24/07/2025: Ieri sera ci siamo incrociati a Bellano con parenti australiani in vacanza in Italia e scelto di cenare in questo bel ristorante. Location molto suggestiva con tavoli vista lago, cucina soddisfacente, qualità/prezzo adeguata, servizio -a parte una attenta ed efficiente signorina bionda- direi normale, eccezion fatta per un giovane ragazzo riccio e scuro di capelli al quale imputo volontarie inefficienze mascherate con falsa e fastidiosa ironia (preferisco non usare altri termini più espliciti). Ecco, se dovesse avvicinarsi lui per servirvi, il mio consiglio è: alzatevi e cambiate ristorante se amate godervi serenamente la vostra cena (la qualità del personale non è certo un problema del cliente)

16/07/2025: Trappola x turisti .piatti a dir poco immangiabili ,fatti per lo più con quintali di aglio che tolgono il sapore ad ogni pietanza .personale scortese e sopratutto prezzi troppo aliti !!come ho detto all’inizio e’ una trappola x gli italiani che pensano di mangiare cibo italiano ma in realtà e’ fatto solo x i turisti stranieri

19/07/2025: You can park your car here easily, then you can circle the lake clockwise or counterclockwise. Going south is wilder and doesn't always offer lake views, while going north to the other shore is more civilized, with a classic lakeside style.

18/03/2025: Martino bar and rental, an oasis of hospitality and taste at high altitude. I often frequent the floors of Bobbio, I had the pleasure of meeting all the staff present at Martino Sport. They make my day in the mountains more and more special. As soon as you enter the bar, you find hospitality and kindness among the staff. The owners: Rita, Omar and Ambra, true professionals in the sector, know how to make every type of customer feel at ease, creating a familiar and relaxing environment. Applause certainly goes to the convenience of ordering, especially in places that are crowded. Wall-mounted tablets make the experience quick and intuitive. Always impeccable service, fast, efficient and always with a smile. Their helpfulness and attention to detail is truly commendable. From this year, access to services is either paid for for those who do not consume or via a barcode on the receipt, very correct and fair. For those who want to feel pampered with excellent service and spoiled with impeccable management, I highly recommend!

21/04/2025: LOCATION CLOSED!!! Booked for Easter with a bitter surprise... Practically when we arrived in front of the gate we found the writing: "closed for renovations" Nobody warned us... no messages, not even a phone call, what are the ways? five of us have to wander around to find a place available without a reservation. Truly speechless!!!!!! 1⭐ because it was forced, otherwise the review wouldn't be published, for me even less than zero....

12/05/2025: Tornati, soprattutto per la location, dopo una precedente esperienza Accogliendo la proposta del cameriere abbiamo ordinato 2 secondi "fuori menù" ( 2 piatti di carne, del tutto nella norma ) La sorpresa è stata al momento del pagamento in quanto ci siamo trovati: - verdure a parte 6€ CAD - acqua a parte 2€ CAD - coperto 2.5€ CAD ( mai presente nel "pranzo di lavoro" infrasettimanale) Di fatto + di 50€ per un banale pranzetto con soli 2 secondi piatti MAI PIÙ. IL TRUCCHETTO DEL FUORI MENÙ NON MI FREGHERÀ UN'ALTRA VOLTA.

13/07/2025: Terrible experience, I highly recommend it! During a visit to Barzio, I decided to stop here for a simple gelato: a terrible choice. After a long wait just to receive three cups, I was directed to the cashier to pay... and there was another wait, while the rude elderly lady continued to serve new orders, completely ignoring the fact that I was waiting to pay. This is not a proper way to treat customers: they finish with one before moving on to the next. The worst part? €12 for three gelatos, with a receipt listing drinks instead of gelato—a very clever move to inflate prices. Naturally, there was no price displayed for the gelato. And as if that weren't enough, sitting at the outdoor tables to eat gelato is prohibited, even if they were all completely empty. You have to eat it standing, somewhere. I get the impression that as soon as they see a tourist, they try to fleece them. Inappropriate and opaque behavior. This place should definitely be avoided.

05/07/2025: Purtroppo non accettano i cani, per cui non ci siamo andati, spiace. Penso dovrebbero adeguarsi perché ormai i cani sono accettati quasi ovunque.

