11/08/2024: The manager literally fights with customers and employees in front of everybody. this person has got no clue about running a business. now on the actual product they sell: the ice cream is tasteless and running, so soft my partner had most of it going of his tee and another client all on her shoes. the ice cream wafer is of the cheap kind bought at supermarkets. both not recommended considering the whopping price of 3€ for two flavors with cone and 4€ for three flavors. no positive vibes either

09/08/2024: Best ice cream in the area!!! There is a lot of variety for vegans, the cones are also vegan! Ice cream is without eggs (except the cream and eggnog). For me, those who don't eat eggs are essential! Then the flavors are amazing! Everyone! Compliments! In Lecco it is a must to eat it!

21/07/2024: We have eaten many pizzas in Italy, but this one beats them all! Super delicious! The employees are very friendly and in a good mood! You also have to mention that everything is very clean! The concept is 100% correct!

05/07/2024: Guys, here at Pier the pizza is truly pizza, in Lecco and its surroundings I can no longer eat a pizza except at Pier you are number one full stop there is little to say you just have to try it

18/08/2024: Arrivati per caso. Locale accogliente e personale gentilissimo. Un crostone di polenta con borola e uno con gorgonzola, davvero ottimi. Poi m carpaccio di manzo celtico con mela, pesto di rucola e monte 27. Fusilloni artigianali con ragù di anatra. Costine con salsa BBQ e cavolo rosso stufato. Tutto ottimo, porzioni adeguate. Ottima scelta vini, noi Pecorino e Inu. Più di cinquanta scelte di amari e distillati. Io rosolio al bergamotto. Ci torneremo senz'altro.

15/08/2024: Positive impressions right from the booking during which the staff proved to be very kind and attentive to our needs. Well-structured mid-August lunch with a choice of different proposals. All delicious, refined but not affected, traditional dishes revisited with creative grace. Mention should be made of fusilloni with duck ragù, ravioli filled with aubergine parmigiana, ribs cooked at low temperature and pineapple marinated in anise and saffron. The trip to Merate is worth it. Compliments.

27/08/2024: Very positive experience! We took advantage of the vineyard voucher, you have to book well in advance but it's absolutely worth it. The experience began with a detailed explanation about the territory, their history, their vineyards and their wine. Afterwards from the vineyards we went to their small cellar; here we received further information on winemaking. To conclude the experience, we had the pleasure of tasting their good wine combined with quality products from the surrounding area. In summary: interesting and relaxing experience accompanied by truly excellent products!

18/08/2024: We had lunch on Saturday at La Costa; excellent seasonal offers. Quiet and pleasant environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had a very good time. Just to inform the reader: you arrive via a dirt road (about 800 metres), simple and well maintained, suitable for any car.

31/08/2024: Un ristorante dalla posizione invidiabile, con una vista lago da applausi. Ma questo non basterebbe per meritare una lode se non si accompagnasse con una cucina pregevole, originale e curata. La scelta permette di gustare specialità di lago non così comuni, ma anche di optare per piatti più tradizionali, come per esempio le trenette con gamberi o il risotto burrata e acciughe. La nostra scelta è caduta su una degustazione di lago, composta da porchetta di lago (un arrotolato di pesce), crostini con patè di lago e un'eccellente carpionata di pesce di lago, e sui missultin, piatto tradizionale a base di agoni di lago essiccati sotto sale e grigliati. A seguire, due porzioni di sedanini al pomodo con ragù di pesce di lago e bottarga (quest'ultima, in verità, poco presente). Con un sorbetto agli agrumi per finire e due bicchieri di prosecco, conto di poco superiore ai 35 euro a persona, per una cena di ottima qualità, con servizio curato e tempi delal cucina corretti. Chi si lamenta dei prezzi di questo locale non ha la minima idea di quelli medi dei ristoranti, soprattutto a MIlano...

24/08/2024: Locale con vista sul lago. Unica cosa positiva. Cibo di medio-bassa qualità. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente elevato. Antipasto minimale, bruschette e poco più. Non si possono far passare e pagare per mazzancolle, code di gamberi da frittura, con tre fette di zucchine alla griglia e una ciotola si "sugo", stiamo parlando della portata di punta dei secondi. Tempi di attesa molto lunghi nonostante il locale non fosse pieno. In veranda con l'afa che c'era non si respirava. L'istallazione di qualche pala da soffitto avrebbe reso la permanenza decisamente migliore. Abbiamo beccato la giornata sbagliata? Di sicuro non ci torneremo più ed eviteremo di consigliarlo. Diamo due pallini come valutazione solo per la location...diversamente sarebbe stata una valutazione da un solo pallino.

15/08/2024: We stayed at the inn for mid-August, for the occasion they had prepared a special menu. What can I say except...wow! The food was spectacular, not an entree out of place. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfect, accompanied by an excellent bottle of red, chosen on the house. Mariangela and the other girls were perfect, both in bringing the dishes, in managing the "room" (we were outside on the terrace), and in calibrating the times so that lunch lasted a long time without becoming boring. The atmosphere created with relaxing and never too powerful music is also excellent. Inn to recommend, congratulations for everything, a must-see in Esino!

10/08/2024: Aesthetically very nice place, well prepared dishes, very good risotto, service that can be greatly improved and little attention to the customer. 15 minutes to get the menus, 40 minutes for the dessert, after the dessert we waited about twenty minutes to order the coffees... in the end we left. At the payment we were not asked if everything had gone well, we asked to make an appointment for a quote for the wedding (September 2025) and the owner gave us an availability, she did not mark the appointment and did not even ask me the name... We really felt treated with disdain. It was a very bad experience.

23/07/2024: Not very attentive service, after 15 minutes, we asked for the menu because no one had brought it to us yet, we had to ask for everything, from salt to pepper to oil and bread. Wines too expensive and portions really small, which was serious, no one informed us about how it worked, that you could also choose meat at the counter, we discovered this by asking a waitress why food not described on the menu was passed around. Also children running around screaming between the tables. I don't think we will return.

20/08/2024: Buonissimi piatti di pesce e anche altro (tutto fatto in casa). Due turni per la cena...siamo arrivati 10 minuti prima dell'orario di prenotazione e siamo stati serviti rapidamente: i piatti li prendi da solo da una finestra che da sull'area tavoli. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il servizio è spartano ma la location è bellissima (fronte lago). Il personale è disponibile e gentilissimo e sono riusciti a trovare un tavolo per la cena nonostante non avessimo prenotato. Detto ciò per essere certi consiglio di prenotare...noi lo faremo perché ci torneremo di sicuro!

16/08/2024: I spent one night in this hotel, but I would not repeat the experience. As positive elements: the positioning of the hotel right on the shore of the lake, theoretically having the advantage of a picturesque view (this if you are lucky enough to get a room facing the lake). The second positive element is the friendliness of the staff. Otherwise, I have nothing good to say: the hotel needs a general rehabilitation, starting with the outdated furniture, the outdoor terrace with a floor made of half-rotted planks, the walls that require a quick painting. The breakfast was mediocre. In conclusion, the quality-price ratio is unacceptable. I do not recommend!

28/06/2024: Bel locale, ben curato, che offre un servizio adeguato. Particolarmente gentile e preparato il figlio dei proprietari. Piatti molto gustosi con materie prime di livello. Prezzi medio alti ma in linea con servizio e proposte culinarie. Carta dei vini molto buona. Da provare
