20/10/2025: We went to the bar in October and drank a café latte and ate tiramisu. The coffee wasn't really hot, but the tiramisu was okay. When I wanted to use the restroom, I accidentally used the one reserved for staff. The notice was on the sliding door, but I couldn't see it because the sliding door was open, obscuring the sign. An older gentleman, presumably the owner, saw this and yelled at me in Italian. Not particularly customer-friendly, as was the case in the café in general.

18/10/2025: Pizza was very good and inexpensive!

28/10/2025: I went with my wife for empanadas and other things (the dough was good, but the filling leaves a lot to be desired since at the first bite there was a nice piece of garlic) it was 5.30pm and we asked for drinks or something hot but we were told that it was not yet enabled (which was a big lie because at the other tables there were cups of coffee).

21/07/2025: To whoever took the order today, July 21, 2025, at approximately 1:10 PM, I would advise them to change jobs so as not to let the Hamburger Restaurant go bankrupt. We ordered two burgers, specifically asking for them to be rare, as overcooked meat is inedible. Bear in mind that there were only four people in the restaurant at the time, so it was empty. The kitchen certainly wasn't working hard. Well, the first one arrived after 5 minutes (an acceptable amount of time), and the second after over 10 minutes, but BOTH OVERCOOKED!!!! I wanted to be very calm and polite, because workers can make mistakes, and point out to the person who took the order that the burgers were overcooked, almost stringy. The response?: I'M SORRY, THE KITCHEN FORGOT THEM ON THE GRILL... shrugging and asking the next customer for their order!!!!!!!! We've been eating there for years with colleagues and friends, but I'll do everything I can to persuade anyone to come and eat there. I've read some reviews, and based on their approach, what happened to me today isn't an isolated incident!

14/02/2025: You can't say, "The pizza will arrive at 8:40 PM at the latest," and then I'm still waiting for it at 9:20 PM. It's unacceptable for you to tell yourself a specific time and then not stick to it. Instead, you say nothing, and you don't mock customers who might have canceled their order knowing it would arrive 42 minutes later. Or you call the customer and ask if the pizza is still okay 40 minutes later. At least the pizza is decently good.

09/10/2025: Mediocre pizza in a somewhat dark, slightly run-down restaurant. The menu is falling apart.

09/10/2025: Every time we go on vacation, it's a regular stop. The food is plentiful, delicious, and reasonably priced; the service is fast and friendly.

11/11/2025: The octopus with mashed potatoes was excellent, the pizza was average, but the fried food definitely needs a rethink; unfortunately, it was obvious the oil had been overcooked and was exhausted. The drinks arrived late after the food was already on the table. A slight oversight is acceptable. The staff, however, were friendly and helpful.

29/09/2025: One of the most beautiful places I've been in the last few days

20/08/2025: We spent a day in Camogli at this beach club. The price for the front row was €60 (two loungers and an umbrella), a bit high compared to what we found in Portofino, but still in line with the location. Prices vary depending on the row. The sea was clean and beautiful, and the Camogli area also won us over. The bar service was fair and affordable. The facility also offered table football and ping pong (for a fee), which unfortunately were almost always occupied, but did provide some entertainment. The lifeguards seemed to have trouble managing the situation, especially with so many rude people trying to sneak in without paying. The only real negative was the presence of a man with long hair who occasionally yelled at the lifeguards (perhaps the manager or owner), disrupting our moments of relaxation. Otherwise, we highly recommend this beach club: the sea, location, and services are truly worth it. Enjoy!

12/09/2025: My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel for four days, including breakfast only. The rooms were in a questionable condition, as they were moldy and smelled strongly. Luckily, since it was summer, we were able to keep the window open. The bathroom was windowless, with a fan, but unfortunately, there wasn't even a line to hang clothes to dry. It's unclear whether the towel change costs 10 euros or 20 euros, given that they're changed once a week, as expected for one-star hotels. It's a shame they can't even dry them, as mentioned above. There's no written cleaning schedule, so it's unclear when to vacate the room. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room. Breakfast is from 8 to 10, but when you arrive at 9, you'll find practically nothing left except the leftovers from those who arrived earlier. The only thing that gets replaced are the croissants. Dinner is from 7 to 10. I showed up at 9:20 PM and was told it wasn't possible to eat; they'd obviously set up a line just for those with reservations. Unfortunately, it's always a disservice. In conclusion, the only positive aspect of the hotel is that it overlooks the sea.

