10/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo agriturismo una volta in coppia, in settimana, dove abbiamo goduto di un'ottima cena. A seguire un evento con circa 45 persone, in occasione di una ricorrenza del bimbo. Una delusione totale, malgrado avessimo concordato il menù con 10gg di anticipo, specificando chi vegano vegetariano allergico etc.... Innanzitutto (giugno), caldo incredibile, sauna totale al piano di sopra. Impianto condizionamento rotto dal giorno prima, per carità, ma esistono anche i deumidificatori o i ventilatori (acquistabili a pochi km, seppur di domenica...in emergenza si fa!); totale confusione su cosa sia vegano e cosa sia vegetariano (giustificazione "i camerieri sono esterni, non miei dipendenti"), no comment); due bottiglie di vino, inizialmente portate al tavolo, quando eravamo 4 tavoli da 11 persone cad. il tutto con un cameriere che mi ha chiesto se potevamo servirci "self service", ovviamente senza bicchieri (quindi abbiamo bevuto il vino dolce nel bicchiere dell'acqua o del vino nero dei pasti precedenti); la cosa triste, non abbiamo visto una certa proattività nel titolare, malgrado le segnalazioni "in itinere"; chiaramente capisco che 4 camerieri, a occhio, con tre gruppi da 50 persone cad., sia difficile per chi lavora.....note positive: location bellissima; giardinetto molto bello, comodo a Vicenza e alle arterie stradali principali; cibo in sè buono (hanno un ottimo chef sicuramente); arredi ben curati.

10/06/2025: We were at this agriturismo once as a couple, during the week, where we enjoyed an excellent dinner. Then an event with about 45 people, on the occasion of a child's birthday. A total disappointment, even though we had agreed on the menu 10 days in advance, specifying who was vegan, vegetarian, allergic, etc.... First of all (June), incredibly hot, total sauna upstairs. The air conditioning system was broken the day before, for goodness sake, but there are also dehumidifiers or fans (which can be purchased a few km away, even on Sundays... in an emergency, you do it!); total confusion about what is vegan and what is vegetarian (justification "the waiters are external, not my employees"), no comment); two bottles of wine, initially brought to the table, when we were 4 tables of 11 people each. all with a waiter who asked me if we could serve ourselves "self service", obviously without glasses (so we drank the sweet wine in the glass of water or red wine from previous meals); the sad thing, we have not seen a certain proactivity in the owner, despite the reports "in itinere"; clearly I understand that 4 waiters, by eye, with three groups of 50 people each, is difficult for those who work..... positive notes: beautiful location; very nice garden, convenient to Vicenza and the main roads; good food in itself (they have an excellent chef for sure); well-kept furnishings.

24/08/2025: I paid €26 when I should have paid €14 for a gin and lemon and a long coffee because I sent the drink back that I didn't try since it wasn't the one I ordered in the first place. Terrible attention from the rude, disrespectful and above all racist owners. A coffee bar that should be closed... exorbitant prices and they don't even bring you the order as it should be... That Filippo is a rude, rude, disgusting bar.

20/08/2025: Two coffees, a pastry, and a waffle with hazelnut cream for €13.40. There's no way to dry your hands in the bathroom, and there are two brooms and two dirty dustpans in plain sight. I definitely won't be returning.

29/04/2025: My wife and I stopped by this center and ordered two dishes from the famous pasta maker Giovanni Rana. Perhaps our expectations were a bit too high. The pasta Carbonara was average. I would have liked the bacon diced rather than sliced. The lasagna was solid. The price was reasonable.

14/04/2025: I went there last week to eat: excellent quality pasta and a generous dish. Excellent salads and fair prices

26/04/2025: non-existent cleanliness, dirty rooms, holes with spiders, radiators with mold and cobwebs, blocked shutters, used handkerchiefs in blankets and a pillow cover, beer cap under the wardrobes, small hole in a mattress, dirty mattress, hair in the pillow.

26/04/2025: Dirty rooms, Holes around the room and bathroom (complete with huge friendly black spiders coming out of them (I'm arachnophobic)), At first they gave me a room with a leak in the ceiling and it was raining on the floor, then they changed me (AT LEAST THAT). Non-existent roller shutter on the balcony door, beds that stand up miraculously. Bidet that you can't practically wash because it works like a toilet, Toilet with little water coming down when you flush. Dirty mattresses and drawn mattress covers. Showers without water, excrement in the toilet as soon as you enter the room. ALSO FOUND A DIRTY HANDKERCHIEF UNDER THE BLANKETS AND INSIDE A PILLOW. Hair on the pillows.

14/06/2025: Comida muy buena y a muy buen precio y los camareros han sido muy amables y muy majos,nos han dado comida de cortesía aparte de la que hemos pedido,lo recomiendo mucho a todo el que venga a Italia. Todo muy bueno y recomendable.

01/03/2025: Gruppo di amici, abbiamo ordinato dei primi e abbiamo aspettato un’ora per avere 6 piatti di pasta. Il vero problema è stato quando i piatti sono arrivati… mi dispiace dirlo, ma erano davvero immangiabili: pasta con ragù avariato, pasta con baccalà nauseabondo e un piatto con un pezzo di plastica nel condimento. Pranzo da dimenticare, perlomeno il personale è stato molto gentile e cordiale. Probabilmente posto più indicato per bere un caffè e basta

27/07/2025: If only we could give less than 1 star!!! The politeness and awareness of keeping a business open to the public is something quite rare or lacking for the lady who welcomed us! She was unpleasant and frustrated to the point of vomiting at the customers. Oh, please!!! And then they complain that people bring everything from home when they go to such a charming place with children, only to be greeted by managers like this!!!

