15/08/2025: I almost died on the way up from Manarola, but after eating, I feel refreshed. The service was friendly and the pasta was delicious. I asked for a larger portion, and they gave me a huge portion! This restaurant is overflowing with character.^^

The rooms are welcoming, clean and equipped with everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful! You can see that they do everything from the heart.

25/08/2025: Actually, the correct rating for this place would be "unclassified": today I called repeatedly during opening hours to reserve a table, but they never answered, not even with an automated message. I finally gave up, but I find it very annoying.

27/08/2025: I don't know if this place needs reviews or not. But anyway, this is mine. This is Italy... This place still represents Italy... and that's the greatest luxury... Generous, exquisite, fast dishes, without paying too much attention to form; here, the emphasis is on substance. And that's what this country was made of... SUBSTANCE. The service is perhaps just a touch rude, and a little too distant from the customer. Typical of such a busy place. The waiters tend to be tired and unappreciative of the huge number of customers they serve. They take it for granted. So maybe this is the only thing I would fix if the place were mine. But other than that, I hope you stay open for another 100 years, representing this country ❤️

26/08/2025: It was recommended to me, and I booked it without hesitation from Spain! Everything was great, the staff was super attentive, and the quality was incredibly affordable. The restaurant is beautiful! We all loved it.

09/08/2025: Paola and Enrico run the inn and restaurant with care, love, and helpfulness... The cuisine is excellent, whether breakfast or dinner... an experience not to be missed!!! We'll be back!

09/08/2025: It’s a touristy pizzaria. They let in a street seller, selling stuff. Not a very nice thing when eating. Food was okay. Waiters very quick taking away dishes.

09/08/2025: The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but it has a large dining room and a terrace sheltered from the street. It's very local, and the pizzas are excellent and served by friendly staff.

02/09/2025: Panigacci with cured meats and cheeses. Service was slow and a bit chaotic, probably because it was a Saturday night, there were more people than usual. Panigacci were brought in fits and starts, and the cured meats were sparse; they were clearly trying to increase the price. The same goes for the cheeses. Honestly, paying €26.50 per person for five or six panigacci seems excessive.

30/08/2025: Seven of us went tonight, a scam.... €296... €40.50 each for panigacci, but the best was the sausage, that is, one sausage costing €6!!!!!!!!!! 6 mini sausages costing €36!!!!!! But in the end, after asking for an explanation, they gave us the bill on an iPhone, but the receipt wasn't issued before or after.... I'd say it was a scam.........!!!!!!!! Never again

05/08/2025: Ended up here after the market (Tuesdays only). Locals come here for a glass of wine or lunch. We had a wonderful meal here, a lovely quiet street, cozy and cool thanks to the location, honest and delicious food. Two wines (small glasses) for €2.60... simply delicious!!! Definitely recommended for honest, simple Italian food. You get a taste of Italy! 🥰

04/08/2025: A typical restaurant in the heart of Varese Ligure A very original appetizer that I recommend, consisting of various tarts, crostini, chestnut flour fritters, and cured meats. I tried the homemade croxetti "au tuccu," whose seasoning was very light (perhaps too light). A good roast with side dishes, tender and flavorful, all accompanied by an excellent house red wine.

26/08/2025: Refined and carefully prepared dishes, perfect service (kind and attentive, which is rare these days), and an incredibly relaxed atmosphere among the staff, even though I was there on a Sunday for lunch in August. Congratulations!

17/08/2025: A very beautiful place on the hills of La Spezia. The food is excellent, the quality is evident, and the prices, in my opinion, are totally in line with what's on offer (in fact, maybe a little low!). For an appetizer, a first course, a second course, a Coke, a side dish, and coffee, it's about €30 for two! The only thing that could be improved is the service, which is a bit disorganized, but I think that's due to the young age of the waitresses. Nothing serious 🥰 Recommended!
