Menu Fiascherino eccellente. Menu Tellaro, non giudicabile da me perché non scelto, ma nessuno dei commensali se ne è lamentato. Qualità prezzo corretta. Io lo consiglio. Il mio preferito baccalà con fonduta di tomino , fave e tartufo. E la Pastiera che abbiamo trovato davvero gustosissima.

06/06/2025: Due sere fa sono andato con la mia famiglia in questo ristorante, era da tempo che volevo fare, ma l’ultimo anno non è stato un periodo tranquillo ed ho sempre rimandato. Tutte le persone che ho conosciuto da quando ho casa a Sarzana mi indicavano Ottone I come il miglior ristorante del posto. Io non sono un cliente che fa sconti ai ristoratori, una cosa mi da particolarmente fastidio, della buona materia prima cucinata male. Da Ottone, questo non è successo, Letizia e Remo hanno un’estrema cura nella scelta degli ingredienti e nei loro piatti fanno risaltare la qualità. Per antipasto mi è stata servita una tagliata di tonno, con cipolle e una generosa spolverata di tartufo, a seguire ho ordinato crostacei su una julienne di verdure, mia moglie ha scelto il bianco di baccalà con cipolle ramate, a finire due dessert, ho apprezzato molto il babà con crema e fragole, non troppo inzuppato di rum, che avrebbe coperto i sapori. Non ho mancato di spiare nei piatti del tavolo vicino, che hanno optato per una spaghetto ai crostacei, non contaminato, come spesso capita, dal pomodoro per lasciare intatto il sapore del sughetto del pesce. In definitiva, soddisfatto dalla cucina e dai gestori.

Le materie prime sono genuine, prodotte da loro, oppure ricercate in modo da garantire agli ospiti un sapore d’altri tempi, sano, gustoso e dai sapori decisi. I locali dove si cena sono la perfetta cornice di questo stile, guardano alla tradizione con classe. Torneremo il prima possibile

28/11/2024: La bonita institución cerca de la calle peatonal. No hay muchos platos. Este es exactamente el bar de vinos. La selección de vinos es realmente enorme. Diferentes regiones, diferentes castillos. También puede pedir algunas aceitunas, queso y platos de carne. No hay mesas dentro. La terraza exterior solamente. Hace calor, pero puede ser incómodo entonces hace frío afuera. Tómelo en consideración.

20/09/2024: A wonderful place to have an aperitivo . Sylvia is a very knowledgeable mixologist!! A charming friendly environment. Their aperitivo snacks are of the highest quality. Delicious cheeses, meats, crisps etc. They also provide a more extensive menu all cooked by their sister establishment, Restaurant Andree, just across the street. Don’t miss this little jewel in the centre of town!

28/06/2025: We were recommended by someone who lives in La Spezia, and it was a great choice. The atmosphere was local and the food was spectacular.

28/06/2025: Low quality dishes, pasta with pesto normal but with hair as the "cherry", ravioli of muscles submerged in tomato fresh out of the can (whole peeled tasteless and full of water), tasteless and unsalted stockfish, full of thorns and olives with sprig and stone all dipped in half a glass of oil and water. Plus 10 minute wait between my wife's first course and mine, water not bottled but in a reusable bottle container found greasy and dirty with parsley. Setting on a sidewalk where cars pass and park, the perfect way to get an aerosol of exhaust smoke. Tourist place, never eaten so badly, we will not return.

08/06/2025: I go regularly every 2 months to eat pizza which, I find, very good and digestible. I always bring friends, relatives and/or work colleagues and everyone agrees on the quality of the pizza. The environment and the service are basic level, but because it is a mainly take-away pizzeria, table service is not provided, but the manager and the collaborators, always create a family atmosphere. For a pizza with friends in an informal environment it is perfect. I also recommend it for lunch. They are fast and you can enjoy the pizza and return to work without delay. Enjoy your meal...!!!

27/05/2025: The worst experience of my life and if I say this at 60 years old I think it's a lot. I arrive at the Rusticone pizzeria asking if they do home delivery. They tell me yes and I order 3 pizzas and 1 beer. Total €38.50 (receipt 1942-0003) including €2 for home delivery. It's 7:20 pm on May 27, 2025 and they confirm that the pizzas will be at my house by 8 pm. I leave my address.....cell phone number....and very precise directions to the guy explaining that I don't have an intercom at the gate. At 8.20pm I call to get information about the delivery and they tell me verbatim "the guy came....he called but the number you provided was wrong.....he rang the bell and stayed there for 10 minutes waiting then he came back" It's all laughable so as not to cry..... Who called?..... to which number?.. to which bell did he ring if I specified that I didn't have one?...... After trying to extricate myself from this situation I communicate my intention to go to the pizzeria asking for the pizzas to be remade.......and receiving confirmation that the pizzas will be remade. They promptly deliver to me (after a few minutes of waiting to complete the staging) the same pizzas that had already been transported, quickly reheated in the oven so much so that they were hot underneath and lukewarm on top. I believe that such service and such treatment towards a customer should be condemned without even thinking about it for a minute. Going to Rusticone tonight turned out to be the worst choice I could have made, supported by the staff and management with a total lack of professional ethics and respect towards the customer who, after all, had already paid the grand total of €38.50 for 3 pizzas and a beer. Obviously I got my €2 home delivery money back........ Ps: the pizzas were thrown in the bin..........congratulations to those who manage Rusticone.......you should just be ashamed......

17/06/2025: A historic hotel in the area, probably still family-run. Well-kept both inside and out. The structure itself, being historic, can seem a bit dated, it harks back to the old style of previous years and at first glance may not seem too modern. The staff is kind and helpful, especially regarding requests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet, while for lunch and dinner it can be à la carte or if you are staying there you are asked to fill out a previously delivered form. The only flaw, which considering the structure can also be acceptable, is the lack of a minimum of air conditioning in the rooms, which however, to my surprise, could turn out to be almost unnecessary given that in the evening and at night there is quite a lot of wind and fresh air. During the day, however, it is quite muggy and also accompanied by humidity. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The structure can be excellent for spending some time in the middle of the mountains and nature. The whole village is also very pleasant and interesting to visit, with various typical refreshment points.
