15/07/2025: I don't accept this place, I love sushi and all Japanese/Chinese dishes but here they are not nice at all, a bit like the staff. BAD

29/08/2025: There's no way to substitute one ingredient for another. The pizza was too thin (it practically seemed to have no crust).

07/08/2025: Pizzeria in the heart of Fermo, with outdoor dining options, making the experience even more enjoyable on nice days. The place is cozy, though the bathroom is a bit small. Overall, a decent pizza for a casual evening with friends.

23/01/2025: I went to get drinks and food with some other friends. The girl who served us already seemed angry as soon as we entered but we thought it was normal. As soon as the drinks arrived we realized that the cappuccinos were cold but we decided not to say anything. Then I see that the spoon was dirty with chocolate and a hair. I bring the cappuccino to the girl saying: sorry, there's a hair. Instead of apologizing or taking the entire saucer I had in my hand, I took the teaspoon and changed it. Once you get to the checkout and paid the entire bill, I tell the girl, look at least she apologizes and you could have made me drink again... She always with that angry/fed up face says look, these things can happen! I answer her: yes, there are things that can happen but at least you have to say sorry and change the drink, no you just take the spoon from my plate and that's it. She leaves pissed off saying leave it alone! But is this the way to treat customers? The desserts were really good and there is no doubt about it, we need to work more on drinking and above all on kindness!!

06/01/2025: Nice, well-kept place. I have been frequenting it for several years but in my opinion the staff is not as competent as before, the sales assistant addresses customers in an annoyed manner almost as if she were doing the customer a favour. Health and hygiene standard to be reviewed, given that gloves or special tools are not used but rather the hands are used

08/07/2025: Warning! Avoid this place, The customer service (non existent) received by a rude female manager was shocking! Racist and aggressive behaviour. Manager approached and shouted for trying to erect a parasol which full price had been paid to use this service. Also went to throw items from a chair and no apology from this person. Also witnessed rude behaviour towards other PAYING clients using the beach facilities. This is not how clients should be treated in all my years visiting Italy I have never experienced this behaviour highly disappointed.

20/06/2025: We waited at the counter for half an hour and no one came to serve us. Really shameful. I do not recommend it to anyone.

20/08/2025: We were passing through and stopped at this relaxing and quiet bar with a spectacular view. A pleasant discovery. Friendly staff, excellent crescia, and low prices.

26/07/2025: Limited selection for lunch. Terrible service. We waited far too long for our food, others came after us and got their food before us. They also forgot some of the drinks we had ordered. When the food finally arrived, we were attacked by wasps - lots of wasps - we had to leave without finishing our meal. The food was mediocre/poor.

25/07/2025: Bar and restaurant in Piazza del Popolo in Ascoli Piceno. Good service, decent food. Excellent Ascoli olives. Prices are a bit steep, but this is a unique location.

25/08/2025: I'd say the new management is disappointing, especially for vegetarians who used to enjoy delicious chili dishes that are no longer available! Everything Mexican has been removed... at this point I would have even changed the name of the place! Terrible chicken cutlet and very salty pizza... I'm sorry, but I won't be returning and I definitely don't recommend it. At least the staff was friendly.

24/08/2025: My favorite place to have lunch or dinner after the movies. Friendly, welcoming young man. Excellent first courses and meat dishes. I've been going there since it opened, and that's been years! I returned in August 2025 and discovered that management had changed. The atmosphere was awful, the staff seemed to rush around pointlessly. It took half an hour to order, but the quality of the meat was decidedly poor. I won't be returning. It's a shame, I've been going here for 25 years. You need to reconsider everything. Sorry.

19/04/2025: Long Island is scary, too bad they didn't want to do it tonight. First lying about the fact that ingredients were missing, then saying that there was a danger of fights outside, when in fact the situation was very calm (but then what's the excuse?!). If you don't feel like shaking three ingredients, put a tap and go. For the beers there were no problems, maybe you want to decide what I want to drink, however, since I pay for it, I would like to decide it myself. However, I repeat that the Long Islands are the best in the area, if you go on a Monday or Tuesday they will do it for you, I hope you have the honor.

