08/03/2025: Very good burgers, you can see that they are artisanal, even the sauces are made by them, but the prices are too high, the sandwich, chips and beer costing more than 25 euros is a lot, plus the sandwich is still quite small.

25/02/2025: Burger molto buoni, ma veramente piccoli, é vero puoi scegliere di prenderlo normale, o più grande, ma quello normale in media solo panino costa 12/15 euro. Panino, patatine e bibita spendi minimo 25 euro, per un hamburgheria mi sembra veramente eccessivo. Ho mangiato hamburger molto buoni anche altrove senza spendere una tale cifra e uscire quasi ancora affamato.

25/01/2025: Pizza not to my liking. Just like many others, with non-first choice ingredients. I also don't understand why make a pizza bigger than the plate because when you've eaten half of it the other half is already cold. Make it smaller!! The tiramisu with amaretti tastes too much like amaretti, I'm not saying it's not good but don't put the word tiramisu in the name.

The fish is really excellent, we tried the mixed starters, tagliolini with lobster, and grilled fish. House wine. Excellent quality but the price a little higher than I expected

My vegan one only had the flaw of having been cooked a little too much and had become dry... but "one swallow does not make a summer" and I am convinced that the non-vegan ones are easier to heat. Very welcoming place. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking not easy due to the location.

02/03/2025: Pizzeria that offers different types of dough with perfect toppings: Neapolitan, medium and thin. It is also specified whether a certain ingredient is placed in cooking or "out of the oven". The pizza is quite good and digestible, but there are some things to improve. The raw ham with slices so small and cut so thick ruined the pizza, which otherwise would have been good. The desserts, which are advertised as a feature of the place, also appearing on the sign at the entrance (lifferia), are not up to par at all: the mascarpone cream doesn't have egg yolks inside, but whatever; the fudge cake is a pudding, not a cake. The last note is that more attention should be paid to the preparation of the dishes; under the hazelnut praline, we found a piece of hard plastic; nothing happened, but it could have been different.

18/02/2025: Che Mistura Fin sia un ristorante, un pub, una bruschetteria o un bar non è ben definito. Mistura Fina è la "grotta" segreta dove rintanarsi con amici o famiglia e passare una splendida serata avvolti da un'atmosfera calda, esemplarmente calda e ferma nel tempo. Ottime bruschette e schiaccine croccantissime, sapientemente farcite, originali e altamente digeribili (impasto veramente unico nel suo genere). Prezzi contenuti e onesti, anche nelle bevande. Per questo motivo Mistura Fina è un luogo dov'è obbligatoria una visita! E mi raccomando, non cambiate nulla, non trasformate e non rendete moderna nemmeno una mattonella dell'ingresso altrimenti tutto perde di magia. Complimenti di cuore anche per la bella compagnia, il sorriso e la voglia di raccontarsi che non è mai mancata. Arrivederci a presto!
