07/12/2025: I used to stop by this place often, not so much for the desserts as to order trays of rustic pastries and savory items to celebrate important occasions and events, until I encountered a lazy young lady today around 3:55 PM, ill-equipped to receive customers in the place where she "works"! First of all, the use of personal cell phones should be completely avoided in the workplace, because there's no way I, the customer, should have to wait for you to finish your gaming session or text your lover, or whatever. Secondly, the person working the front desk should have a basic level of customer communication skills (there's no way you're waving your shoulders or rolling your eyes at me) because you're incapable of speaking. One more thing: if I politely ask to choose which products I want to put on the tray, telling you that I will pay for each individual piece, why do you tell me that it can't be done???...or do you want to decide for me!? The fact is that this meeting really changed my mind about the service I get at this place, so much so that I have decided to never set foot there again! I am in favor of letting young people work on one condition: that they be willing to learn, because without this, you really can't go anywhere! I would focus more on staff training, but I believe that being courteous is a gift that not everyone has, and those who don't have it shouldn't do this job. Thank you and good luck!

30/11/2025: We ordered a cake three weeks in advance, complete with photos and an explanation of what we wanted. Yesterday we went to pick it up at 2:50 PM. Pickup was scheduled for 3 PM, and they took 20 minutes, saying the cake was almost ready. When we picked up the cake, we immediately noticed that the writing and decorations weren't what we requested. Instead of being in block letters as specified, the writing was written in cursive with a sort of squiggle on a letter (never requested), and they had added cherries as decorations (never requested). We spent €131 for 4.5 kg. Everyone left the cake. It was uneatable, dry, and the buttercream was so hard it cracked. No one, no one, no one ate it. €131 down the drain. Don't go there. I'm adding photos of what the cake was supposed to look like and what it actually looked like. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a photo of the inside of the cake during the party.

12/09/2025: Excellent gelato, natural ingredients, real fruit, all good, highly recommended. But a place like this should take better care of its outdoor seating, which—at least when I tried to use it—was in such a state of disarray, unclean, and littered even in the nearby garden, that it discouraged use (we settled on the nearby public benches). It's a shame, but it's easy to fix, all it takes is a little attention and effort.

14/09/2025: Avoid for many reasons, but especially because of the annoyed and arrogant owner who tells us, verbatim, "Parmesan isn't specified on the menu because it's assumed that it's in the seafood ragù." Despite food allergies and intolerances, the reality, dear restaurant phenomenon, is simpler: just add fish and you don't need to flavor with cheese.

12/09/2025: Avoid this restaurant. The food is poor, the owner is rude and hasty in his explanations. The menu is limited. Only one very nice waitress. Avoid!

22/09/2025: This is truly disgusting. They force you to order, and if you don't, you get kicked out. The blonde waitress must be removed. Belfagor will come for your souls and your bar. NO ONE IS SAFE.

17/09/2025: Since they changed management I don't recommend it, the real Neapolitan madly is in Rome.

12/09/2025: I'll put it like the euro they add to each pizza, compared to the price listed on the menu. After I disputed the receipt, the waitress was even rude because she tried to say that the surcharge was due to the Neapolitan dough choice and that it was stated on the menu. I forced her to show me the menu, and of course, nothing was written there. Furthermore, it wasn't even stated when ordering, when they ask you if you prefer Neapolitan or Roman dough (the menu didn't even state the option of both). After realizing the mistake, they didn't even bother to offer a refund. It's a shame because the pizza dough was good (although I found the tomato sauce too acidic), but I don't think I'll come again.

06/07/2025: Mi dispiace malgrado l educazione ricevuta dai dipendenti,ma il ritardo di un primo un ore e mezza non si può sentire, né tantomeno tenere un cliente inchiodato dalle ore 21,30 alle 23,15 senza ricevere nulla.Io credo che strafare mettere tavoli ovunque pure dí riempire e portare solo una bottiglia di vino al tavolo per poi prendere una comanda dopo mezz’ora e servire dopo un altra ora significa assicurarsi già pagato il vino poi se il cliente si lamenta e vuole andare via ti deve almeno pagare la bottigli caricate il triplo .Disorganizzati un caos se avessi voluto cenare con seconda portata e dolce andavo via alle 2.Capisco che vuoi guadagnare perché c’è turismo ma il disservizio non ti premia.

20/06/2025: Caffè White! is a place with a modern and welcoming design, perfect for a coffee break, a breakfast or a quick lunch. Excellent aperitif. The environment is bright and well-kept, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent quality of coffee and good choice of desserts and snacks. The staff is kind and fast, even in the busiest moments. Average prices. Overall, a place where you will gladly return.

17/11/2025: I was there this Sunday. I understand there were people there, but I was told at the cashier that for table service you had to have the staff take your order. We waited several minutes and no one came. We waited some more, we indicated that we were inside and that we were waiting, and we were told again to wait for the staff to take our order. Tired, we asked at the bar, and after about half an hour or 40 minutes of waiting since we arrived, we were told that table service was not provided inside (there was no sign indicating this), so we got up and left. Not to mention the fact that there was no sign indicating what was inside each individual dessert in the dessert display case.

15/11/2025: It's the best pastry shop in Rome and the surrounding area, it's the only place where we're sure to order a cake and receive it as we wish 😍 they are very professional and masters of decoration, if you choose Manduca you won't go wrong ❤️❤️❤️
