26/10/2025: High-quality restaurant with homemade dishes. Food from their farm and local products. Very pleasant service. The owner goes out of her way to speak French and explain things to you. Very good wine. Gourmet restaurant. Few tables. It's cozy. I recommend it.

01/08/2025: A small bar in the center of Celle Ligure, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent for a quick lunch break or an aperitif: the appetizers are varied and plentiful. The menu offers a bit of everything, from pasta dishes to savory pies, panzerotti, and rice salads. Breakfast is also well-stocked, with a variety of brioches, both classic and more unusual. Prices are average, and the quality is good.

27/07/2025: After ordering, we had to wait almost an hour because, except for the pasta dish, which arrived promptly and was consumed well before the other dishes were brought. Even though we specifically requested that tomatoes not be added to the salad, due to a severe intolerance, they were added anyway. Of the three poke bowls we ordered, none were honored: even though they were all ordered with white rice, the first was replaced with salad, while the other two were replaced with black rice (a white rice mix). I should point out, however, that the ingredients were missing and alternatives were offered. We were also disappointed with the quality of the food. The only positive aspect was that the prices were reasonable and that we were offered cookies. The waitress was also very courteous.

10/11/2025: The Taverna del Marinaio restaurant is simply fantastic! The food is delicious, everything is fresh and prepared with love. The atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, perfect for a pleasant evening. The owner is truly kind and friendly—she made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

28/10/2025: The biggest restaurant rip-off of my life! 60 euros for a tomato and mozzarella salad (from the supermarket, what a shame for Italy) and a child's portion (by the way) of pesto pasta. I even took the precaution of asking the waiter if the tomato and mozzarella salad would be enough as a main course; he assured me it was. We ended up buying focaccia from the shop next door because we were so hungry! Paying for a spot is one thing, but this is outrageous! Avoid this place at all costs!

19/10/2025: During our one-week stay, we ate here twice in the evening. Whether it was seafood antipasti, charcoal-grilled entrecote, or especially the outstanding pizzas, the food was top-notch and the prices were top-notch. Especially on weekends, be sure to be at the door when it opens to snag one of the unreserved tables and avoid being turned away (or better yet, make a reservation in advance). If you want to truly experience Italy in the evening and enjoy mingling with the locals, you won't be disappointed here.

06/10/2025: It's fine for a quick bite without any other expectations. The pizza isn't bad, the dough is good, the ingredients mediocre; when asked if the mushrooms were fresh or from a jar, the girl freaks out and runs off to ask. The side of vegetables thrown on the plate was truly sad... All this is fine, after all, it's a good pizzeria. Actually, it should be a good pizzeria, but then if you ask me for a cover charge of €2.50 per person, then that's a different story. I expect a different service and a different welcome (I'll mercifully leave aside the argument that it was raining in the dining room and there was a real puddle that kept getting bigger throughout the evening in an enclosed space...). The "cover charge" has now become a real expense that has a significant impact on family outings: two adults and two children automatically end up with €10 for the cover charge, €3 for water, and you haven't even lifted a fork... so if that's the case, you're providing a service worthy of the occasion.

20/09/2025: Pizzeria in the heart of Marassi, with indoor and outdoor seating on the veranda. Fast service, friendly staff, and, above all, very good pizza. You can choose from whole wheat dough. For me, this is the go-to pizzeria in the area. I've been there several times now, with a wide selection of pizzas.

23/08/2025: Reservation made at 7:00 PM for 8:30 PM, but at 8:50 PM the pizzas still hadn't arrived. We called the pizzeria and they told us that due to the game, they'd be another 20 minutes late. After 10 minutes, they called back and said they'd deliver at 9:45 PM. So, in total, they'd be over an hour late. There's no way you could behave this way. Having made a reservation, you have to respect the time, whether there's a game on or not. Obviously, I don't recommend it and I will never order again.

14/05/2025: I could start by explaining where and how he chooses the meat, I could tell you about the meticulousness with which he chooses the type of bread best suited to his burgers, or I could tell you about how tempted I was to ask for a piece of raw sausage, because it was so good... instead I'll tell you that I wanted to post a photo but after the first bite I couldn't stay less than two centimeters away from that explosion of joy and egg yolk that was my sandwich. I discovered Otto Kraus by chance, on a business trip to Genoa and, please, for your own good, don't miss the chance to taste and try this type of approach to burgers. Truly one of the best I've ever tasted. And don't even consider the negative comments, the helpfulness and kindness of the owner are values ​​that are hard to find nowadays, even for those who work in contact with the public.

07/09/2025: Passing through Rapallo, I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful agriturismo. This restaurant is quite high up, so there's a wide, spectacular view of the sea! As a celiac, I can honestly say I enjoyed impeccably prepared Ligurian specialties. All the dishes were truly delicious, well-balanced, and full of authentic flavor. I loved the gluten-free focaccia and ravioli, especially the textures, which is very important when it comes to gluten-free diets. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and always accommodating. The portions are generous; in fact, I couldn't finish them all! The owner loves cooking and cares about making her guests happy. I highly recommend this restaurant. Parking is difficult given the perched location; you'll definitely need the cooperation of other customers to get their cars towed away so you can leave.

28/10/2025: A pleasant hotel with a high-quality restaurant, in the center of Arma di Taggia, just a few meters from the most beautiful beaches of the Riviera dei Fiori. The restaurant, pizzeria, and hotel are all excellent and friendly.

06/10/2025: This restaurant has been under new management since around 2024. Since then, the service and cuisine have suffered. The location is great, right by the sea. Unfortunately, guests still don't feel particularly comfortable. The food is rather mediocre by Italian standards for the price, hence only 2 stars. The service staff try hard, but much of it seems ad hoc and uncoordinated. Overall, the wait is simply too long. For example, after we had finished our spaghetti alle vongole, we were brought the plate for the bowls. Not a big deal, admittedly, but it shows how things work. It's just more poorly than well. It's a shame; it used to be better.
