25/05/2025: Unheard of, the worst thing that could happen.. Two hours before check out you take a shower, soap yourself up and you realize that no water comes out!
No solution proposed I have to leave without a shower.. But I paid!!
23/05/2025: Really perfect and welcoming structure. The pools and solarium are fantastic, very well kept and very clean.
The staff are very kind and friendly 😍 really recommended and not to be missed

04/09/2025: Welcoming staff, but the quality was truly poor. The calamari appetizer was decent. The first courses were very elaborate and didn't bring out the flavor of the fish. The fried fish was awful and blatantly frozen. There were four of us: two appetizers, four first courses, one fried fish, and one dessert, four bottles of water, and one white wine (a satirical one), for the modest sum of €60 per person. I'm sorry to say this, but I won't be returning.
01/09/2025: When we're in Ponza, we never miss an evening on Gennarino's splendid terrace. A welcoming, family atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, and traditional cuisine with a touch of innovation. Try the new summer dish, Pasta alla Gennarino!
Prices are in line with the location. Highly recommended.

27/10/2025: Amazing chicken! I tried it once while walking by and was amazed! Now I order it to take home much more often! It's perfect for students like me!
31/08/2025: Coming back from the beach, I happened upon this place. I stopped by and ordered the takeaway chicken with potatoes. The food was quality, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The place is also incredibly welcoming and, above all, clean. I can't help but give it a 5.

The thing is, after trying East Side, you'll never go back.
This is my second small load, and I've discovered the quality of good drinking, not supermarket junk.
I think it's better to drink less and well than to drink a lot and too much.
Plus, they're young, passionate guys. And for that alone, it's worth it!
Thank you! Everything with love has a whole new flavor!

12/08/2025: I was there this evening and I must say I was amazed by the quality of the dishes and the kindness of the waiters. The pizza was excellent and the appetizers were excellent. I highly recommend it.

23/09/2025: We paid €50 for two loungers in the back row and the experience was very disappointing. The beach was littered with cigarette butts in the sand, there was a paid shower, and the staff's attention was rather poor, with no interest in the customer. The only positive aspect was the sea, which was naturally beautiful, but the facility didn't offer a service worthy of the asking price.

Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere—the perfect place for a dinner with friends or a quiet evening. Highly recommended!

12/11/2025: Terrible....I went to this restaurant for lunch for a baptism... terrible service, good food, but you can't make people wait an hour between one course and the next. Appetizers are served at 1 pm and the first course at 3 pm. The plates were left dirty in front of the guests between courses. After a few complaints, we received rude responses from the waiters, to say the least. They are absolutely not capable of managing events with multiple people.
12/10/2025: Non-existent service. Average food. I don't recommend it.

24/11/2025: It's been years since I've eaten at a fast food restaurant. The prices are much higher, but compared to the well-known competitor chain, the meat here tastes like meat—obviously not like Florentine steak cooked on lava stone—but the flavor of the meat is real. The guys who served me were very kind and gave me a Naruto T-shirt, since I had a notebook with drawings of the anime. It was a truly kind gesture, and I hope they read this review. In short, you can go there every now and then. I recommend this chain to everyone over the other, more famous one, which sells cardboard instead of food.
