22/11/2025: I have been going to this bar for a while now.
It is a place where you immediately feel at ease as the atmosphere is familiar and you can easily socialize.
The staff is always very friendly and very knowledgeable in preparing the various cocktails and in their knowledge of wines, sparkling wines and beers.
Finally, the location is excellent.
I definitely recommend it to everyone.
22/08/2025: I may be nostalgic for the nineties but it's a nice place where you can still find a generational exchange, calm and efficient staff.

Light dough, quality ingredients, and fast, helpful service. Fair prices.
A safe choice in Jesi if you want a simple, light pizza with no surprises.
Pizza by the slice is also available in the afternoon.
Nice location, recommended.

08/09/2025: Our stay was only one day, but everything was perfect! Even the tennis match with my son just before checkout (even though it was unfortunate: I forgot some clothes in the closet 😅). Luckily, they sent them to me right away. Highly recommended, thanks again for everything! P.S. We had an exceptional ball boy... just watch the video.
29/08/2025: A short but unforgettable holiday, I would gladly return, highly recommended for those who want to have a base convenient for travel, where the services provided are excellent and the food superb, I had read 0 km (I still can't believe it)

05/09/2025: A small bar run by young people, it has both an indoor dining room and tables in the small square with service. Good breakfast, not a huge but adequate selection, and fair prices. They also serve aperitifs.

17/08/2025: I don't know if the locals are okay with this kind of service, but the bartender was truly rude and unprofessional. Never again.
20/07/2025: Fantastic pizzas and burgers at a good price.
The drinks are a little more expensive than average, but nothing out of the ordinary. I'll definitely return if I ever return to Montecosaro.

28/07/2025: Such a quaint place: I loved it! Excellent, authentic, and varied food. Very friendly owner! Reasonable/low prices. I was immediately won over when I saw that the place settings had different plates and glasses! The tables themselves were stacked together like planks of different colors and sizes; TOP! The only criticism I feel like making is not directed at the Hostaria but at myself: I discovered it too late! I'll be back at the first opportunity. ❤️

05/12/2025: We discovered this place about two years ago, and it was a pleasant surprise. The pizza is excellent, and I've occasionally had the opportunity to try some Sardinian sweets. My husband and I go there often, especially for some quiet time together.

13/12/2025: The seafood was excellent and plentiful. The pizza had a great dough and rise, the only flaw being the fake mozzarella on top. It seemed like the crust was Italian and the toppings were from foreign pizzerias.

Professional, super friendly, and helpful staff.
I highly recommend it.
The owner, Federica, and the bartender, Isa, are incredibly friendly.

30/08/2025: The pizza is truly excellent: light, well-leavened, and easily digestible dough, with just the right balance of crispiness and softness that makes it enjoyable from the first bite to the last. The toppings are generous but never overpowering, made with fresh, quality ingredients that are distinctly flavorful without overpowering each other. The tomato sauce is flavorful and slightly acidic, the mozzarella stringy and delicious, with a fragrance that immediately invites you to try it. Friendly service and short wait times complete the experience. A pizza absolutely worth trying!
