06/10/2025: Hello campers. Today, October 4, 2025, is the last day the campsite is open. We got a spot for one night. The beach is right on our doorstep and it's amazing. We were able to choose our spot. The showers and restrooms were clean and OK. The staff was very, very friendly. We also ate in the restaurant. Amazing seafood pizza and a delicious salad! The staff were funny and in a good mood. We'd love to come back next season.

18/09/2025: We arrived very early and ordered right away. The waiter was kind and professional, the mussel sauté was good, the cod meatballs (which today were made with a different fish) were very good, but perhaps €15 for three meatballs is a bit overpriced. The first courses were fantastic: tonnarelli with lemon octopus (€16) and calamarata with mussels (€18). Even the first courses we ordered (which were also the cheapest on the menu) were higher than average, considering the table setting was nice, but certainly not upscale. That's just to clarify why I'm not giving it 5 stars; the restaurant deserves the extra ten euros for the flavors it offers.

14/09/2025: The portions are tiny and not particularly appetizing. Prices are higher than what's on offer. Service is also slow.

13/08/2025: I was 22 minutes late for my reservation, and they took away my family's table of four, without any specific instructions that I should eat and vacate the table within an hour. I'm speechless.

08/08/2025: Every time we come to Sabaudia, it's a tradition to come to this small, family-run pizzeria! It feels like a leap back in time! 3 pizzerias of the past! We like the simplicity of this place! Good value for money! The food is good, and they still have Coke in a glass, something my husband loves and that few have! The suppli are homemade, but I'm Roman... so I'm picky about it! I'd opt for the French fries, which look delicious! Real potatoes! Anyway, we'll be back next year! Book early, as weekends are always full.

13/08/2025: Pre-cooked food to get us through a Sunday. The service was excellent and the lady was lovely, but the quality of the food, in our case, was a bit fair for the price.

17/09/2025: We stopped by here for lunch after the beach, which is stunning here. We ordered risotto and "schiaffoni" (fried fish parcels), all strictly seafood, and I must say they were simply delicious. The staff were extremely kind and professional, and the quality/price ratio was truly excellent. We'll be back in Gaeta and will definitely be back here.

04/01/2026: Unfortunately, the intimate and quiet atmosphere doesn't help the bland, not even minimally sophisticated food. Dining out means enjoying unique dishes and interesting flavors: none of that! It's a shame, because the manager is courteous and attentive, but the chef doesn't know his job. Good luck!

25/08/2025: The atmosphere is intimate and warm, exceptionally peaceful; despite the fairly busy road in front, we didn't hear a single car pass by. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and displays a singular passion for his craft. During dinner, he explained in detail the provenance and uniqueness of every single ingredient used in the dishes. Not being a wine expert, I took his advice and, if I could, I would have ordered two more bottles of that wine (a Palombo Bianco delle Chiaie). All this for a price so low it seems like a steal. I've already started recommending the wine shop to everyone I know and will definitely be back; it's worth it to try every dish on the menu.

07/09/2025: The steak selection looked very promising. The steak pieces were relatively thick. Unfortunately, the meat was very sluggish after searing, making most of it inedible. €150 for four steaks, including the bone, was quite steep. We had high expectations of the tiramisu. Unfortunately, it came in its original supermarket packaging and was more like ice cream.

31/08/2025: A very family-friendly atmosphere, very warm and friendly. We felt very welcome! Especially with a child. We were able to choose the meat from a very large selection – fillet, tomato, Florentine, and much more. Grilled to perfection. The pasta was fresh and the pizza delicious. This is what you imagine an Italian evening to be! Thank you so much for your hospitality! We'd love to come back.

03/01/2026: I HARDLY WRITTEN NEGATIVE REVIEWS, but this time it was mandatory due to the disgusting experience that this was. I've been a couple of times. The first time the croissant was good but the cappuccino was milk and completely liquid coffee (that's okay). Today I went for the second time and what I saw is absurd. I enter with the family saying good morning and the barista, with an annoyed expression, looks at us and doesn't even reply to good morning, but says to us in an annoyed tone (TELL ME). But that's not even the best part, breakfast arrives and: the cappuccino cups were full of dust (being black it was very visible), the glass of water had the imprint of someone else's lips. The pastry was at least 2 days old and to top it all off, the same annoyed barista who served us, when it came time to pay, looked at us and told us the price. I gave her the card and said that the POS was out of order, I paid in cash and thanked her out of politeness, also saying goodbye and she didn't answer us. minimally! A rude girl I've never seen

03/01/2026: Worst breakfast of my life. We enter the bar, the barista doesn't even look at us. We order four croissants, all at least two days old. The cups are filthy, with dirt everywhere. We go back to pay, the POS obviously "not working." We say goodbye with "thank you, goodbye," but the barista again doesn't even bother to say hello. Never again...

14/09/2025: It was a pleasure to spend the entire summer season at the resort. I found it clean and friendly every day. The restaurant is also top-notch, with both the first and second courses excellent. I'll definitely be back.
