26/11/2025: Osteria Antico Pavone is a simple restaurant where you immediately feel at home. The food is excellent both for lunch and dinner, with tasty, carefully prepared dishes. The menu features traditional dishes, and the quality/price ratio is truly excellent. The staff is friendly and the service is fast, making it ideal for a work break. A reliable place you'll want to return to. A well-deserved five stars.

23/11/2025: It's now become a fully-fledged restaurant. It's lost its old-fashioned tavern/trattoria feel, especially in terms of prices: €40-50 per person for an appetizer, first course, and second course, plus wine by the glass, no dessert.

You can grab a classic coffee on the go or enjoy breakfast at the table, lazing around for a bit. The staff is very attentive to cleanliness and order. The chocolate chip cookies and plain croissants are excellent.

25/09/2025: Wow, I walked in and was immediately amazed by the vast array of products on display! Five of us were greeted with kindness and courtesy, and table service was incredibly fast! My colleagues tried the donuts with coffee; they seemed to like them! The place was well-laid out, organized, and with meticulous attention to detail. The tables were arranged in a separate room, ensuring comfort and privacy, as they didn't lean toward the entrance. Both the place and the restrooms were spotless and well-maintained. I think I'll consider stopping by more often, even just for a coffee with colleagues.

12/12/2025: Great experience, excellent food in a beautiful location. The boiled meat, radicchio risotto, and the tri-brodi side dishes were excellent. The lonzino tonnato was good, but the sbrisolosa with zabaglione was disappointing. Fair prices, very professional and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

27/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, I gave it full stars because they are well deserved, everything is perfect!!! The pizzas are fantastic, we often go there for dinner and have tried so many, each one better than the last. Plus, it's a pizza that doesn't leave you feeling bloated like other pizzerias do. Highly recommended!!!!

19/10/2025: We discovered this place by chance, looking for a pizzeria in the Crema area that offered gluten-free and lactose-free pizza. The phone reservation was already a good impression, and I was informed about how gluten-free options were handled. The place was very nice and clean, with courteous and friendly service. We didn't wait long for the delicious, light pizzas. The prices were fair. I complimented the owner.

We enjoyed a 7-course tasting menu featuring fish/seafood and meat. Each course was an unforgettable culinary experience. The highest-quality products are refined in flavor and retain their character, as each course is reduced to just a few ingredients. Nature and freshness are thus fully preserved. During one course, I had to express my enthusiasm and appreciation to the two hosts with a "first class." This restaurant is at the top of our list if you want to combine the beautiful city of Crema with culinary pleasure. We will definitely be back. Thank you both so much, and keep up the good work! 18/08/2025: Intimate and refined, you feel at home despite being in an elegant location. This is also and above all thanks to Fabio, who explains the dishes with great passion and expertise, but speaks to you as if he were a friend, using colloquial language that is understandable even to non-food critics. I admit that he raised our expectations a bit for some dishes, but then again, taste is taste, and other dishes won us over even more than those recommended. Top-quality ingredients for elaborate yet uncomplicated dishes, where the flavors blend and balance each other. Really fair prices for a restaurant in this price range, unlike many that "inflate" prices to give the illusion of quality and refinement when they actually offer dishes that are nothing special. Recommended for special occasions or even just for a quality dinner, where you can feel at home among friends.

07/12/2025: This isn't our first time at Stelvio, but it's definitely one of the best in Isola. The risottos are exceptional. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

My compliments! The line at the entrance is frequent, but that only confirms the quality this gelato shop offers.
