22/06/2025: Trattoria with a very nice summer panoramic terrace. Excellent and friendly service, the food, needless to say, is traditional Lombardy, very good and abundant dishes. Prices are average and fair. Overall, an excellent trattoria to try and I will definitely be back.

04/07/2025: We spent three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable environment. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, yet pleasantly quiet at night. What truly made our experience outstanding was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to the young gentleman at reception—he is, without a doubt, one of the kindest people I have ever met, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The other receptionists, bartender, and restaurant staff were also exceptionally pleasant and attentive. Thanks to their warm hospitality, our stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for making us feel at home!

24/07/2025: Beautiful interior of old stone work. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We ordered the beef tartare that was a good portion but not a lot of flavor. My wife ordered the lasagna that was on the special…it tasted like it looked- dry. I ordered a special pasta with rabbit. The pasta was cooked to perfection but the rabbit and sauce lacked flavor to that of a traditional Italian rabbit dish that I grew up eating as child from the Island of Ischia. My girls split an order of ravioli filled with eggplant and they both finished their portion. The star of the night in appearance and flavor was the apricot cheese cake- the building and structure was beautiful but the food was a let down.

24/07/2025: We came in when the restaurant was full and had to take a table close to the toilet. 2 min later 2 tables came free and we asked to switch tables. The waiter just said 'no'. My advice, don't go there !

26/07/2025: I was in the gardens as a tourist. Very beautiful, but keep in mind the number of tourists in season. Minus a star for the queue in front of the gates in the heat (we were there on Wednesday)

20/07/2025: Hotel Villa Cipressi is centrally located besides Lake Como and the rooms are clean. But that’s where the positives end! The front desk service during the daytime was unacceptable. The woman at reception displayed overtly discriminatory behavior, treating me—a paying Indian guest—with a condescending attitude, in stark contrast to how she interacted with others. Her tone was patronizing, her demeanour dismissive, and her conduct entirely unprofessional. She seemed to forget that basic respect is a cornerstone of hospitality. To add to the disappointment, the breakfast was average and uninspired—not remotely in line with what one expects from a four-star property. When a hotel trades charm for bias and warmth for apathy, it fails at its most fundamental purpose. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone expecting respect and equitable treatment.

26/06/2025: Located in the heart of the Bassa Parmense, it offers exquisite simple dishes such as the fabulous tagliatelle al culatello, all in the name of local tradition, excellent value for money.

28/05/2025: Maybe I am influenced by my happy mood of these last months, but I think it is the most beautiful outdoor place in Lecco to eat good food, enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and receive a nice welcome from the service. I think it is unique as a place in its simplicity and naturalness. So if you are happy try this culinary and human experience.

29/04/2025: My wife and I go to this restaurant quite often when we go to visit a friend of ours who lives in the area. We're going there for lunch. The restaurant is medium in size, with a beautiful outdoor terrace. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Coming to the kitchen, you can find a bit of everything, even if they present themselves as a hamburger restaurant. So the hamburger sandwiches are excellent, but upon request they will also prepare sandwiches of your choice, if they have the ingredients available, in addition to the sandwiches on the menu. The last time I had a tagliatelle with mushrooms which was really worth it, while my wife had a nice plate of gnocchi with four cheeses. The pizza is also good and there is a wide choice, but the dough is a little heavy to digest. Excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended!!!

21/07/2025: A very pleasant experience, the staff is very kind and the property is charming. However, overall I think the prices are really excessive and disproportionate to the services and overall experience. The rooms are nice and clean, but they are naturally small given the structure, so the price of the stay should already take this into account. The linens are very basic, and even the bathroom lacks any special amenities that could possibly justify the price. As for breakfast, it's really poor and not suitable for everyone. They only serve a little yogurt, some cereal, bread, butter, and jam, and a half glass of juice. For a place that claims to have fresh eggs, a vegetable garden, and an orchard, at least the option to order eggs or have a little fresh fruit seems like the minimum. Another good idea would be to bake or procure fresh cakes. In short, there seems to be no shortage of resources, but the selection is truly limited. Furthermore, breakfast is served between 9 and 10; Given the amount I spent, I'd like to be able to decide when to get up, especially on weekends. Finally, the dinner was undoubtedly very good, we even complimented it. However, once again, the price was outrageous, around €90 per person. Four courses, the ingredients mostly vegetables (the appetizer was a zucchini flan with eggplant, the main course a cream of potatoes with an egg, the dessert made entirely of blueberries—so, in a place with its own garden and eggs, we imagine all the products were more or less free for the establishment), and meat (only the first course, ravioli stuffed with duck—again, we were told it was "their" duck, so we imagine the costs were quite low for the establishment). Wine was a bottle of prosecco and two glasses. How can you justify asking €186 for two? Furthermore, we didn't have a chance to decide on the time for dinner either; it was served at 8:00 PM, and since we were still finishing a bottle of Prosecco for an aperitif with friends at 8:25 PM, we were told that dinner was being served. In short, I would recommend reviewing the prices or the service, which needs to be up to par. Thank you.
