01/12/2025: Fantastic culinary journey 🤩 As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with a warm smile (I often emphasize hospitality), and were escorted upstairs—what a lovely surprise 😃 Exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, a rectangular mirror on the wall creating greater depth to the room, and thoughtfully designed furnishings with great style creating a warm atmosphere. As soon as we were seated, we were welcomed with high-quality mortadella and soft bread. Let's move on to the menu, not overly extensive but concise and refined. A wonderful selection of wines, for all budgets (bottle or glass) 😃 We started with two appetizers "designed for sharing": fried polenta and Parmesan meatballs "a delight." Let's move on to the main courses: 1 beef cheek in red wine and 1 seared belly with salsa verde "a delight." Let's move on to desserts 😃 We ordered tiramisu, and off-menu, they offered us the classic panettone "with candied fruit," and with Chantilly cream "a delight." They added that the panettone's strong point was the perfectly executed dough. Many thanks 🤗 to Camilla and Elisa, who were excellent, from the welcome to the explanation of the dishes and wines... 06/01/2026: The view and the service were excellent, and the food was really tasty. The person taking our order didn’t seem very warm, but that might have been due to being very busy, which is understandable given the restaurant’s great location

06/02/2026: Rude and impolite telephone operator. When I asked simply, "Good morning, are you open for lunch?" He replied in a curt tone, "We haven't had a restaurant for five years. We're an event venue. Please check carefully before calling!" However, as you can clearly see from the Google profile I'm attaching, it clearly says "Italian restaurant." The opening hours are also included. Dear sir, who answered the phone, before you rudely talk to people (who can't help it), please update your Google profile.

24/02/2026: The perfect breakfast! At Pan Di Via, you'll find a variety of croissants with excellent fillings. The coffee is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and friendly service.

08/02/2026: Trendy place at the moment, good but not exceptional bread, very greasy and a bit rubbery focaccia. The waitresses always seem to be annoying when they serve you at the counter.

21/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, we both ate fresh pasta, I had tagliatelle with tomato sauce and my partner had pumpkin ravioli. Everything was delicious, including the bread, which was all fresh. I highly recommend it.

31/10/2025: The best pizza of our vacation. A warm welcome and a nice decor. It wasn't warm outside, so they lit a fire to heat the dining room.

30/01/2026: Authentic, elegant, and boasting a vast selection of wines. A must-visit for foodies, in the heart of Salò's historic center.

25/01/2026: We chose this restaurant over many others in the center of Salò, primarily for its striking appearance and refined style, evident from the outside, as it was our first time in town. We were immediately welcomed, despite the many people enjoying an aperitif at the bar. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The menu was interesting, with several off-menu options, some of which we took advantage of. We found everything to be very good and carefully prepared. The wine list truly caters to all tastes and budgets! The prices seemed in line with other places in the center. Excellent experience!
