La Lampara is by far the best restaurant in Riomaggiore. While Rio is outstanding for location and seafood, La Lampara is understated in charm and low key, but don't be fooled by this, they are producing fantastic food across every course and have an excellent mix of regional wines to match all courses and taste. Don't pass La Lampara by.

Amazing dinner! You must have the chef tasting menu and wine pairing. I had no idea my wife and I could get such an incredible meal here. The cuisine is delicious and paired with local wine.
