If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without a second thought. I went to dinner here and discovered something truly rare: in addition to the classic menu, they have a dedicated 100% plant-based menu... and it's not the usual "adapted" one; it's truly thoughtful, carefully crafted, and crafted with such attention to ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. We tried several dishes, and I have to say it clearly: spectacular is an understatement. My pizza with pumpkin and ginger cream was a perfect balance: delicate yet full of character, with distinct yet harmonious flavors. One of those pizzas that makes you finish and think, "I wish I'd eaten another." Then the "Balena" focaccia: something off the scale. Amazing dough, combinations that really work. It's not just delicious, it's a true experience. And the dessert... A dessert with chestnut flour and vegan Nutella, sublime! It's every vegan's dream... but I'll tell you more: it's so good and unique that even those who aren't vegan should try it. My only piece of advice (constructive, because you truly deserve it): Always leave the 100% plant-based menu on the table, visible to everyone. Because it's a shame if someone doesn't notice: it's too much of a part of your identity. Will I return? Without a doubt. And with other people, because a place like this deserves to be known.

We took advantage of the takeout service two nights in a row: pizza and farinata. Everything was very good, light, and tasty, including the gluten-free pizza. The service was prompt, right from the reservation stage... highly recommended.
