27/08/2025: A youthful atmosphere and an excellent location on the main road offer the opportunity to stop for a coffee break or a pleasant meeting over a bite to eat.

20/10/2025: Lunch with old friends at a trattoria just the way we like it. Friendly, courteous, relaxed, and excellent food. I found the menu unique, I'd say. I enjoyed the onion soup as an appetizer, and the taroz were delicious. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations to everyone.

17/10/2025: Incredibly nice and professional staff. Comfortable and spacious classic room. Loved that the Cipressi Gardens came with the room, as well as little touches throughout the stay (prosecco, candy). Wonderful!
22/09/2025: We didn’t stay at the hotel but had an amazing lunch while exploring Varenna, the food and the stuff are lovely and we enjoyed it a lot!!!

I had a cappuccino and a white chocolate brioche, it was inedible, dry and nauseating chocolate practically a block and brioche with puff pastry, probably from days ago..... Hot and watery cappuccino.... not to mention the prices too high for what I offer. Never ever again
06/09/2025: I often go for brunch on Saturdays. The food is always delicious, and they also have salads and excellent cakes. I love their smoothies, and the location is truly welcoming.

The place isn't very large, but this very characteristic gives it a touch of authenticity and atmosphere.
The quality is excellent, and unlike other places, the portions here are generous and completely satisfying.
03/11/2025: We've been sick twice after drinking draft beer, which they apparently don't clean properly.
It's nice to read that you yourself admit to cleaning it every 15 days. As a plumbing installer, I can tell you that taps must be sanitized and disinfected EVERY DAY to prevent the Gram-negative salmonella bacteria.

14/10/2025: The hotel is in an ideal location. Our room and restaurant overlook the lake! The rooms are of an average standard, cleaned daily, and clean. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfasts are available. Guests can enjoy the bar and restaurant. Private parking is available for guests. We highly recommend this hotel.

08/09/2025: The place is beautiful, a symbol of Barzio since forever. But this time I have to leave a somewhat negative review.
Unfortunately, not much attention was paid to one of my guests' allergies, and they served food that wasn't suitable for his needs, despite our express request. It's a shame because on other occasions,
we've always had excellent service and food quality.
