04/10/2025: Spectacular in Lecco, high-quality ingredients brought directly from the south of our beautiful country. Small, family-friendly atmosphere. The pizza is definitely worth a try, both for its quality, digestibility, and price.

05/10/2025: I absolutely love this place: the food is excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner is the epitome of Italian hospitality and warmth.

19/09/2025: We do not often go to a restaurant twice on a visit, but we had both lunch and dinner here during our three days in Milan. The T-bone steak is perfect. Absolutely rivals any steakhouse and any Florentino steak you can offer as comparison. The lobster pasta is so delicate and delicious. The eggplant (which I usually do not eat) was expertly prepared and so complexly delicious. The service is beyond and beyond and the setting, while perhaps lacking in a stunning vista, is delightfully charming while providing an intimate surrounding for a wonderful meal. I will be back and highly recommend

31/10/2025: A very nice place with traditional decor. The pizzas were generous and the gnocchi were very good. It's a bit of a shame that the main courses and pizzas weren't served at the same time, as some people had to eat at different times. The dining room was very noisy due to a lot of echo. The waiters were lovely.

26/10/2025: Seafood pasta and clam vongole are must-haves. I was so touched by the taste. A Gem in Bellano.

11/10/2025: My wife and I chose Griso Restaurant for our wedding day because we were so impressed with our first experience there, a dinner there. We admired the beauty of the venue and the friendliness and professionalism of Robert, the venue's manager. Thanks in part to his support, we were able to organize the dinner for our most important day with near-perfect accuracy, given their professionalism, dedication, and organizational skills. We opted for the fish-based menu, allowing us to vary some of the dishes. A separate room with three terraces was reserved for us, allowing us to further admire the splendid view and take wonderful photos! We also extend our infinite thanks to Robert for his impeccable management of the room's decorations, fully accommodating our additional requests. Everything went perfectly, making our most beautiful and important day unique!

16/09/2025: Party of 4 people on holiday, special evening dinner occasion celebrating my daughter's new job. We all had the tasting menu. Food and wine excellent, as was the wonderful panoramic view. Service was overall ok, although a little clunky at times (seemed to be dependent on individual members of staff). A further improvement would be for each course to be described to the table as it is served (which in our experience is normal for tasting menus, but this only happened for one of our courses). Overall a very nice evening, one which we will always remember. Thank-you.

09/10/2025: The lasagna was super delicious! The beef and squid were also very good! The waiter was very considerate and gave each of us a blanket to cover us. Very welcoming.

18/06/2025: Locale di prestigio, nella piazza centrale, innanzi alla torre castello. Un ambiente dall’ arredo curato, elegante, era da un po' di tempo che non passavamo da quando avevano aperto come ristorazione con menù di classe, piatti ben impiantati e ingredienti di qualità non uscivi senza comprare il pane sfornato da loro. In quei tempi ci siamo stati più volte presenti con amici e famigliari. Questa mattina abbiamo fatto colazione seduti fuori, appena aperto, quando la gente ancora non si vedeva passeggiare…è stato un piacere consumare in questo ambiente, dalle briosce buone. Abbiamo lasciato un saluto a Stefano e famiglia

17/06/2025: One of the few places left that still has honest prices! The atmosphere is not special, but I go there often because I'm sure I'll find a satisfying aperitif every time, good drinks and always smiling waitresses. They also have outside seating but it stays in the shade. I often end up ordering the burger of the day because they make combos that really make you hungry :)

01/06/2025: Delicious authentic Italian pizza place - I love that they don’t speak English. We’re an Aussie couple staying on the main strip and hiked up the 15min hill carrying a 10kg sleeping baby - and I’d do it again for that much deliciousness for that pricing (7.50€ Quattro Salumi pizza). They make the pizza right in front of you and throw it in to the oven also right behind the counter so you can see it all - fun experience to watch and feel. Because of the authentic pizza oven heating up the small seating area - it’s best to get takeaway and eat it on the main strip (the walk downhill feels like 2mins). We ate on the jetty under the LED Malgrate sign. Bella bella! :)

22/10/2025: Excellent and fast service, even repetitive on the dishes served. The food was excellent for my taste. Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

20/10/2025: Family lunch after picking chestnuts in Valsassina. A lovely, modernized restaurant with a nod to tradition. The sciatt', pizzoccheri (amazing), and polenta with local taleggio cheese were excellent. I also tried the risotto with speck, chestnuts, and rosemary, and the venison bites, and these were also very good. Quick service, and the meal cost just over €20 per person. It's a great place to stop and return to.

27/07/2025: Some of the best food I've had in any restaurant, globally, that I can remember. Presentation, depth of flavour, quality of ingredients, wine selection, atmosphere, were all flawless. Our group of 7 had a fairly wide selection from the menu and each dish was fantastic, we will need to go back without the kids to enjoy it more next time. Truly a hidden gem.
