Abbiamo anche scambiato due parole con il simpaticissimo chef a fine cena. La sua simpatia e passione si vede tutta nei piatti. Dolce al miele di Sassello eccezionale. Bravi, continuate così.

25/05/2025: A bakery that fully deserves its rating. We didn't taste everything, but to name just the croissants... they are the best I've had in a very long time. Much better than 95% of French bakeries. That's a shame! And yes, the focaccia is truly to die for. Yes, you have to queue, even on a Sunday morning at 7:30 a.m., but now I know why. Congratulations to the team for their remarkable passion for their craft.

22/06/2025: I can't rate the hotel because I only tried the restaurant but it will surely be as wonderful as their cuisine. We have been coming to this restaurant every time we return to Albenga for two years. Since we discovered it, it has been a regular stop during our vacation. The staff is kind and helpful, the dishes are delicious and plentiful with honest prices, including those for fish. I recommend everyone to come! Surely, as happened to us, once you have tried it, you will not be able to do without it.

Margherita è di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica, si vede che ama il suo lavoro, a distanza di tempo si ricorda persino le nostre allergie/intolleranze, ha un sacco di varianti anche vegane! Buonissime tutte le focacce e anche le torte! Se passate di qua la tappa è obbligatoria! Tutti ingredienti di prima qualità, molti, del suo orto!

08/06/2025: Such a lovely hotel!! We saw turkey and deer on the patio deck! Its right outside of the Yosemite south entrance so its a perfect place to stop on your way in or your way out of Yosemite. Close enough to town, restaurants, and Bass Lake is a short drive away! Roasted smores on the fire. Made some great memories!

08/06/2025: A Hidden Gem Near Yosemite! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sierra Sky Ranch. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The hotel is impeccably maintained—despite being an older property, I didn’t see a single spot of dirt anywhere. They really take pride in keeping it spotless and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and little touches like the cucumber water and iced tea always available in the lobby made us feel so cared for. The amenities were perfect and contributed to a truly relaxing stay. The staff is where this hotel really shines. Everyone went above and beyond, and I heard the same from my friends and family who stayed with me. Special shoutout to Marlo, who was the highlight of our visit. She checked in on us regularly and made sure our entire group felt at home—her kindness and attention to detail really made the experience unforgettable. We also hosted a wedding rehearsal here, and it was amazing. The setting was beautiful, and the staff made everything so easy and stress-free. I absolutely recommend this location for events—it’s the perfect mix of charm, comfort, and professionalism. We also loved the picturesque setting—seeing wild turkeys and deer around the property every day was such a treat. Honestly, the hotel was so enjoyable that it almost made the trip up towards Yosemite feel unnecessary! If you’re looking for a charming, well-kept, and genuinely welcoming place to stay near Yosemite, Sierra Sky Ranch is a must. A true hidden gem—I’d recommend it in a heartbeat! We will definitely be staying here again!

17/06/2025: A truly wonderful place offering authentic traditional Italian cuisine. The host and staff are exceptional—warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. If you’re in Celle Ligure, this is an experience I highly recommend.

08/06/2025: I was there a week ago with my family and a couple of friends and as soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Riccardo who with his friendliness made us feel at home right away. We had the pleasure of tasting Mamma Franca's cuisine which in addition to being tasty is also very light. Riccardo explained each dish to us in detail, encouraging us to taste it. It was a beautiful evening and we highly recommend it.