15/06/2025: Tutto davvero ottimo! Piatti gustosi e ben curati, con ingredienti di qualità. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, attento e disponibile, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. Un’esperienza molto positiva che consiglio vivamente. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

13/06/2025: Tornati ancora una volta al Pontile di Ceriale e la valutazione è sempre al Top. Servizio sempre impeccabile e ottima qualità del cibo. Una buonissima frittura un buonissimo spaghetto allo scoglio e che dire un tiramisù che pochi sanno fare. Un grazie alle titolari Simona e Elena.

10/11/2025: Pizza, drink and dessert, everything was good, the only thing I didn't like was the presence of a dog, I don't really agree with having a dog next to where I eat, then as normal and inevitable it barked and was annoying

04/10/2025: A sandwich with lousy white dough for €16!!! And the pizzas are the same. Thin and small, and the white dough is probably frozen. The receipt isn't detailed, except for the sandwich being overpriced. Believe me, look for better places nearby.

15/10/2025: I went on Wednesday for lunch (today) for a visit to the sanctuary and we ate at this restaurant, we found typical Genoese cuisine and excellent quality in the dishes from appetizer to dessert. You can taste the freshness of the products and the skill of the cook. The pesto and ravioli were excellent, as were the homemade desserts (specifically, we had tiramisu, apple pie, and pear and chocolate cake)! The owner very kindly offered freshly baked canestrelli to our girls!! In short, a great discovery, we will definitely be back!!

12/10/2025: The food was average, but unfortunately, at one point, a table of people in their 50s and 60s arrived and started screaming like teenagers. Despite complaints from other diners, the noise continued, and one of the waitresses responded, "I can't help it if they're making a racket."

16/06/2025: well so many nice reviews… but at lunch with a fixed menu said by word of mouth without anything written to choose you can't hear… on top of that I asked for the à la carte menu because I wanted to eat fish but they don't do it at lunch…. I don't know about dinner… but I definitely won't go back for lunch!!!!

30/09/2025: We pride ourselves on being extremely polite and courteous Canadians and unfortunately the young waiter this morning treated us like second class citizens. We took a peek inside to see which pastries we would be interested in with our coffees. I confirmed with said waiter that the process was for us to sit at a table outside and place our order with wait staff. He watched us sit down and wait patiently, then waited until two other groups sat on either side of us and proceeded to take both of their orders. We have been trying speak as much Italian as we continue to learn. We left and found an amazing little place in the alley beside called La Tavernetta. We were greeted with smiles and treated like customers.

27/09/2025: I access the restroom; the door has a cork handle that stays in your hand when you open it. After a bit of difficulty getting it open, I go in and find pee on the floor, a dirty toilet, no toilet paper, and the door won't lock from the inside. I point out the unsanitary state of the place to the staff, and they laugh in my face, while the owner yells at me that they don't check the restroom every three minutes to clean and replenish paper. Too bad the lack of hygiene and decorum is more than just minutes. The coffee is decidedly watery and served rudely. A place in a prestigious square in Sanremo? I'll pass and hang up.

09/11/2025: The good: appetizer of cru de te and tuna tataki were very good and fresh and accompanied by perfect sauces. Presentation was always very pretty. It was a strong start and I was very excited to get my food My husband and I got amberjack and the sauces were again perfect and balanced. My friend loved her well done steak. The bad: the amberjack was overcooked and slightly fishy which is bad for 30€. The lamb was very fatty and cut into odd small shapes? Like they weren't round🤷🏻‍♀️ (again the sauces were perfect). I asked the server to split 2 ways and he said to pay up front... Which had a grumpy older lady who just handed me the whole bill? Had to get the guy to fix it. Server didn't smile and didn't say sorry for making us wait for 30 minutes to get our mains after our friends had theirs and we're half done.... How does a well done steak come out 10 minutes before amberjack? I don't mind the place setting fee but the food was overpriced for fishy amberjack and fatty lamb. We spent 200€ between the 4 of us and you can barely act like you want to be our waiter? Don't just silently move plates around. Much better place 6 minute walk away through the tunnel and up a side road a bit called Trattoria Tamanaco.

08/11/2025: Food was super average and over priced. They charge a €4 “Place/setting fee” which they do not warn you about before. Honestly not worth the money at all.
