17/08/2025: Good morning, a friend recommended a bistro and restaurant on the other side. We ate the cheese focaccia and culatello, followed by the sliced steak. Everything was perfect...very good service, very friendly staff, we had a great time...good value for money...go there with confidence, you won't be disappointed.

Da es uns so gut gefiel waren wir öfters dort. Das Essen für 4 Erw. Personen mit Getränke unter 55 € oder weniger. "Gut und günstig" Halt auf dem Land Das Restaurant war immer sehr gut besucht.

Each dish exuded balance and authentic flavors, enhanced by a carefully selected wine list, expertly paired by the staff, who guided us on a flawless gastronomic journey. The care with which each course was presented demonstrated passion and expertise. The final surprise was the cake, specially prepared for the occasion: elegant, delicious, and perfectly in keeping with the restaurant's style. A gesture that made the evening even more memorable. The service was friendly and professional, without ever being intrusive. I highly recommend La Bottega del Re to anyone seeking quality, attentive service, and a memorable culinary experience.

24/08/2025: We had dinner this evening on the restaurant terrace. The menu is truly original and different from the usual: the amberjack steak with peaches and cucumbers was truly spectacular. For main courses, we tried the sea bass with pistachios and the squid with zucchini and almonds...both very good. To finish, cheesecake and semifreddo. The service was attentive, kind, and cheerful. Congratulations, ladies...we'll definitely be back! 🫶🏻

20/08/2025: We ate at Locanda del Rio. The fish and the dishes in general were really delicious, but the service took too long. We arrived around 8 and left around midnight. The wait for each dish was endless. A shame, that was the only slightly negative thing; the rest was incredible.

27/07/2025: Amazing fresh fish and see food. Strongly recommend all starters ( tartar is the best). Tomato salad and any fresh fish... you will like it !!!

05/07/2025: I have no words to describe the excellent dishes of this restaurant, I had the tuna and another day the sea bream, the cook of this restaurant works miracles, she gives the dishes excellent flavors. There are many restaurants where you can eat good fish, but this one surpasses them all. Then the desserts, let's not even talk about them, we ate peaches with amaretto with a scoop of truly superb cream ice cream. I can't wait to go back. A fish, dessert and water and coffee €27 well spent

05/07/2025: We have dined several times at this restaurant and last night was a confirmation. Spaghetti with seafood sublime, and I am not exaggerating. Everything else excellent, as always. Remarkable location on the port, very kind and helpful staff. 5 stars

13/09/2025: They recommended this restaurant to me. I wanted a cozy but homely atmosphere, a restaurant where locals go, not tourists. So I had "mandilli with pesto", a typical Genoese recipe.

13/09/2025: It was a good thing I arrived early enough to get a seat without a reservation. Even though the trattoria was packed, the waiters took the time to answer questions about the dishes. Excellent cuisine: seafood ravioli, cima with baked vegetables, and semifreddo with amaretto. A definite recommendation.
