service was truly awful: we had problems ordering, and to make matters worse, they made us wait half an hour to bring us two non-alcoholic drinks and a platter.

03/09/2025: We booked an umbrella for two and a half days. The price seemed fair. You can have lunch directly at the establishment. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but we ate well. The staff is young and friendly, and the waits are minimal. Since we didn't use the umbrella for two half days due to a storm, perhaps I would have expected a slight discount on the rate. The beach is wide and easy to use. For those who have never been there before, it's interesting to discover that instead of sand, there's gravel. The establishment is very close to the port of Numana. The advantage is that a stroll along the harbor is always interesting: fishermen mending their nets, yachts moored like you'd never see in the Caribbean, and port life. Every now and then, however, a few wafts of "port scent" waft in on the wind.

29/08/2025: A beach club run by very friendly and helpful young people, very close to a convenient parking lot. The beach is clean and well-organized, and the bar is top-notch. Salads, piadinas, and aperitivo are a must-try. The music is great. Recommended. UPDATE: Maria's little tuna sandwiches are worth a visit alone! Trust me!

22/08/2025: I ordered a mojito that was, to say the least, horrendous and, therefore, undrinkable. Poor-quality tonic water, to boot, with half a lemon, a dash of some unidentified alcohol, no cane sugar, a tiny green leaf, and lots and lots of ice! After paying, the young waitress politely and professionally apologized profusely to my complaints, while the owner, unperturbed, remained absorbed in thought with a disgraceful indifference. This is not how you treat customers; you scare them away!

22/08/2025: I spent a truly enjoyable day at the Calypso chalet in Porto d'Ascoli. The beach is well-kept and tidy, with well-arranged umbrellas and loungers. Special thanks to the owners, beach staff, and bar staff: everyone was friendly, helpful, and always attentive to guests' needs. I had a wonderful lunch, with fresh, high-quality dishes. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, a warm welcome, and excellent cuisine by the sea.
