Formerly Bar Colombo, dating back to the 1970s, owned by Babbo Gastone Rossi, a delightful gentleman. Located under the portico overlooking Piazza Colombo, 100 meters from the Ariston Theatre, it has seen and experienced it all; if it could tell you about it, it would fill an encyclopedia.

The location is calming, relaxing, warm, and welcoming: the atmosphere makes you feel instantly at home and invites you to unwind. The service is impeccable, with friendly and always available staff, who put you at ease with their professionalism and smiles. The desserts are truly delicious, with a wide selection to satisfy every taste. A place you'll always want to return to!

27/02/2026: Very nice outdoor area. The sourdough brioches (?!?), not bad, but a bit too sweet (quote by Damiano Carrara), another good pastry shop.
