A beautiful place with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake.
The food is excellent, the owner is very welcoming and makes an effort to speak French, as does the staff.
I highly recommend it.

Just wow! If you do one dinner here, this is the spot. The view in unbelievable. The food very, very good. The service is unparalleled. Did I mention the view? It’s unreal. Had a wonderful dinner here and to super lucky without a reservation to find an open seat outside by the railing. Book in advance. It’s worth it for sure.

Lovely views well presented dishes but was underwhelmed with the food. Had the duck with broccolini, duck was fine, a little tough but broccolini was bitter my freind had the risotto which was hard (the rice).

Had a a wonderful meal here on the first night of our holiday. It was a truly special experience. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the view was breathtaking. They said they had given us the best table, and they certainly did. Thank you!

A lovely terrace with a superb view of the village of Varenna and Lake Como. A very warm welcome: initially seated at a table in the French doors, we were moved to the terrace as soon as a table became available.
A short menu with a few original dishes, including perch fillets. The restaurant offers vegan options for those who are looking for them.
A quality wine list with a nice selection of wines by the glass.
The dishes were very good and made with quality ingredients. Prices were a bit higher than average, but it was worth the trip. No regrets.

Celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday here. Absolutely breathtaking view (weather permitting). Staff is friendly and proficient, but just know that the 3-4 courses will come out over a period of a couple hours. The food was well prepared and they have a good amount of variety for all
