27/09/2025: My kids loved the chicken, but we were all disappointed they only served pizza for dinner.

21/09/2025: We didn't have a reservation and arrived a little early for dinner, but we were still able to stay, and the staff was very friendly. The starter was excellent, with various bruschetta and fish. For the main course, we again had fish, pasta, and risotto, all of which were delicious.

13/09/2025: I was walking along the street when I was enveloped by the scent of sweets... and to my surprise, I saw this workshop full of delicious creations. So far, I've enjoyed the filled shortcrust pastry (my favorite), and I have to admit, they're the best I've ever had in Gaeta! I'll definitely be back to try everything else.

28/08/2025: Drawn by the comments I read online, I decided to try these famous fried bombs. I went to Via dell'Indipendenza 79, where their small shop sells baked goods for breakfast (croissants, bombs, sfogliatelle, donuts, and various biscuits). I tried the bombs with custard...I expected more given the excellent reviews! The cream was sticky (probably made with flour as a thickener), and the dough was soft, but with a bland flavor. It's a shame, because you can see and taste that the production is fresh and artisanal. A little more attention to these small details and the 5-star rating is definitely within reach.

20/10/2025: The place is beautiful, and the staff's hospitality and kindness are certainly excellent, even excessive at times. The food is undoubtedly good, the risotto in particular was truly interesting. Unfortunately, the price was higher than expected. Overall, if you're on a budget, it's an excellent restaurant.

09/10/2025: I want to respond since it's not possible on The Fork. I thought the risotto was inedible because it was. I want to tell you that I'm also in the profession, but that doesn't count. I'll review my palate, but the chef definitely needs to review the ABCs of first courses. I want to remind you that you can cook rice for 13 minutes with a timer, but put it in two different pots—one on low heat and one on high heat, as you do since you have an open kitchen. You'll see that the results, despite the 13 minutes you specify, are different. Learn to accept criticism, to make risottos, and not to believe everything customers praise just to avoid being rude. Per sfuggire dal caldo e dalla caos della zona porto.Si trova in alto ma raggiungibile tranquillamente con una passeggiata dentro il paese. Consigliato.

03/10/2025: We've been to this pizzeria several times, and each time has been a confirmation. The pizza is truly delicious and made with quality ingredients. The fried foods are excellent, especially the pasta frittatina, which is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the place is beautiful, welcoming, and very clean. I highly recommend trying the "Tirolese" pizza with provola and pancetta: a true specialty!

04/09/2025: We found this trattoria by chance near a camper stop. Although reservations are recommended, they found us a table. Wonderful grilled rib-eye steak, two baked potatoes, two tiramisu, water, beer, Coke, coffee, and a generous grappa.
