27/06/2024: Went with a party of seven. Service was okay but the food was not good. The filet mignon was tough and fatty and there was hardly any Gorgonzola. Easily one of the worst steaks I’ve ever eaten. The salmon gnocchi hardly had any salmon in it. The spaghetti with clams was reportedly delicious though. The price wasn’t reasonable for what we were served.

02/06/2024: The staff were wonderful, kind and patient as we bumbled poor way through with very poor Italian language skills. The food was incredible. Fresh and delicious and the serving sizes were extremely generous.

21/08/2024: Great for a week's holiday there

20/08/2024: Well equipped bathroom with a small beach but great for those with small children. Dogs can only stay in the bar area and not on the beach but from what I understand this is a municipal ordinance and not the bathroom.

17/08/2024: I came here on August 17th for the White Madonna, the place is very beautiful, the problem is that I paid €8 for a slice of focaccia with pesto........, the quality of the focaccia it was good, the pesto too, certainly not as top-notch as the place, but the thing that left me perplexed is that I didn't provide a receipt once the purchase was made, which is quite serious given that by law it is mandatory to issue it at the time of payment! Once requested to issue it, it was released.

24/08/2024: It was closed without warning from the website. There was a sign on the glass door that said Closed for Holidays. Without a start or end date. I asked inside the cinema and they didn't know when it would reopen either.

18/08/2024: I'm standing in front of the Burger King and everything is closed, with only closed signs printed. A fast food chain so important that it doesn't include "holiday closure" on Google, leaving the opening and the link to order online written and indicated. Bad management.

30/06/2024: Locale bello, ma aperitivo caro e scarso, servizio pessimo. 7 euro un aperitivo scarso senza nessuno snack. Servizio lascia desiderare. Peccato perché il locale si presta ad essere accogliente e pratico

16/08/2024: Terrible welcome from the waiter, long wait to be served a simple Spritz... The waiter seemed impatient and even annoyed that we didn't choose our dishes quickly. We got up and left without eating... Place to avoid...

15/08/2024: Avoid. Small portions and small flavors. We left hungry and disappointed. The woman at the next table described the food as the worst she had eaten in a long time, I agree.

27/08/2024: Now I know why I won't go there anymore. With the change of management it has lost a lot, I should have noticed it when I saw the tables all free. The penne and scampi pasta, with very few scampi and the sauce seemed "phosphorescent", the spaghetti with seafood, full of earth and broken mussels, and the price was too Dear. Rejected!

02/09/2024: Se non si ha molto tempo e non si vuol spendere tanto, credo sia un locale da considerare a Sarzana. Non sono molto chiari i prezzi: il tabellone attualmente esposto nella sala è oramai superato. Per la mia esperienza, personale gentile e molto efficiente.

25/08/2024: We trekked from Levanto to Monterosso for 2 hrs 20 mins and were looking for somewhere for a light lunch. This was perfect! A lovely couple run the restaurant and the wife is a great cook. I had gluten free pasta carbonara and my partner chose the vegetarian pizza. Both were delicious. .. and they also provided gluten free bread for me … a first in my travels in Italy. A couple of Aperol Spritz and the prices were very affordable. We were sitting outside in an undercover raised area and the tables quickly filled. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

17/08/2024: Ricotta Pistachio flavor is really out of this world.

11/08/2024: We visited the gelateria on August 10, to enjoy a little evening treat. We ventured into the old town and chose this rather well-rated gelateria. For my part, I made a bold choice: two pistachio and kung fu panda balls (probably to pay homage to the infamous Fiat Panda). This last taste may seem daring, but it was a real nice surprise, which went wonderfully with the pistachio! I chose a cone, although the pot (Po) is suitable for this situation. As a bonus, the little biscuit on top. Someone whispers in my ear that the Ferrero Rocher taste is also good. We tasted these ice creams in the street, where tourists and participants of the white party mingled, easily recognizable. One of them took advantage a little too much and returned her ice cream to the neighboring alley, which disrupted our tasting. Thanks to the gelateria for this delicious evening, I highly recommend. And remember: the secret ingredient is that there are no secret ingredients! Ciao