23/07/2025: The place itself is undoubtedly charming: an enchanting landscape, nestled in a characteristic setting that deserves much better management. Unfortunately, all the beauty of the place is ruined by terrible service and a truly embarrassing welcome. The waiters were incredibly rude, with an annoyed attitude from the moment we arrived. Every request—even the simplest—was met with a grumpy attitude, as if we were a nuisance. No availability, no smiles, and a constant air of complacency made the experience truly unpleasant. It's a real shame that such a beautiful place is managed with such superficiality and rudeness. I won't return, nor will I recommend it, unless they decide to completely change the staff or at least teach them what "hospitality" means.

01/05/2025: Menu’ vario, ma peccato che arrivando alle 1320 avevano terminato gran parte dei piatti in carta . Locale molto rumoroso e personale sbadato. Non bastano i sorrisi…

06/04/2025: Siamo stati al rifugio a inizio marzo 2025 con le nostre famiglie. L’ambiente è carino e caratteristico, le pietanze buone anche se il conto è medio-alto. Ciò che ci ha lasciati con l’amaro in bocca è stato l’atteggiamento del personale: mio marito ha chiesto di sedersi prima del pranzo con nostro figlio di 6 mesi per dargli la merenda perché fuori era molto freddo (ovviamente aveva ordinato qualcosa da mangiare) e gli è stato detto di no perché occupava un tavolo che sarebbe servito per il ristorante (erano le 11), successivamente durante il pranzo abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di scaldare la pappa del bimbo (1 minuto al microonde) e abbiamo atteso 20 minuti per questo servizio. Purtroppo è l’unico ristorante dell’area quindi è quasi inevitabile non andare, ad ogni modo ci aspettavamo maggior riguardo nei confronti dei bambini, trattandosi di una struttura all’interno di un’area frequentata prevalentemente da famiglie.

22/05/2025: Sono passato da Vaniglia Gelateria e l’esperienza è stata un disastro sotto ogni punto di vista. Ho chiesto una sola pallina di gelato su cono piccolo. Mi sono ritrovato a pagare 3 euro. Alla mia domanda – educata – sul perché di un prezzo così alto per una sola pallina, mi è stato risposto in modo frettoloso e maleducato: “Lei paga una porzione, non una pallina”. Tonalità altezzosa, quasi infastidita. Davvero assurdo, considerando la quantità ridicola di gelato servita. Ma il peggio non è neanche questo. Il gelato alla nocciola “del Piemonte” era insapore, stantio, industriale, completamente privo di quella rotondità e intensità che ci si aspetta da un prodotto Igp. E non è una mia impressione: il Tribunale di Vicenza ha già condannato questa gelateria per l’uso ingannevole dell’etichetta “nocciola del Piemonte”. Altro che artigianale: qui si vendono illusioni, non qualità. E poi, l’ambiente. Personale scortese, molto scortese. La commessa non rispetta la fila, guarda i clienti con sufficienza, e sembra fare uno sforzo enorme anche solo a parlare. Zero sorriso, zero accoglienza. Pare di entrare in un posto dove nessuno vuole davvero essere lì. Le ragazze al banco sembrano sfinite, stremate, svuotate: un’energia grigia che trasmette disagio. Clima tossico, quasi da sfruttamento. Altro che gioia del gelato. Consiglio spassionato al titolare: fate fare un corso serio di educazione e gestione clienti al personale. Serve professionalità, non atteggiamenti supponenti e scontrosi. Per 3 euro mi aspettavo almeno di non sentirmi sgradito. Mai più. Gelateria da evitare.

21/05/2025: I went to Vaniglia Gelateria attracted by the “Piemontese” hazelnut gelato. I expected an authentic experience, but the result was something else. The flavor was flat, watered down, without the warmth and rich aroma typical of real IGP hazelnuts: it was clear from the first taste that these were neither fine hazelnuts nor a valuable artisanal product. And the issue is not just mine: the Vicenza court ruled that the “Piedmont hazelnut” label was misleading, because the product did not contain entirely Piedmontese hazelnuts or IGP certification Dissapore Corriere del Veneto . It is a mockery to present such a spartan flavor with a name that promises very high value. Then there is the atmosphere in the store: the girls at the counter were clearly exhausted, visibly stressed — zero smiles, zero enthusiasm. An attitude of someone with low morale, almost like a worker on a chain, with an obvious workload and no motivation. It is not an isolated impression: a review on Tripadvisor tells of a girl who was "rude, nervous, who did not greet and answered rudely for no reason" Tripadvisor . I do not know if it is modern slavery, but the environment is certainly not welcoming, nor human. In summary: Flavor: disappointing, lacking in personality and far from the "Piemontese" promise Labeling: misleading, as confirmed by the sentence Staff: visibly exhausted, oppressive atmosphere I recommend avoiding this ice cream shop: behind a high-sounding label hides a mediocre quality ice cream and a sad routine atmosphere. Better to look elsewhere for a genuine, authentic and more respectful experience both for the consumer and the people who work there.
