16/10/2024: I went to this pizzeria at 6pm. I asked if they could make me 2 pizzas but I was told that it was too early and that if I wanted there were only a few slices of pizza. Where I come from, 6pm in October is normal, here in central Italy we eat later and that's fine. I took 2 slices of margherita and one of simple focaccia. It was lukewarm, so ok. But it was too "bready" and not cooked: internally the dough stuck to the fingers. The tomatoes or rather a preserve were very sour and everything was too salty. The white focaccia was also raw on the inside. Nothing good. It's the first time I've been to this pizzeria and therefore I have no previous experience. But what I purchased was really bad. In the first point, the service was terrible due to the long wait for a simple margherita pizza (with a semi-empty place), mediocre/poor food (sliced ​​veal and mixed salad with prawns). Second home delivery experience (pizza, of various flavours) went much better, taking into account that the doughs are ready-made doughs, the seasoning was still good.

22/12/2024: Reluctantly I have to give a very negative review because I had my son's baptism and communion, and I had a good time, unfortunately yesterday I didn't feel at ease at all and I have to confirm all the other negative reviews that have been there. Let me start by saying that it was a company dinner for around 60 people. We sat down at 8.20pm and at 8.30pm I gave the OK to start dinner. They brought the appetizers at 9.30pm, the food wasn't that great, terrible rabbit tagliatelle, decent gnocchi with duck and the roast raw and dry, also we had agreed because we had 3 Muslims at dinner who didn't eat pork and we had to beg them to bring them something for a starter that wasn't pork and they only received 3 slices of cheese and wild herbs. The icing on the cake was that the diners all had to eat with coats because there were only two heaters per 100 square metres. A shameful thing, I made a fool of myself...

22/11/2024: Se dovessi dire che tipo di ristorante sia "Da Lorè" sito sulle rive del lago di Borgiano, direi che si potrebbe definire un locale d’antan legato alla tradizione gastronomica dell’entroterra marchigiano, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo che invoglia a tornare. Aldilà dell’aspetto vetusto delle enormi sale da pranzo stile Anni ’80 – a cui fanno da contraltare dei servizi igienici di recentissima ristrutturazione – ho trovato buone ed abbondanti le sue proposte, dalla trippa e coratella servite come antipasto all’arrosto misto e al fritto di agnello; buoni i famosi spaghetti alla carbonara (però ne ho mangiati di più buoni nel Montefeltro), ma porzione non abbondantissima che m’ha lasciato con la voglia. Buoni i dolci della casa, fra cui spicca una magnifica crema catalana, così come il vino della casa, un Sangiovese di Romagna che non fa rimpiangere una bottiglia più importante; conto pro capite di circa 32,50 EUR, corretto per quello che abbiamo mangiato in sei, ovvero... - 1 porzione di coratella - 1 porzione di trippa in umido - 1 porzione di antipasto all’italiana - 5 porzioni di spaghetti alla chitarra - 2 porzioni di agnello fritto - 2 porzioni di manzo e pollo fritto - 2 porzioni di arrosto misto - 2 porzioni di contorni fritti - 6 bottiglie d’acqua - 1 bottiglia di vino di Sangiovese di Romagna - 4 dessert - 6 caffè Unica nota negativa, i tempi di servizio: arrivati al ristorante alle 13 circa, abbiamo atteso mezz’ora per vederci serviti gli antipasti ed un’ulteriore mezz’ora prima di poter assaggiare gli spaghetti alla carbonara, con il risultato che il pranzo vero e proprio è iniziato un’ora dopo il nostro arrivo. Giudizio finale: ottimo e abbondante.

13/10/2024: La carbonara tanto decantata è buonissima, l'unica pecca è che non danno pecorino romano bensì parmigiano. Prezzi ottimi, locale datato. Comunque lo consiglio.

THEY BROUGHT ME A BOTTLE OF STELLA FLORA (MARIA PIA CASTELLI) WHICH WAS COMPLETELY GONE, AND ALSO MANAGED TO BE RUDE AT THE TABLE IN FRONT OF THE GUESTS, AND AFTER AT THE CHECKOUT. I PAID FOR THE BOTTLE...BUT THEN I WENT TO DRINK AT IODIO A FEW STEPS AWAY. SERVICE AND PRODUCTS AT ANOTHER LEVEL.

17/12/2024: Today I finally found a new pizzeria that makes pizza the way I like it, soft on top, thick, crunchy on the bottom... I asked for it to be juicier and it was perfect! I made a good impression, and I was happy... I hope you don't change my dough as has happened in other pizzerias... whose pizzas can no longer be eaten after an hour.... Thanks, really helpful! 09/10/2024: For a few years we have been using this pizzeria for evenings at home with friends. They are always very helpful and nice to customers. The only pizzeria that prepared pizza for many people in August. Recommended!

29/08/2024: La pizza era buona, ed il proprietario è stato gentile. Ma al momento del pagamento mi è stato detto che il pos non funzionava e che avrei dovuto pagare in contanti. Peccato che lo scontrino non mi è stato dato per cui il non funzionamento del pos mi è sembrato solo una scusa per non battere lo scontrino.
