We arrived after a motorcycle ride, a rather challenging road. The atmosphere was lovely and rustic, the staff friendly, and the food was limited, but good. Excellent value.

We stumbled upon the restaurant by accident because we took a wrong turn on April 25th, but we found a table anyway. The service was friendly, albeit a bit slow; we were first in but were served after three other tables. The place is very cute, with a beautiful view of the mountain, a nice dining room, a cozy stove, and clean bathrooms. The food was generally good: excellent salami, less so the coppa and prosciutto, the onions excellent, the polenta completely tasteless, so much so that more than one customer added salt. The salamella and fig cake were good. In the end, we spent €80.70 for two adults and one child, which would have been fine if the rest of the food had been up to par. Coffee wasn't offered (let alone the bitter one). I was amused by the 70 cents on the bill. Overall, a positive experience.

The food was good and plentiful, and the owners were courteous and hospitable.

The only disappointment is the ban on dogs.

Mrs. Pinuccia, the owner, takes us into an enchanted world of authentic flavors and ancient memories. The fireplace is beautiful. Typical mountain dishes, excellent venison ragù and desserts. Reasonable prices. We'll be back!
