11/04/2026: Excellent food, competitive prices for the type of dish (obviously you can't expect a dish with scampi to be cheap...) excellent wines, even with the price, and very polite and friendly staff. We'll go there as soon as we can 🔝🔝🔝 The location is gorgeous... Try it!!!!

11/04/2026: This restaurant is a special place, a place dear to my heart where you'll find attentive service, expertise, passion, and intelligence. Of course, the food is good, and every dish is carefully prepared and cooked, but it's the people that make a place extraordinary, and so is La Lampara, perhaps, the blend of sea and hills. But every time I go, I definitely find it a welcoming and family-friendly place... Superlative.

29/04/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at **Affittacamere La Loggia de Banchi in La Spezia**. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged. The location is perfect—right in the heart of La Spezia, making it easy to explore the city, the harbor, and nearby Cinque Terre connections. Despite being so central, the rooms felt peaceful and comfortable. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the attention to detail really stood out. You can tell the hosts take great pride in keeping the place in excellent condition. The staff were kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful with local recommendations, which made our trip even better. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in La Spezia. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

10/01/2026: Incredible gluten-free and lactose-free store just steps from Cuneo city center. The staff were truly charming, kind, helpful, and professional. They even let us try some sublime Baci di Dama biscuits. It's worth it for those with a "different" dietary preference ;) and for those who simply appreciate good food, stop by and try some of their enchanting products. Highly recommended.

19/05/2026: If you are staying in Monterosso or even traveling to Cinque Terre, Il Casello is a must visit! We stopped here the first night and were lucky enough to get a table outside without a reservation (definitely call ahead if you can). We were promptly greeted by friendly servers and sat with a spectacular view. Great selection of wine and food. The first night we had the stuffed mussels and then the gnocchi and local fish with lemon sauce. Everything was absolutely delicious! Finished with their house made tiramisu which was spectacular. One of the owners, Jennifer, was so great and made sure that everything was perfect. We came back on our last night because we loved it so much. We had the award wining stuffed anchovies (highly recommend!!) and the octopus ragu pasta and the seafood spaghetti. Again, everything was terrific. You cannot beat the service, the view, and the food. Cannot recommend this place enough! We cannot wait to come back once we are able to visit Cinque Terre again. Thank you Jennifer!

07/06/2026: We visited this pizzeria in Castelnuovo and had a truly positive experience. The pizzas are excellent, tasty, and well-made, and we also loved the focaccia. The atmosphere is pleasant and quite welcoming, but the real highlight (besides the food) was the service: truly excellent and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

23/03/2026: I waited an hour to be served, even though I had a reservation, while everyone else around me (knowledgeable of the owner because they're from the same city) was being served. Could it have been a coincidence? Otherwise, there's nothing to say except that the portions are really small.

30/05/2026: If you want to eat truly delicious Italian pizza, go to Pepe Nero! The pizzas are original, there's a huge selection, and the crust is perfect: neither too thick nor too thin. Finally, pizzas where the crust doesn't take up half the plate! Special mention also goes to the large terrace: despite the crowds, there's often a table available. A very good place to eat.

21/12/2025: Small café in an area right next to the highway. Super friendly service and delicious little sandwiches. Highly recommended.

06/11/2025: Our family veered off the highway to Al175 because they claimed they had specialty coffee. This ended up being one of our favorite finds of our entire trip. The coffee (pour overs!) and food were excellent, but it was the hospitality that left us in awe. Sabrina and Roberto have a passion for their shop and we were so fortunate to get to experience it. They welcomed us like family. I am so appreciative of how they treated our family. This is a must stop if you are anywhere near.

14/02/2026: I dined at this restaurant two nights in a row. The first night I had a mouth-watering pizza and a farinata appetizer—what can I say? Everything was excellent! The second night I wanted to try the meat, and I have to say it was fabulous, both the cooking and the way it was served, and it was excellent! Franco, the owner, is a wonderful and friendly chef! I'll be back!
