04/10/2025: A very nice establishment for me. The most beautiful because it's very open and elegant. The food is excellent; the fish is cooked simply and of unique excellence. We often return to Viva for aperitifs, too.

26/09/2025: Simple and welcoming pizzeria. Oven in full view. The pizzas are delicious and well-topped. The only drawback is that they don't have an in-house kitchen, so fried foods like supplì, croquettes, and the like are out of the question. However, they do have a tasty, simple, mixed appetizer. Everything is cooked in a wood-fired oven, except for the cold cuts. 😅. In any case, I recommend a visit because you can eat well near the beach (it's on the sea) and you're well-priced. By the way, try ZIA GIUSY's tart, which is delicious. Foreword... I'm from Rome, and my wife, I, and our dog (who was very welcome) stopped here while passing through. We'll definitely be back because it's a quiet, affordable, and quality place. RECOMMENDED

09/09/2025: I ordered takeout: the pizza was good and the place was nice. Unfortunately, the service at the register was unpleasant: the cashier was very rude and insisted we pay in one go just because we had a card. It's a shame, because the quality of the food is worth it, but the experience at the counter kind of ruins it.

10/11/2025: This place is almost exclusively for families with children, thanks to the excellent idea the owners had to include a large Play House in the restaurant! The atmosphere is obviously a bit noisy, but the kids have a blast and it's a peaceful place to be. The service is friendly, and the oven-baked pizzas are delicious and come in a variety of flavors.

07/09/2025: Inedible pizza, ordered a starter for two for 30 euros, there was nothing, then he tells us he's out of mozzarella and on each pizza there was a small morsel, the result is five pizzas and two starters for 175, never again the pizzas were returned, the starter does not exist

28/11/2025: It would be a truly beautiful place if the owners weren't so greedy. I was there with my 7-year-old son and we weren't allowed in until we rented two sun loungers for €60. As you can imagine, at least one lounger wasn't needed, since the child only wanted to swim. But nobody there seemed to care.

09/09/2025: We called to ask if it was possible to swim on this beautiful beach without having to pay for a lounger and umbrella (my girlfriend and I were passing through and would be leaving shortly). We were told that access to the sea would only be permitted if we decided to pay for a lounger and umbrella at the modest sum of 40, and I repeat 40, euros each. Are you kidding me? This is unheard of, in addition to the fact that no establishment can prevent access to the sea because it enjoys a state concession, not private property, these gentlemen have fenced off with barbed wire the section of beach with the rocks far from the restaurant, where everyone can easily access it with full rights. Not content with that, they also installed a large camera to monitor the area. I hope the competent authorities intervene and shut them down as soon as possible. You are shameful.

21/09/2025: Today, September 21, 2025, around 1:30 PM, I went with my family to Piana di Sant'Agostino for a pleasant day, deciding to stop at the Miramare restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be disappointing even before we sat down to eat. At the entrance, we were greeted by a rude and unprofessional staff member. When we refused to answer the question, "Have you ordered?", we were abruptly told that we couldn't enter without a reservation. This was despite the restaurant being practically empty: in a fairly large room, only 4 or 5 tables were occupied. I completely understand the need for a reservation when it's crowded, but what was unacceptable was the tone used, the total lack of courtesy, and the confusion in the way the information was communicated to us. The overall impression was one of a hasty, disorganized welcome, and with no regard for the customer. I don't question the quality of the cuisine, which I haven't had the chance to try, but if this is the first impression you get when you enter the restaurant, it's natural to choose elsewhere, as we did. A restaurant should welcome you with a smile even before the food. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. Best regards. A.S.

15/09/2025: We stayed at this beach for a weekend. I would say that the bathrooms are very small, but the establishment allows both lunch and dinner by reservation. We haven't tried it yet. We stayed on the beach, the sea is exceptional, and they offer beach service with umbrellas and loungers... basically, tranquility and relaxation. We had the standard breakfast... The rest will be evaluated later.

19/10/2025: A place focused on selling "Dutch" fries (which aren't Dutch at all) in a paper bag with a variety of sauces to choose from. Various menu options, prices a bit steep for what they offer and what they're worth. The tables outside are a rip-off: the holes that are supposed to be specially made to leave the fries in and avoid getting burned only apply if you choose the large menu; otherwise, the fries will fall out, land on the street, and attack you.

03/09/2025: Tough potatoes, overcooked with terrible oil! Then I find out that the potatoes are cooked twice (according to the guy behind the counter). He says the owner wants it that way because it reduces cooking time! But for goodness sake 🙈🙈🙈🙈 that's why they're so awful! Since they boast about using good oil, they should also put up a sign specifying that the potatoes aren't cooked fresh but reheated in oil 🤮

06/11/2025: A truly delightful spot in the heart of San Felice Circeo. Il Principe — Giardino del Pane, a refined bar where you can enjoy breakfast and cocktails in complete relaxation. I had a slice of blackberry tart, fresh and well-made, and a freshly squeezed orange juice with an authentic flavor. The service is friendly and the atmosphere relaxed: a perfect place to start the day or take a quiet break. Recommended for those who love simplicity and authentic flavors, accompanied by a touch of natural elegance. -

16/11/2025: I reported it directly to the franchise a few weeks ago because the owner had the audacity to call my son "Fat" (story explained briefly). They told me they'd take action, and since the pizza was excellent, I tried to return. I found the owner swearing at the employee while she, with tears in her eyes, continued to smile and serve customers. A disgraceful scene. Extremely rude woman. Poor employees. They deserve to close. Moral of the story: I wanted to give them a second chance, but I left without any pizza, and I'll never return!

04/09/2025: Ball tent. Opening time on the maps is wrong, so we arrived half an hour early. A waiter told us they open at 7:30 PM, so he asked if we could wait a bit longer. We returned at half past 7:00 PM, and the waiter told us they were fully booked. A real slam dunk.
