13/10/2025: I had booked Friday 10/10 for Sunday 12/10 for a day in Monterosso. The owner or someone on his behalf told me, "Don't worry, we're in low season and there's no crowds." I'll leave my last name and cell phone number. On Sunday 12/10 we arrived for lunch and, to our disbelief, there was a note on the restaurant door saying they were closed due to a technical problem. It's okay that a problem could arise, but if you have reservations and you know you can't keep them with the contact details, it might be better to call to let them know what happened. Or, it's only the customer's obligation to call if they cancel. I'm sorry, but the problem was finding a place in other restaurants since we're in low season and there's no crowds. If we wanted to have lunch, we settled for a bit of focaccia and ate standing up.

24/09/2025: Very disappointing. Exactly 6 ravioli on the plate; we didn't taste the truffle. Not a bad dish, but €55 for 2 people and leaving on an empty stomach... I absolutely do not recommend it.

10/10/2025: 4 simple pizzas, including 2 Margheritas, spent €43.00. Madness. If only they were at least good. Dry, unleavened dough, really awful sauce and mozzarella. To be deleted for the future.

08/10/2025: Worst pizza I've ever eaten, with overly salty tomato sauce and a chef who wasn't very friendly to foreigners. Service was a bit slow, with only three tables taken. Conclusion: avoid!

30/07/2025: I ordered a vegetarian pizza and was told the vegetables were grilled. I accepted, thinking they were only partially cooked and would finish cooking in the oven. Instead, I found only two pieces of eggplant, zucchini, and red pepper, already charred. As I expected, after baking, they came out completely burned and inedible. All for €9: a joke.

27/07/2025: Fabulous handmade pizza made with love. The shop is run by hardworking locals who make each pizza with passion.

17/06/2025: I think they should taste their pastry before selling them and give me their honest opinion. Even the seagulls to whom I gave my pistachio roll to eat found it dry.

31/07/2025: We went there several times during our stay in La Spezia, the person serving the coffees remembered our order and was really friendly. It's always a pleasure to feel at home when you're far from everything.

09/10/2025: Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Rude, uncultured, and dishonest waiter. I ordered two draft beers, 500 ml each. We brought two glasses of 300 ml each. I didn't notice right away, and then I called him over, asking why the difference. He said these are 500 ml glasses and everything is fine. Seeing how much nerve he had, I emptied the glass of beer and took a 300 ml Cola bottle from a nearby table (left by some customers). I filled it with water and emptied it into the glass, which filled the brim, asking him where the extra 200 ml could possibly fit. Very nervous, he started gesturing and, in a mix of Italian and English, trying to explain some nonsense to me. Seeing that I insisted, he addressed some Italian girls near us to translate for us. The young women, very embarrassed by the situation, kept repeating to us, 'You are right, you are right.'"

11/10/2025: It's the same old story every time: I order, ask for a bag, pay, and then they come with a tray to ask if I'm actually taking it away. But why ask for a bag if I'm not taking it away? Obviously, it's a waste of my time waiting to bag everything, and a waste of the person doing the prep work, even though it's a place that focuses on time optimization. The food gets cold, and people touch the food twice to put it away again. Well done!

03/10/2025: They are bad and never give the food in the bag even when asked several times. They respond rudely and annoyed…

21/09/2025: A very nice place on the seafront. Greta makes excellent drinks, and the staff is generally very friendly. The prices are fair, especially considering the location. We felt right at home, and I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area! Michael

11/09/2025: Pros: They had good non-alcoholic drinks, the staff was friendly, and the music selection was fantastic. Cons: The bill! I paid over €21 for a medium beer and two non-alcoholic drinks. That's fine, considering it's a bar right on the beach.

13/09/2025: We visited here for some light lunch and a drink, staff very friendly and attentive, food and drink came quick and was so yummy (we had the focaccia ligure and Manorola). We loved this place so much we came back later for a caprese salad (we spotted someone else eating it earlier and looked lovely) we then stayed for a few delicious cocktails which didn't fail to amaze us. Thank you, will come back if we visit Riomaggiore again :)

05/09/2025: We stopped for coffee. The girls were very kind. We had a confusing order, and the girl immediately offered to remake the coffee. Very kind, the coffee was good.

11/09/2025: Really delicious ice cream, and the portion sizes are also really generous. The chocolate ice cream, in particular, is a 10/10. Definitely recommend it!

02/10/2025: October 2, 2025, 7:30 PM I stop by McD's Drive-Thru for a sandwich before leaving. I order my menu item with ketchup. I'm already on my way. I can't go back. The bag is missing both the straw and the ketchup I paid for. It doesn't seem that difficult to deliver a complete and healthy order when you hand the bag to the customer.

18/09/2025: My experience is with drive-thru... There's a lot of staff turnover, and not all the guys at the counter are trained, and often the orders are wrong. They're also not particularly polite or friendly. Not to mention the ones who deliver the orders at the end...

04/10/2025: I went while waiting for the train. We had a coffee and a spritz. They brought the spritz and a coffee. The coffee was forgotten, and the spritz was served without even a peanut. I mentioned this to the waiter, who replied that he didn't have time (the place was empty), and he also cut short our complaints with a nice "Oh well." He was really rude. I advise the owner to fire him because it's a shame that such a nice place is run like this.
