15/03/2026: The food is good and the service is good

02/06/2026: The facility was clean and tidy, and the room met my expectations for a three-star hotel. Traveling by motorcycle, I didn't have any particular expectations: I was simply looking for a comfortable place to sleep and an adequate half-board option. Unfortunately, some aspects didn't meet my expectations. The half-board option seemed rather repetitive: for two consecutive nights, the first course was essentially the same, with the only options being ragù or mushrooms. On the third night, the menu featured penne all'arrabbiata, with the only option being pasta with tomato sauce for those who didn't like spicy food. After three days, I would have expected a slightly more varied and carefully prepared menu. Even the desserts served at dinner were the same ones I found at breakfast the next morning. The bread was fresh on the first day... after three days, less so. Overall, breakfast was rather basic, and the coffee could definitely be improved. More than the variety, however, I was impressed by the buffet management: both drinks and food were displayed very sparingly. To get a simple glass of water, I had to get up, walk to the buffet, and help myself from the only available bottle; when I asked if I could bring it to my table, I was told it would be charged. Even for some breakfast items, I often had to wait for them to be re-displayed, forcing me to move around the table several times, not to get something extra, but simply to finish my breakfast. Another negative aspect concerns the Wi-Fi. The property is located in a mountainous area where cell phone coverage is already quite limited, and for this reason, an efficient internet service would be particularly important. Although Wi-Fi is available, during my stay I found it completely inadequate and difficult to use. Considering my three-night half-board stay, I wasn't expecting any special treatment, but a little more attention to guests would have been appreciated. This isn't a single serious issue, but rather a number of small things that, when combined, made the overall experience disappointing. In short, a clean and tidy establishment, but the service, food, and customer service, in my opinion, could be significantly improved. For this reason, I'm unlikely to return.

07/05/2026: I got fungus from sleeping there for 4 nights, food had hair in it, rooms smelled of smoke, in short, really questionable.

11/12/2025: I booked a Wednesday night after being confirmed over the phone that there would be karaoke and that we'd be able to sing. We came from out of town specifically for this, but the experience wasn't what we'd hoped for: the backing tracks used didn't allow us to sing properly, and we couldn't freely choose the songs. On our first try, we weren't given the option to choose a song; on our second try, after picking four songs, one was selected and we were only allowed to sing a short one. The people organizing the evening didn't seem up to the task of organizing a karaoke, and this further compromised the experience, despite our interest and ability to perform. Overall, the evening didn't live up to the expectations we'd had when we booked.

01/05/2026: A truly welcoming and well-managed establishment. We were greeted with great courtesy and friendliness. We and our Golden Retriever were so happy. And then you have to try the Tbone... wow.

03/01/2026: You won't find pasta dishes, fried foods, or crudités here, but excellent pizzas, piadinas, cold dishes, and much more of good quality. The pizza has a truly delicious dough, well-leavened and light. The staff is very kind and attentive. Great job!

05/09/2025: Beautiful beachfront location, albeit dated. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the service was slow, the sandwiches were small, and the prices were high. The restrooms are best avoided.

14/01/2026: I asked to add caramel to my iced latte, even if it cost extra. The barista replied that she couldn't do it because "the recipes are fixed and can't be changed." Honestly, it makes no sense. It's normal to customize a coffee in any bar, especially if the customer pays more. Here, however, there's total inflexibility, no valid explanations, and an unhelpful attitude. If you can't even add caramel to a coffee, maybe the problem isn't the recipe but the service. I won't be back.

07/09/2025: Greater customer service would certainly be welcome. Initiatives like last night's—the paella dinner—can represent an interesting opportunity, but if the outcome leaves many dissatisfied, the risk is that it will convey a less than positive image. Also considering that the price wasn't exactly reasonable, it would be wise to better evaluate the organization and value for money.

06/09/2025: The loungers are too close together, and the music plays until late at night. Not recommended for those seeking relaxation.

24/12/2025: EMBARRASSING!!!! Truly awful!!!! For 2 crodini at the counter, with nothing on them (peanuts, chips, olives...nothing at all, no appetizers), I paid a whopping €8!!! That really takes a lot of courage!!!

18/07/2025: La solita truffa per turisti. Ho voluto appositamente provare un cono di olive proprio per verificare la mia supposizione. Olive di qualche giorno prima tenute in “caldo” in banco/vetrina fatiscente… con la scusa di farmelo abbondante mi ha pure fregato 50 centesimi… sicuramente le olive ascolane si trovano meglio in un qualsiasi altro locale pescato a caso… Migliore si ma se si parte dal fondo della classifica. Pessimo.

17/04/2026: Tasty pizzas with generous toppings, especially the off-menu specials, which are absolutely worth the price! The asparagus with bacon and chanterelle porchetta are amazing! Excellent takeout pizza!

15/01/2026: Bought to try but terrible pizza, very soft dough and chips that were supposed to be fried were put in to cook as they were taken out of the bag, in the end I threw it away, terrible experience

24/03/2026: This is mind-blowing. Anyone who wants to open a shop should be paid to do so, not rent. And pray you don't have to use the bathrooms.

10/01/2026: Today I bought some clementines....I was dissatisfied because they were full of seeds.....
