I want to publicly thank the owner of this restaurant. Five minutes after sitting down, we had to turn down because there was nothing affordable for our modest means. The lady was extremely kind, understanding even what we hadn't explicitly said, and greeted us with the same courtesy as if we'd been feasting on champagne. True elegance lies not in the location or the service, but in the gestures that accompanied our embarrassment. I apologize again for the inconvenience; unfortunately, a week or two of vacation is a luxury for many of us, and we have to consider every single expense. We hope to see you again in better times. Excellent restaurant in the center of Savona. Few tables, impeccable service from the owner, and very carefully prepared dishes. The prices are moderately high, but justified by the quality of the food.

My wife and I have been eating at the SUAVIS restaurant for a few times now, because it's a place where you feel like you're part of a FAMILY, where the cuisine is of an EXCELLENT standard and Mrs. EMANUELA in the dining room is someone who can recommend the "dishes" prepared by the Chef "her husband", and what can I say about the wine list... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to you, try it just once and then you'll be regular customers.
