Today, as I was resting from my retreat in Riomaggiore, I decided to be a customer here at Castagni. If you want honest, genuine, sincere, family-style cuisine, surrounded by greenery and relaxing, don't miss a visit to this restaurant.

Homemade food, friendly, helpful, and approachable staff. I ate wonderfully in this little corner of paradise. The pansotti were delicious!!! Thank you so much ❤️

A first for us, the best fillet of Scottona ever... exceptional raw materials treated in the best possible way, followed by pizza, and, without any ifs or buts, truly exceptional. Friendly and attentive service, even towards our four-legged friend. Fair price.

A trattoria of a kind that's becoming increasingly rare. Nestled in the Apennine mountains, near an old partisan road, they serve generous portions of top-quality meat (tagliata) with gratinated potatoes (€20), preceded by a selection of sracchino appetizers with grilled vegetables, salami, ham, and baked Ligurian stracchino cheese, all accompanied by wonderful focaccia. The simple decor is more than compensated for by the friendly owner. A truly worthwhile and refreshing escape from the coast.

12/04/2026: We actually found this place by chance. We walked in and asked for a gluten-free menu for my granddaughter. They very kindly offered us gluten-free tigelle, which was a huge relief. Everything was excellent: the food, the service, and the ambiance. The staff was so warm and welcoming. Thank you so much; we're returning to Argentina happy to have met you.
12/04/2026: We had a wonderful meal! Highly recommended! They have a gluten-free menu, which is a big plus! The staff were very attentive and friendly! We will definitely come back when we return to La Spezia.

30/05/2026: A lovely little bar with a nice terrace, perfect for enjoying a drink. The cocktails were really good and the atmosphere was great. An ideal spot for a fun time with friends or as a couple.
