08/04/2026: Coffee...excellent! I had high expectations given the name. I have to say, the coffee was truly excellent. A nice place, but sometimes poorly organized, such as the brand history display, which, despite its attractive graphics, is obscured by a counter with seats that are clearly out of place. The desserts are also good.

17/03/2026: A place that wins you over at first bite, and one that should be more in the area: it's rare to find places like this within a 20-km radius of Ancona. Breakfast and afternoon tea are excellent, thanks to a variety of quality artisanal desserts served in a refined and comfortable setting. True to the Vergnano café tradition, the format and concept are spot-on, creating an incredibly warm atmosphere, perfect for a rejuvenating break amidst tasteful furnishings. A wonderful place to stop; I highly recommend visiting for a moment of pure relaxation.

05/04/2026: Easter lunch with a fixed menu costing €50. The appetizer was of mixed quality, a small piece of very salty pie, two slices of salami, and little else, including half an egg with mayonnaise, probably cooked the day before because it was greenish in color. The first course, cappelletti in broth, was decent; the second course, lasagna, was inedible: completely mushy, so much so that the waiter couldn't even serve it. The second course was a disaster: sour, perhaps the béchamel had gone bad or something. Even the table next to us left everything on their plates. When we pointed it out to the waitress, she apologized. The lamb and steak were fine. The owner at the cash register didn't even mention the very serious matter of having served a first course that wasn't bad, but, I repeat, went bad. Madam, we didn't ask for a discount, but please be careful what you serve because the customers' health is at stake.

22/03/2026: The food was very good, and the owner was very kind and friendly. But we were disappointed by the staff, who were not at all friendly and not very willing to work. Initially, a black woman wearing a headscarf came to the table to take our order. As soon as we saw her, we were a little perplexed because we didn't understand who she was, since she was wearing an out-of-place work uniform. Slow service. I think they should review the organization and staff rules a bit...for image and professionalism, it's important.

04/01/2026: I should point out that on January 3, 2026, I visited the Ristorante Pizzeria "Il Giardino Dei Tigli" with a friend, only for the pizzeria, so my review is limited to that section and not the restaurant. The restaurant is located in a somewhat remote area of ​​Pesaro, so you have to know it well to go there, but I assure you, it's worth it. It's a real shame that the location doesn't help the restaurant, as it's on a narrow, cul-de-sac. However, at the end of the street, there's a convenient, free parking lot with several spaces, which isn't bad. At the entrance, there's a rather small and barely visible sign, which doesn't attract the clientele the restaurant certainly deserves. You enter the restaurant through an outdoor terrace, which, obviously, is unused given the season, but it must be said that it would be nicer to have some streetlights. While it may seem like a minor aspect (but in my opinion, it's not), what stands out inside is the well-balanced lighting: it's not too bright (like a waiting room, for example) nor too dim, which helps you relax, facilitates conversation between diners, and enhances the evening. The restaurant is furnished in an informal yet pleasant style: the walls are adorned with a variety of photos, paintings, drawings, and various accessories, whose subjects and colors create a pleasing visual impact. The tables are well-spaced, ensuring ample privacy. The friendly and polite staff, after verifying our reservation, seats us at our table, where the immaculately clean tablecloths, plates, glasses, and cutlery are immediately noticeable. My friend and I opt to each have a pizza and a French fry to share, a medium draft beer, and two cans of Coke, and everything is served fairly quickly. I'll skip describing the type of pizza we ordered because, in my opinion, these are personal tastes and therefore not reviewable. What must be said is that the pizza was truly excellent: the dough was well-leavened, the cooking was perfect and even, so much so that the crust wasn't burned but rather a beautiful golden brown (you don't find many pizzerias that cook like this). The thickness of the pizza was just right: not too thick to turn the pizza into focaccia, nor too thin to let the ingredients fall off during the journey from plate to mouth (as often happens in many pizzerias). A quick note on the ingredients: my pizza had mushrooms, which didn't feel slippery or soaked in oil or vinegar, a sign that they weren't supermarket mushrooms but quality ones, even if they had been canned. The fries were cooked well, pale and not at all greasy: those were also good. We ended the evening with two good coffees. Lastly, the price/quality ratio was good, as we paid €35 ​​for two pizzas, two cans of Coke, one medium draft beer, one French fry, and two coffees. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet evening with good food and a good value.

08/10/2025: The hotel is in a great location right on the beach. The staff is very friendly. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was varied, but dinner was quite limited in terms of food and selection.

24/08/2025: I stayed at the Jerry Hotel in Grottamare and had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the food was delicious and plentiful. I'm celiac, and everything on the menu was served without any problems. I highly recommend it and would do it again.

30/08/2025: My wife and I stayed for a week from August 17th to 24th, 2025. The hotel was seafront with an excellent view from the balcony. The breakfast was adequate, with a very good croissant. This was a great thing, as I've rarely found cappuccino or coffee made fresh, rather than from the machines, which, besides being bad, sometimes even require you to wait in line. Instead, here, the girls would come by and ask what you wanted, which was very welcome. They would also come back a second time to ask if you wanted anything else. The rooms were always clean, as was the entire hotel. My wife, unfortunately, had a health problem, and Mrs. Tania immediately took action to help us, which was very much appreciated. I thank all the staff at the Hotel Sassonia, who were always smiling, and I must say, that's not something everyone can do. It's definitely an excellent option for those who want to travel by train, as the train station is very close by, just a short walk. Then Fano has remained in our hearts and we will definitely return, definitely to the Hotel Sassonia. Highly recommended... See you soon, Hotel Sassonia. And I forgot, they also had a concept with the beach in front of it, an excellent establishment with a pool too, which was very welcome.
