15/10/2025: I ordered a tart for my daughter's birthday. It weighs around two kilos, 2.2 at most, the man taking the order tells me. The cost will therefore be around €65. Unfortunately, on the day of collection, we were charged €86 for a tart weighing a generous 2.6 kilos. They say the fruit is heavy... yet there wasn't that much fruit. It seemed more like a homemade cake than a pastry shop cake. The fruit was arranged in rows with plenty of space between them. Not to mention the pastry, hard as a rock... a decidedly negative experience both for the price, €20 more than estimated, and for the quality of the product.

25/02/2026: Half an hour late Inedible Rude You have to respect those who spend their money with you!!!!

04/01/2026: I ordered four takeout pizzas. I called at 6:30 PM, and they arrived at 8:05 PM. The Capricciosa was inedible; I couldn't tell what kind of pizza it was. The ham one had no ham, and the spicy salami one had two slices of salami. A terrible experience.

19/05/2025: Excellent pastry shop in Desio, can make gluten-free or normal cakes. We have a guest intolerant to gluten, we used the latter and I must say that it was really beautiful and good! The owner at first sight seemed very sure of herself and now we know why! Just look at what a beautiful cake she made, a few instructions were enough and the result was fully achieved!

11/05/2025: I purchased some pastries on May 10th for my birthday, thinking I would receive fresh produce of the day. After the purchase, upon my request, I was issued an indemnity to take to a place and only then, as written, did I discover that the desserts were not fresh and had been produced on 8-9 May (deadline reported as 13 May). Unfortunately, the quality confirmed my doubts: the pastries were not good, the creams were hard, the puff pastry was dry and the cannoncini were soft. It all felt stale. Obviously they advanced, it was awkward with the guests. In the photo you can notice the soft and stale appearance of the cannoncino that I tried to eat this morning, I'll let you imagine the flavour. All this for a good 40 euros (wasted) for just over 30 pastries. Bad experience, won't be back. I do not recommend.

28/09/2025: When I entered, it was deserted, and they left me waiting alone for 10 minutes. Instead of asking me what I wanted to eat, they asked me if I was a follower or a cadet (which I still don't know what that means). In the end, frightened by the atmosphere and the long wait, I ran away.

20/09/2025: Microwaved food, no kitchen. Service is provided by someone who brings the dishes and heats them up in the microwave behind the counter. They only accept cash. No receipt, just a piece of paper of questionable authenticity.

27/11/2025: I give the McDonald's in Varedo an average rating. Since its renovation, I've honestly liked it less. I used to think it was different from the others because it had an indoor playground, which gave it a more welcoming atmosphere and set it apart from other McDonald's. Now, however, it's become just another McDonald's, with an outdoor playground that I find less functional and less enjoyable. The menu also seems less extensive than before, and I notice far fewer offerings. Furthermore, the staff is often hard to find, and wait times are affected. Overall, it's not a bad place, but after the redesign, it's lost that extra something that made it special.

18/11/2025: The food is good, but sometimes the staff is rude and the delivery is late.

18/10/2025: Poor service, rude owner, yells if something doesn't go as she says, treats customers based on how much they come and how much they spend. I strongly advise against it.

27/09/2025: Nice place with a tobacconist, good beer, the price of a juice is a bit too high at 4 euros. And I thought the aperitif would be a bit more substantial. The rest of the place is clean.

14/02/2026: I notice they're no longer respecting home delivery times. This will be the fourth time I've been asked for a time (which they actually gave me), and they're at least 45 minutes late. I'm expecting my pizza at 8:30 PM. I call them at 9 PM because no one has arrived yet, and they tell me the pizzas are going into the oven now. Terrible management skills and respect for appointments.

26/10/2025: Rude, impolite staff. The food was ok, the cake was sold as fresh, but at least it was a couple of days old.

26/10/2025: It would be a five-star place. Every time I've been there, even at different times and days, the dessert counter is sparse and almost empty. I ended up getting something savory, very good, no complaints there. Obviously, I won't try again...only to "chase" the famous desserts that are never available. I've been told you can reserve, but there are no lists or photos of every single croissant; even desire and a keen eye for detail would play a part.

10/01/2026: On all the orders we made, always late

10/01/2026: I placed an order that contained two pizzas and two desserts... first of all, it arrived LATE AND COLD... secondly, one of the two desserts DIDN'T ARRIVE. I called back saying that a dessert was missing. Do you want to know the answer? WE CAN'T BRING IT TO YOU 😡😡😡 I SPENT SOME MONEY AND THE PROBLEM IS ONE LESS CUSTOMER anyway.
