16/05/2026: Despite the venue not being exactly elegant, the food is excellent: very fresh fish, quality ingredients, and generous portions. The staff is attentive and polite, and there are plenty of waiters. The place is huge and there's always room. I highly recommend the fritto misto, served in a long baking dish. The gelato is served on a wooden spoon. We'll definitely be back.

15/05/2026: No matter what you order, it's delicious! I highly recommend the fritto imperiale; it's the best fritto misto around! Crispy, fresh, and lightly breaded! And the desserts, especially the fior di latte with fresh strawberries, are amazing!

10/06/2026: We made a lovely discovery this evening! After eight years of living in the area, we were on foot and decided to try the lighthouse! We were very satisfied... we ate well! Fresh fish, a truly welcoming place, and the service from the father and daughter was truly top-notch... we'll definitely be back!

I also don't understand why one time they also charged us an exorbitant €3 per person cover charge for a paper placemat, but another time they didn't, always offering the €15 aperitif option. 🤔

18/05/2026: Good morning. I had lunch at Il Buratto. The full work menu cost 15 euros. The price isn't bad. BUT. I WAITED A SHORT TIME TO SIT DOWN AT THE TABLE. I ORDERED RIGHT AWAY WITHOUT WAIT FOR MY COMPANION BECAUSE I WANTED TO EAT BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK. TOO BAD THAT AFTER 35 MINUTES OF AN HOUR I HAD TO ASK FOR TAKE-OUT FOOD BECAUSE I COULD NOT WAIT ANY LONGER. I ORDERED FUSILLI WITH MUSSELS, BEANS AND 🍅, BEEF CARPACCIO WITH Arugula. I DIDN'T CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. WHEN I ARRIVED AT WORK, I OPENED MY BAG AND FOUND PIZZOCCHERI THAT I HAD NOT ASKED FOR AND CHICKEN DRUMS, WHICH I AM ALSO INTOLERANT TO. CONCLUSION: I SPENT 15 EUROS AND DIDN'T EAT A THING. THE DINING ROOM WAS FULL AND THERE WERE ONLY 2 WAITRESSES. IN THE KITCHEN YOU CAN SEE THEM LOOKING AT EACH OTHER AND FIGHTING WITHOUT KNOWING HOW TO ORGANIZE THEM EVEN THERE. I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN A RESTAURANT. THE STAFF WAS VERY COLD AND UNHELPFUL. HORRIBLE. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT IF YOU NEED A LUNCH BREAK AT NOON.
