30/11/2025: I've known this place for over 30 years and it's always a pleasant experience. Excellent cocktails, quality food, and always friendly staff. The place is unique because it hosts constantly changing exhibitions. Recommended

03/10/2025: The place and service were very pleasant, but as for the food, while well-prepared and good, I think they put a bit too much emphasis on appearance rather than substance. The portions were very small, and we were all still hungry at the end of the meal, which was strange for an Indian restaurant. Honestly, I wouldn't return for this very reason.

11/03/2026: I've been a regular customer for several years now, but with the new additions these past few months, I have to say I've been pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended, the mixed fried food is soft, not greasy, and easily digestible. Excellent value for money, and kudos to the management, whose staff are truly qualified.

02/02/2026: Excellent Osteria in beautiful Cremona. I ate regularly at Il Foppone when I lived here 20 years ago and I couldn't wait to revisit with my partner. So, so glad that we did. Full of local people, which is always a good sign, it's a great place to eat as the food is fabulous. We visited on a Saturday evening, were taken to our table, ordered the classic half a litre of house red, sat and chatted and chose our food. Waitress was kind and courteous, food was absolutely top notch, we were left to take our time and enjoy. Excellent price for the quality of food, would highly recommend and will revisit when we are next in town. Sadly we had only 3 nights in Cremona so didn't have chance to visit again as we were here Saturday to Tuesday. Keep an eye on opening times as it is closed Monday evening and all day Tuesday. Highly, highly recommend for excellent food.

31/01/2026: Excellent food, excellent hospitality! As a celiac, I often struggle in many restaurants. Here, I felt pampered and noticed attention, sensitivity, and preparation combined with excellent food, including bread, which I don't remember enjoying or enjoying in a long time. I reiterate my constant joy in eating at this wonderful place!

12/02/2026: Had an “interesting” experience at this restaurant. I came a bit after noon on a Friday for lunch because the reviews were good and it seemed very authentic to the local cuisine. I was surprised when the lead server told me that they did have tables available but that I’d need to leave by 1pm because they had reservations. I figured that was enough time. But they’re taking their time getting my food to me. I ordered the marubini, which I just ate, but I’m waiting for my clam pasta. It’s 12:39pm and I don’t think I’ll be able to finish my food that quickly, especially because I’m on vacation and don’t want to be rushed. Meanwhile, I also see 3 open tables available, so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ll add that this city is not very racially diverse, if that means anything. Also, since I clearly look like a tourist, they gave me a large glass bottle of expensive water instead of a small plastic bottle. Not sure if they just assume that Americans drink a ton of water at their meals or what. But I asked to switch to a small bottle since I hadn’t opened the large one.
