12/08/2026: A little tricky to get there, but Maps will take you there. It's a very pretty place, not too many seats. We had lunch under the covered porch, which is a nice shade in this weather. The food is good, but you need to reserve for pizzoccheri. Everything is homemade, even the cakes. There's a lovely vegetable garden in front of the house.

12/07/2026: We went for lunch on a hot summer Sunday. The porch is completely shaded and quite cool. The pizzoccheri are very good, and the lady came back and asked if we wanted more. The desserts were good. Very fair prices. A truly pleasant, quiet place where the food is good. Recommended!!!

05/08/2026: Waited for pizza for TWO HOURS, with the constant repetition of "40 minutes," then "10-15 more minutes," and then "the guy's already on his way." A 6-minute drive in 30 minutes? They would have been quicker to throw them like Frisbees. Adding insult to injury, they kept delaying the delivery time. Three pizzas. Two hours. In two hours, we could probably have caught fish in the lake with a pole. We expected AT LEAST a discount. When we called to tell them about the mix-up, they replied, "The others came to pick it up, why didn't you come? Are you sick?" Zero manners. Receipt? None. Ironically, I was with a disabled person.

18/06/2026: This is a great campsite. Dreamy location right on the lake. Swim direct from the campsite. Staff wonderfully friendly. Great pitches with plenty of space. Immaculate facilities. Lecco-Bellagio bus stop right outside. Shop up the road. Good bar and restaurant on site, which also hired canoes and bikes. Came for one night, stayed for 4. Cant recommend highly enough.

31/05/2026: We booked this campsite without knowing much about it. We stayed in our 7m camper-van and had an amazing time. It exceeded our expectation. Staff were friendly and the view was incredible. The facilities were the best we’ve had on our trip so far. Would recommend to anyone and would love to visit this lovely little campsite again

18/01/2026: A lovely evening with friends. The appetizers were top-notch, worthy of a 5-star meal. Followed by a fried dish that didn't live up to the restaurant's name. The baked sea bass was okay. The first courses (served last) were passable, perhaps I'm used to bolder flavors. Followed by gelato on a bed of fruit that was excellent, and a mini cannolo that was twice as good. Coffee followed by a jug of amaro to help digest the bill.

17/01/2026: Very satisfied, excellent and plentiful dishes. It's a shame they closed at the end of January 😕 We hope they open again...it's definitely worth it 🏆🏅

10/05/2026: Enchanting, super relaxing location. Great lighting, music too. Let's move on to the menu: everything delicious. What can I say? 10 out of 10. Toscano in Lombardia: a pass. The Moggio amaro was also excellent (the very young lady at Sala couldn't tell us the name, but it was really good, with an intense thyme aroma! Well, the young lady, perhaps at her first experience, will need to work a little on her welcome, smiles, and courtesy 😅). The chef, on the other hand, is superb! Highly recommended.

25/07/2026: Very good pizzoccheri Meat tartare sandwich Polenta with butter and cheese Apricot tart What can I say? Everything is super. The convenience is that you can eat anytime from opening until 7:30 PM. A truly top-notch combo. Recommended place.

26/07/2026: The dishes were good, but the Indian salad was a disappointment. They served me white onions instead of red ones, and they said they didn't have any. Paying €5 for this was a waste.

26/07/2026: Excellent food, carefully cooked and served with extreme kindness. The aromas and flavors of the dishes are reminiscent of those I've tasted in India. It's a shame I can only give it 5 stars because it deserves much more.

14/05/2026: We couldn't have asked for more for our wedding! Rodolfo and Romina were incredibly helpful, perfecting even the smallest detail. From the aperitif, to the lunch, to the cake cutting, and the evening pizza party, everything was impeccable! The waiters were friendly, kind, and never intrusive. The food was so delicious that every guest complimented us on it, and we want to pass it on to Rodolfo: the porcini risotto was cooked to perfection and creamed even better, not to mention the meat that melted in your mouth; for the cake (on Rodolfo's recommendation), we chose a fruit Chantilly cream, which was also exceptional! A spectacular location with a breathtaking view that became even more magical at sunset. A special thanks also to Romina, the wedding planner at Castagno, for her attention to every detail and for accommodating our every request. You can see they have a lot of passion for what they do. Five well-deserved stars

13/05/2026: Dinner with friends. Informal, clean, and welcoming. Traditional cuisine with good-quality ingredients. Note that the menu includes some gluten-free dishes. Good value for money.

26/07/2026: Very disappointing Sunday lunch and high price

24/07/2026: We had dinner today: - wobbly table, - wine was missing from the menu, - the menu should have said we were served lobster linguine, but we were served tuna and bottarga linguine, - the menu should have said we were served quail, but we were served chicken breast. Terrible.

10/06/2026: The atmosphere is like a pub you'd drop in for a beer or watch a game with friends. The food is delicious and served quickly. There's a wide selection of beers to choose from. Prices range from €10 for a burger to €15. Beer starts at €6.

09/06/2026: A very unique atmosphere in true Irish style, excellent beer, well-tasted, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend the Guinness, as in my opinion it's the best around. One last tip: make a reservation if you want to eat in. I personally had the pulled pork sandwich, flavored with Guinness, and it was fabulous.

18/05/2026: Truly unprofessional staff. A seemingly owner-like person with a Viking beard (I'm stealing a quote from another review because it gives a good idea) passes between the tables several times while we're eating, making inappropriate comments and jokes. He confirmed there was an alternative to seafood pasta without tomato sauce (I'm allergic!), the waiter comes by to order and looks at me in shock, denying the possibility of alternatives other than those on the menu. We left after paying with a NON-ITEMATED receipt, so we didn't understand what we'd paid (having served three glasses of wine without specifying any price, adding up the menu prices, it would have cost about €30 per glass... at this point we would have paid for the entire bottle... no comment!). Never, never, never again!

12/05/2026: Pizzas made with frozen ingredients that ooze out into the pizza: a nightmare. Definitely not what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant. To top it all off, exorbitant prices: avoid at all costs.

26/07/2026: Superb dinner with reasonable prices and generous portions! I can't wait to go back! The Chiavenna gnocchetti, in particular, were the best! Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the coffee.

09/06/2026: I ordered two Neapolitan pizzas for takeout. The service was quick, the atmosphere was clean, the staff was friendly, and there's convenient parking next to the restaurant. My only suggestion to the guy at the counter is that it would be better to tie up your hair for a neater, cleaner look, but that's just my opinion. I recommend it anyway.

08/06/2026: To be honest, it wasn't our first choice, but in hindsight, it was an EXCELLENT one. Even though we hadn't booked and the place was really busy, we waited just over 10 minutes. She gave us the option of a better spot (than the one in the middle of the room initially suggested), since we have a rather bulky dog ​​with us. She and her staff were incredibly kind, patient, and quick. They even served a bowl of water for our big dog. All in all, the whole-wheat pizza was pretty good. Thanks for having us, see you next time!

03/08/2026: A wonderful and romantic restaurant, with multiple rooms, each more beautiful than the last, a wine and grappa cellar... Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff. Quality ingredients... I'll be back.

27/07/2026: We had dinner at this typical Brianza restaurant. The location is truly pleasant and the food excellent. We hope to return soon.