06/09/2025: Shameful! The staff is not only disorganized but also rude. I have nothing bad to say about the location, but the staff is truly awful. I do the same job and I'm ashamed that people like this exist in public places.

31/08/2025: One hundred euros for three subpar pizzas, two jugs of Coca-Cola, and some mixed fried fish from Eurospin. The cashier was also very rude. We paid and left. Never again.

04/05/2025: Staying alive! Very nice seaside restaurant with a view of the beach. It's a shame that we had to wait about an hour to have 2 first courses (and there were about a dozen other guests in the room besides us, so the place was almost empty). The (long) wait was seasoned with just one song repeated in an infinite loop (for over an hour!!!). We paid 5 euros cover charge and the bread never even arrived. The sympathy of the (I presume) owner was not received.

02/06/2025: The only reason this place is going is because they stay open late and almost no one else in Urbino does that. Everything is very expensive, they don't post prices to make fun of you and rip off students in chemistry. If you don't ask explicitly you'll never know the price. Get three frozen savory dishes heated up on the spot for €8, that is €8 but what are you Cracco? A friend of mine asked where they get muffins and they replied "it's my dear son's recipe" and then we found the same one at the supermarket. Boycott them, they sell hyper-caloric and fried and re-fried stuff that must be good for the cholesterol it has.

02/06/2025: L'unico motivo per cui questo locale va avanti è che stanno aperti fino a tardi e a Urbino non lo fa quasi nessun altro. Costa tutto tantissimo, non affiggono i prezzi per prenderti in giro e fregare gli studenti in schimica. Se non lo chiedi esplicitamente il prezzo non lo saprai mai. Prendi tre salati surgelati e scaldati sul momento a 8€, cioè 8€ ma cosa sei Cracco? Una mia amica ha chiesto dove prendono i muffin e le hanno risposto "è la ricetta del mio caro figliolo" e dopo l'abbiamo trovato uguale al supermercato. Da boicottare, vendono roba iper calorica e fritta e rifritta che per forza è buona per il colesterolo che ha.

27/08/2025: If you want to be your own bartender, come here. I asked for chinotto and lemonade, and he didn't even pour them in my glass; I had to do everything right there in front of him at the counter. Prices as if there was service, but instead there wasn't a trace of it (obviously, when I asked for help carrying the drinks out since there was some left in the bottles and my glasses were already full, I was told "I don't do table service" and I had to carry it out myself.) Rude manners. You'd be better off going to the supermarket to buy an aperitif instead; at least you'll save yourself the €7 for two basic drinks and the rudeness of someone who doesn't want to do their job.

03/08/2025: Arriving in Recanati as a severe storm approached, we took refuge in the interior room of this café in Piazza Leopardi in Recanati. We enjoyed a delicious platter of mixed cured meats, and the staff was extremely kind and courteous. A pleasant discovery in Recanati 👍

22/08/2025: One of my favorite places in Fano, great for breakfast or an aperitif.

02/08/2025: Very slow and bad service even though the bar was half empty. More expensive than the other bars in town.

16/06/2025: Almost lost location 🤣 with the directions of the navigator we ended up in front of a closed gate. We had to go around again to find ourselves in the structure. Small pools, very narrow without lifeguards children who dived and threw water on the sunbeds at will and the guys at the Bar were very good and helpful unfortunately on the ground it was very dirty

16/06/2025: Old structure, almost nice, useless and dangerous slides, at the entrance we pay, and we asked ourselves but do we need a swimming cap? We went to ask and they told us it costs €2… I have to ask you Me? For food and the bar service I won't even tell you, if you want to be among children and bring yours to let it run around maybe it's fine, otherwise not recommended. Better other places. Never again
