22/10/2025: Me and my wife got two different dishes, Pasta carbonara and Seafood salad. My carbonara was overcooked and the seafood was frozen, microwaved and just put on the plate. The waiter asked us how the food was and I told her about the pasta, saying that it still had a good taste because I didn't want to be rude. She said that Carbonara is not specific to the region and if we want to eat good Carbonara we should go to Rome. How about you stop making food that you don't know how to make? I should also mention that we ordered this food because the focaccia on display was looking horrible. I wish you the best, close shop or change the whole staff.

12/12/2025: I ordered two chocolate cream puffs and two hot chocolates. The cream puffs were good, but the hot chocolates... I made a terrible impression on my daughter, who must have thought (where are you taking me for a snack?) The worst I've ever tasted... I only drank half, while my daughter tried a teaspoon and then simply said, "I don't like it." Not at all warm and with a horrible burnt flavor... I got shivers down my arms. Never again will I go to Pasticceria Ilaria, terrible quality at the price of gold.

16/10/2025: A pleasantly retro place The wild boar and polenta were delicious, if not delicious. The hostesses were very friendly and kind.

21/02/2026: A very small portion of lasagna with absolutely nothing else: €12. Ravioli al ragù... no comment, €12. Caprese salad: one tomato and half a mozzarella ball: €10. Tagliatelle carbonara, the only dish that was even remotely reasonable: €12, plus €2.50 for cutlery and bread, per person of course. Aperol Spritz: €7.50, a very standard glass and far from being particularly good compared to others we've tasted in the same region. But the staff were very pleasant! Do not recommend at all, not at all, NOT AT ALL.

01/01/2026: I'm very puzzled by the comments I've just seen about this establishment. My wife and I had a wonderful time there. The waitress was very friendly, and the chef checked with us several times to make sure we were happy and that everything was alright. The food was excellent, especially the pasta carbonara.

16/09/2025: €23 for a beer and a pizza, plus a €2 service charge. Overpriced for what you get. Especially since it's written in tiny print on the menu. Fraudulent service. I'll never go back.

The worst: the waiter was extremely rude, didn't even say hello and seemed reluctant to do his job. When I politely asked to replace a Coke can with a broken tab, he told me "there's nothing I can do" — while other restaurants change the can without a problem. I had to open it with a knife, which was dangerous. Overall, bad experience — would not recommend. We were very disappointed with our meal at La Pitonetta. The prices are high for the quality — the pizzas were completely bland. The worst thing: the waiter was extremely rude, he didn't even answer the greeting and seemed to work against his will. When I politely asked to replace a Coca-Cola can with a broken tongue, he replied "I can't do anything" — while in other restaurants they change it without any problems. 10/11/2025: I received terrible service from the man at the till. They charged me €0.60 for plant-based milk. Not only that, the cake was €0.80 on the counter, but when I saw the bill, he charged me €1 for each one. I asked why the difference, and he treated me rudely, saying it was because I had eaten it inside and he was charging me for service. Is that 25% more expensive? On top of that, I asked him, "Where is that written?" and he tried to lie to me, hence this review. They should treat their customers well. I ended up paying almost €6 for a cappuccino and two mini cakes, which weren't even that great.

26/10/2025: Some of the staff are kind, but some are rude, even though the customer addresses them politely, the coffee was brought to him by treating a foreigner badly, because he had sat down without telling the counter and making him notice, speaking very rudely to him, he put the coffee on the table slamming it... they pay, it's not like you give them the coffee for free... have respect.

31/12/2025: Truly delicious, high-quality food and a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere—the restaurant is tastefully furnished and decorated, and the music was also thoughtful. The prices were absolutely reasonable. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again!

19/08/2025: Good food, but the experience was ruined by the management! We visited this restaurant recently with colleagues with high expectations, driven by the positive reviews of the food, and I must say we weren't disappointed: well-cooked dishes, quality ingredients, and decent portions. Unfortunately, however, the experience was severely compromised by the attitude of the owner, Mr. "Rude." Instead of welcoming customers with kindness and professionalism, we were met with rude, almost annoyed, and zero attention to detail. We felt like we were "being a nuisance," not welcome guests. A real shame, because the kitchen deserves a much better management: with a more courteous welcome and a little more attention, the restaurant would have all the makings of a point of reference. I don't know if we'll return: eating well is important, but feeling welcomed is just as important.

31/12/2025: Politeness comes first, and it's completely lacking here. Four of us enter this place, say hello three times without a response. We ask if we can sit down, and after a 10-minute wait (the place was half-empty, especially given the late December morning), we ask if we can order four coffees (four coffees, not 18 different orders). The annoyed and rude response is: "Wait, I'm doing something else." We get up and say goodbye. I understand that the girl might not care about the place, but politeness and, above all, kindness towards a fellow diner are essential.
