22/02/2024: Particular environment with attention to every detail like real grandmothers' homes, typical Roman cuisine with very generous portions that you won't be able to even take a second course, a 250g plate of pasta, here I rediscovered homemade ragù like my grandmother used to make, personal very young kind and welcoming, I found this place and who leaves it anymore

Ristorante strapieno, per parcheggiare un bel problema ( consiglio di arrivare prima delle 13) Fritti segnalati ma nn ordinabili a pranzo, bruschetta e bufala da rivedere (il pane nn era croccante anzi era gommoso e i pomodori sembravano freddi di frigo senza polpa) Primi matriciana e carbonara proprio no sulla seconda c’era tutto l’uovo liquido (mi veniva il voltastomaco) ma il secondo carni top!! Ti alzi vai al bancone e scegli Filetto ottimo ma la blacklist angus divina!!!! Tornerò solo ed esclusivamente per la carne Lì ci sanno veramente fare Prezzi 50 a testa ma ho mangiato tanto

Compleanno meraviglioso festeggiato in un meraviglioso locale curato nei minimi dettagli dalla padrona di casa, Morena ha reso questo posto incantevole , elegante e raffinato. Emiliano padrone di casa e chef incredibilmente perfetto per i suoi piatti unici e sofisticati . Non potevo scegliere migliore location, se non quella di Hosteria Eucalipto di Fiumicino! Grazie per aver reso speciale il mio 50° compleanno!
