Since there are only two McDonald's in La Spezia, I can say it's quite competitive. Both are excellent. Even at Mc's delle Terrazze, you can find quality products and friendly staff. In my opinion, the staff is EXCELLENT, and they know how to treat all customers in the best possible way, always with a smile. Being inside the shopping center, there are plenty of tables to sit at. The cleaning staff are always under the watchful eye of the staff, who keep everything impeccable. I recommend it!

I don't think there's a good McDonald's in Europe. The place was dirty, the employees weren't friendly at all, as if I were asking for free food. In Italy, people aren't friendly at all; they forget that tourists are the ones who help the country's economy.

22/04/2026: I went to this McDonald's this evening and had a very positive experience. Here are the main points: • Food: Above average compared to other locations. The sandwiches were well-assembled, and the fries arrived hot and well-salted. • Staff: Really smart guys. You can tell they work hard and do it with a positive attitude. • Cleanliness: I was pleased to note that the dining room and bathrooms were clean and tidy, despite the crowds. • Wait times: Honestly, it took a little longer than usual to receive my order, but the wait was completely acceptable and understandable given the crowds. • The kindness of the staff and the care taken in the restaurant more than make up for those extra two minutes of waiting. I'll definitely be back!

29/04/2026: Nice little fish shop in the center. We ordered two large cones of fried calamari and shrimp, and spent €26.00 total. The fish was good, high-quality, and freshly made. Recommended.