05/04/2025: Mi dispiace, nulla da dire dal servizio ma il cibo era pessimo, ho mangiato i casoncelli peggiori della mia vita, ma quando è arrivato il secondo li si può morire, cibo per cani di sapore sgradevole, mio marito per vergogna ha detto di portarlo via ma manco i cani mangiano così male. Un polpettone amaro con un liquido marrone senza manco una foglia di basilico come guarnizione.

22/03/2025: Passato per caso da quelle parti mi sono fermato. Posto tipico,dove si mangia bene e del luogo. Camerieri gentili e disponibili e sala con veduta sul fiume Adda. Il pesce è fresco e le portate giuste come quantità. Anche il titolare è una persone disponibile. P.s. bagni un po' scomodo per via che bisogna uscire ed andare fuori sulla scala al piano sotto. Cmq è una trattoria dove puoi mangiare sia in settimana che nel weekend a costi contenuti.

08/06/2025: Furbetto, festa della scuola, ci ha fatto pagare due persone in più e non ha fatto scontrino anche se richiesto. Disonesto, da segnalare alla guardia di finanza.

18/04/2025: Il proprietario a coda del fatto di non essere soddisfatto mi ha addirittura offeso quando sono andato a pagare! Sono incredulo di questa reazione! Certi soggetti sbagliano lavoro! Non andateci assolutamente!

01/05/2025: Mentre aspettiamo il traghetto, entriamo in questo locale perché a mia figlia serve il bagno. Chiedo un caffè e mi rispondono che non fanno servizio al banco. Chiedo per il bagno e vedo un cartello che dice che bisogna pagare 2 euro per la toilette. Il signore alla cassa mi dice con poca cortesia che posso comprare una bottiglietta d’acqua a 2 euro da pagare però solo in contanti. Davvero un modo poco gentile per accogliere dei turisti!

07/04/2025: Una delle peggiori esperienze mai vissute in un ristorante. l’unica cosa “accogliente” è stato il silenzio glaciale all’ingresso. Nessuno che ti consideri, nessuno che ti accompagni al tavolo: sei solo. O quasi. Perché uno dei gestori si diverte a sparlare alle spalle dei clienti con toni derisori e poco graziati, credendo forse di essere invisibile. Triste spettacolo. Il locale è sporco:, bicchieri con patine strane e precedenti aloni di labbra altrui, atmosfera trascurata. L’insalata marcia sembrava direttamente uscita da un bidone dell’umido. Il menage (olio, aceto, sale) impresentabile: bottiglie unte, olio travasato di dubbia provenienza, lontano anni luce da qualsiasi extravergine. E poi il vino: annacquato, privo di sapore e dignità. Un affronto al palato e al buon senso. In sintesi: qualità inesistente, ambiente sgradevole, comportamento del personale inaccettabile. Un’esperienza da evitare accuratamente; per citare le esatte parole di quando ci siamo alzati dal tavolo da chi era ad aspettare di prendere solo i soldi di quel pessimo cibo: - ci leviamo dalle ........ molto volentieri. Con la speranza che presto possiate evitare di continuare a somministrare porcheria, un caro saluto. Unfriendly staff, dirty glasses, and rotten salad served as if it were fresh. One of the staff members mocked customers behind their backs—completely unprofessional. The olive oil was suspicious, the wine watered down, and the overall quality was terrible. A truly disappointing experience.

26/07/2025: The place needs to be modernised, but above all it took us a long time (tired of waiting we left) the waitress instead of taking the orders cleaned the tables that were not yet occupied, in addition to being rude

25/06/2025: Avoid this Bar. coffee is average, service is very slow and not welcoming, but it costs double than usual, with this prices I expect excellent coffe and service. I would never come back, There is so many excellent bar around them.

21/07/2025: We arrived shortly after 2:00 PM and tried to simply order a coffee, but were told "it's not possible after lunch." Absurd, considering it was just a few minutes after 2:00 PM. Rude service, exorbitant prices. A disappointing experience in every way. Not recommended.

14/07/2025: Strange place with stupid rules of serving the coffee only inside. The waiter kid was trying to be polite, the rest of the personnel were rude, noisy and some of them needed a shower. The only good part of the experience was Rihanna’s old clip playing on TV💀💔
