I went to this McDonald's this evening and had a very positive experience. Here are the main points: • Food: Above average compared to other locations. The sandwiches were well-assembled, and the fries arrived hot and well-salted. • Staff: Really smart guys. You can tell they work hard and do it with a positive attitude. • Cleanliness: I was pleased to note that the dining room and bathrooms were clean and tidy, despite the crowds. • Wait times: Honestly, it took a little longer than usual to receive my order, but the wait was completely acceptable and understandable given the crowds. • The kindness of the staff and the care taken in the restaurant more than make up for those extra two minutes of waiting. I'll definitely be back!

Fast food in Curno, on the outskirts of Bergamo, smaller than other restaurants. The place is a bit dated, but the staff is very efficient and helpful. Service is quick, even though it's very busy. Plenty of outdoor parking. Ideal for families with young children. We took advantage of the offers on the app and spent very little. There's a good selection of desserts; the strawberry tart is delicious.

Please teach your foreign employees the essential Italian to be polite. At the drive-thru: "Could you give me a bag, please?" "YOU DIDN'T PAY!" He almost throws the food at me and closes the window. Congratulations.

Rarely seen in such politeness and restraint, the situation was expertly handled, avoiding any scenes. Worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant... And yet, I was at my dear and reliable McDonald's 😉
