We often return to Suavis Restaurant whenever we can, and we never miss their Bagna Cauda evening, expertly prepared using authentic Piedmontese recipes by Chef Franco. The welcome is always warm, and the table is expertly set by the lovely Manuela who manages the dining room. A very welcoming and intimate location, ideal for romantic dinners or dinners with friends. As mentioned, our dinner was based on Bagna Cauda, ​​expertly prepared and served. The wine list is excellent for all tastes, but we opted for a Piedmontese 2022 Nebbiolo from the Vietti winery.
