04/01/2025: Siamo passati e abbiamo visto che era aperto. Viste le recensioni positive e le foto invitanti, lo abbiamo provato. Olive ascolane di pesce e fritto misto, con un ottimo contorno misto. Il personale è gentile ed il cibo è buono. Lo consiglio.

31/08/2024: On the seventh day God decided to rest by going to Victor to enjoy the best woodpeckers in Pesaro. Welcoming environment that manages to take you back to when everything was simpler. Mandatory to finish dinner with the banana. Highly recommended.

18/10/2024: I only gave 4 stars because we only stayed for dinner and I didn't have the opportunity to view the accommodations. Excellent dinner with excellent well-cooked raw materials, pleasant, clean and welcoming environment. Well done, beautiful discovery in the Marche hills. We will return soon to taste other proposals from the menu.

05/09/2024: Second time coming to the bucolic, very beautiful place with swimming pool. The food is truly delicious as they produce the products they use. From meat to fruit to sweet vegetables, everything in the company. Very kind and affable staff, the relationship with customers becomes family-like. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to the Marche, near Osimo there is this farmhouse from which you can reach the beautiful places in a few minutes

27/08/2024: We spent 2 days in this farmhouse immersed in peace and tranquility, helpful and kind staff, excellent cuisine, both breakfast and dinner, really good typical and homemade dishes; welcoming and quiet pool area. The animals are really cute, thanks for the welcome, a super 2 days!!!

04/01/2025: Good food, but I didn't appreciate the lack of menu and the high bill! 4 of us had mixed appetizers, 1 sliced ​​meat, 1 mixed roast, 8 kebabs and potatoes. To drink half a liter of homemade wine and 1 bottle of water. Final bill: €120!

15/11/2024: Very nice place with an informal and family atmosphere. We dined only with the appetizers given the abundance and quality of the dishes. The kebabs and roast potatoes are excellent. Good cold cuts and cheese platters. Delicious cubes of melted cheese with anchovies. The dessert consisting of tastings of various types of cakes is interesting. €120 for 7 people is a price that admits of no replies regarding the quality/price ratio. Special mention for the quick and friendly service and for the manager: a truly frank and honest person.

01/08/2024: Fantastic dishes and fair prices for quantity and quality, sea snails and grilled calamari are the top, the off-menu tagliolini with swordfish and breast of lemons are fantastic...we'll be back also for everyone's friendliness

27/12/2024: Nice, very popular little bar. The hot chocolate in the cup is very good and the biscuits in the window are inviting. Too bad the prices are a bit exaggerated, but the quality is there.

09/09/2024: Hotel in a terrible location with poor service....the staff dressed in pajamas and slippers cannot be seen in a 4 star hotel. The pool is a municipal sports pool full of people all day. The suite we found quite clean but the suite must have 2 divided rooms here the open bathroom was divided by a television pointed at the floor which among other things didn't even work. Balcony with a nice view but very dirty. 2-star breakfast with fairly good products but nothing like other 4-star ones. The spa is connected to the municipal sports center by tunnels and meanders and is empty 90% of the time without any staff. In conclusion, a hotel to support for a night otherwise move on

30/10/2024: Great food and atmosphere BUT if you are a tourist or do not speak italian they will add extra items that you didn’t order to your bill if you’re in a big group.
