24/11/2025: We found this place by chance and had a wonderful meal. Grandma's "chicche" were the best I've ever had. The ragout was just like my mother makes. The braised beef was so tender even a toothless person could have eaten it; the sauce was pure poetry. The tiramisu biscuit was still warm with the coffee, and the cream was delicious, not too sweet. All this at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, we're not from the area, but we'll be back as soon as we can.

29/11/2025: Excellent Roman cuisine at a fair price. I'd been to a historic wine bar in Rome a few days earlier, and La Ciminiera was a match made in heaven. It's a shame I didn't get the Jewish-style artichokes; I'll try again in a few weeks.

15/11/2025: Nice place, good food with excellent ingredients. Helpful and polite staff. A porcini mushroom pizza, a spectacular tartare, two medium Kilkennys, two coffees for €46... I'd say perfect!

20/11/2025: I had dinner with my girlfriend; we had mixed fried fish and spaghetti allo scoglio. Two huge portions, compliments to the chef for the delicious food she served us. Portions like this, and with fresh fish, are not many you'll find in other pizzerias in the area 💪. The service was welcoming, and the waitresses were kind and fast. I'll definitely be back to try other first courses, not to mention the super-delicious and amazing pizzas.

The size of the pizzas The contents of the pizzas The noise inside the place The size of the beers The quantity of fried food Everything is plentiful and I'd say good. The place is dated and simple. The family atmosphere makes it unique. If you like abundance, you'll definitely find it here.

16/10/2025: There are no words to describe how good the food at this restaurant is. Seriously, the rice and meat are amazing...not to mention the guys who work there, super welcoming and kind! Special mention for the juices they let us try! I'll be back a thousand times.

03/10/2025: I walked past this restaurant this afternoon and took a picture. I've been in Sicily more than a week and have been mainly dinning local slightly high end since I got here. Last night I paid €85 for two people with a bottle of wine but I was more impressed by my meal tonight. €7 and more than I could possibly eat. Highly recommend.

25/11/2025: An unpretentious trattoria, tucked away in a small country village, serving decent-quality food, mostly homemade. The place is unassuming, modest in size, with limited parking on the adjacent street, and generally not very busy. The wait for food is extremely long, even when there are few or no customers. The wine is served in pre-opened bottles, leaving one suspecting it may have been decanted, and bread is only served when the main courses arrive (even upon request, the owner refuses to bring bread unless other dishes are ordered). The list prices are disproportionate for the location (€5 cover charge, €8 fries, etc.): normally, such prices are only found in upscale restaurants, which this place is definitely not. The portions are also small for the listed price. In particular, a commercial practice is applied to prices that, in my opinion, is underhanded and prohibited by the Consumer Code: all list prices are artificially inflated, and then a constant 50% discount is applied, bringing the prices back to near-normal levels, to falsely suggest a significant discount. This practice also completely penalizes TheFork customers, of which the restaurant is a member, who are lured in with misleading advertising and fictitious 50% discounts (on doubled list prices), but instead end up paying exactly the same as regular customers. Furthermore, the TheFork Yums, which the restaurant accepts, are nullified by the doubling of prices (the owner, in fact, does not apply the 50% discount on inflated list prices). I believe the restaurant survives precisely because of the "long tail" of TheFork customers who come, one time only, attracted by discounts that turn out to be fake on the spot. These unfair and opaque practices lead me to stay away from that establishment and discourage everyone from visiting. The receipt is either not issued or, if explicitly requested, is not self-explanatory but only shows the total, making it impossible to verify the consistency of the purchase and any discounts applied. We left the establishment with the strong feeling of having been duped and certainly with a bill far higher than is consistent with this type of restaurant, given its location, service, and food. A poor choice.

23/11/2025: Great experience, booked 1 hour in advance, returning to Milan from Bologna. The place is like an old tavern, the food is very good, with various specialties, excellent cold cuts and fried gnocco, the agnolotti are also good, the torta Bertolina is very good, and the wine cellar is extensive. Everything is very good, and what can I say about the owner...very welcoming and super kind? The prices are also very reasonable.

17/10/2025: We had a wonderful meal: the Milanese cutlet was amazing, the best I've ever had—not greasy, perfectly breaded and cooked, good cured meats, and the light and delicious fried gnocco. The atmosphere is very pleasant and authentic. The owner was a little gruff at first, but then he loosened up! He's very good and gives good advice. Our waitress was a little shy but very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend it!

28/11/2025: First time here, and it certainly won't be the last. Everyone can find something to enjoy because there's so much to choose from! The beer selection is extensive (which I unfortunately didn't try because I was driving), and I was pleased to find the oransoda, which I rarely find. The music is excellent, without being "intrusive." Kudos also for the friendly and fast service. See you next time.

11/10/2025: Historic bar now run by Chinese people located in the centre of Cremona in Galleria XXV Aprile. Food and drinks are standard at a reasonable price. Service could be improved.

05/06/2025: I love this place. The breakfasts are fantastic, not to mention the aperitifs with excellent cocktails and platters of really good food... plus the bubble teas are out of this world. If they didn't close at 8 PM, I'd stay all night. The staff is also incredibly friendly.

26/10/2025: We arrived at Trattoria dell'Alba at 12:00, as indicated on their website, which clearly states that the kitchen opens at 12:00, and as communicated clearly and precisely via email during the reservation process. Upon our arrival, however, we were told that the kitchen would not open until 12:45. Since we had a later commitment, we couldn't wait that long and were forced to leave. The most unfortunate thing is that we were told that the website stated that the kitchen opens at 12:45, when in fact, that's incorrect (see attached photo). A restaurant that values ​​its reputation should respect the hours it advertises or at least update the information online if it's incorrect. A disappointing and unprofessional experience. We won't be returning.
