We had an absolutely remarkable experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with rare attentiveness and kindness by Barbara, whose professionalism and warmth immediately set the tone for the evening. Each dish is a true ode to freshness: the exceptional quality of the ingredients, largely sourced from their own garden, is evident on every plate. The flavors are bold, authentic, almost vibrant. Even the meat reflects a remarkable commitment, coming from free-range animals carefully fed, a quality deeply felt in both texture and taste. The chef's cuisine is distinguished by a unique and masterful creativity that surprises without ever compromising the integrity of the ingredients. Each dish tells a story, a blend of boldness and respect for the seasons. As for the presentation, it is elegant, refined, and perfectly showcases the creations. An exceptional establishment where everything is conceived with exacting standards and passion. An experience we highly recommend.

Went there as a couple at one of the rare rains days in Sanremo and were welcomed by a cosy atmosphere and Barbara, who together with her husband Paolo and their son run the place. Barbara was not only managing the service, but had also a lot to share about the concept of the restaurant and the sourcing of the products and ingredients Paolo uses in the kitchen as well as the origin of their well selected wine-card. We tried the Orto e Mare degustation menu, with a fresh Prosecco to begin with and a Franciacorta Rose Nature Cuvee 36 from the Casa Caterina cantina. In a nutshell, well composed and balance menu with strong Ligurian accent, all very natural and fresh. Highlights for me were the Uovo affogato and the snails Lumache della Val Nervia. It was lovely evening, time flew by. Well deserved Michelin star!

It was an incredible experience, a journey between tradition and innovation, guided with skill, passion, and a humanity that is now rare. The courtesy and helpfulness made it all the more enjoyable. Hats off!

What can I say? I don't even need to get to dessert to leave a review. Exceptional, top-quality products crafted to perfection. I hadn't booked, but the waitress was very kind in seating me and waiting for a response.

High-quality restaurant with homemade dishes. Food from their farm and local products. Very pleasant service. The owner goes out of her way to speak French and explain things to you. Very good wine. Gourmet restaurant. Few tables. It's cozy. I recommend it.
