14/06/2025: Comida muy buena y a muy buen precio y los camareros han sido muy amables y muy majos,nos han dado comida de cortesía aparte de la que hemos pedido,lo recomiendo mucho a todo el que venga a Italia. Todo muy bueno y recomendable.

01/03/2025: Gruppo di amici, abbiamo ordinato dei primi e abbiamo aspettato un’ora per avere 6 piatti di pasta. Il vero problema è stato quando i piatti sono arrivati… mi dispiace dirlo, ma erano davvero immangiabili: pasta con ragù avariato, pasta con baccalà nauseabondo e un piatto con un pezzo di plastica nel condimento. Pranzo da dimenticare, perlomeno il personale è stato molto gentile e cordiale. Probabilmente posto più indicato per bere un caffè e basta

06/06/2025: we went in to ask for a glass of water and the owner sent us packing, speaking to us inappropriately and showing no respect. Not recommended at all. He treated us rudely and was speechless.

06/06/2025: Nothing to say about the location, shame about the owner, since he turned out to be a very vulgar person. In fact, he left insults and other vulgar words against kids who had done nothing wrong. A place not recommended for families.

26/04/2025: non-existent cleanliness, dirty rooms, holes with spiders, radiators with mold and cobwebs, blocked shutters, used handkerchiefs in blankets and a pillow cover, beer cap under the wardrobes, small hole in a mattress, dirty mattress, hair in the pillow.

26/04/2025: Dirty rooms, Holes around the room and bathroom (complete with huge friendly black spiders coming out of them (I'm arachnophobic)), At first they gave me a room with a leak in the ceiling and it was raining on the floor, then they changed me (AT LEAST THAT). Non-existent roller shutter on the balcony door, beds that stand up miraculously. Bidet that you can't practically wash because it works like a toilet, Toilet with little water coming down when you flush. Dirty mattresses and drawn mattress covers. Showers without water, excrement in the toilet as soon as you enter the room. ALSO FOUND A DIRTY HANDKERCHIEF UNDER THE BLANKETS AND INSIDE A PILLOW. Hair on the pillows.

28/04/2025: Il posto è piccolino, molto bello e caratteristico, hanno due scelte per pasto, cibo buono e genuino, vino della casa buono, i gestori simpatici e cordiali, prezzi buoni (primo, formaggi, dolce, acqua, vino, caffè 25 euro). Di solito non lascio recensioni ma avendole lette prima di andare e trovando l esatto opposto ho voluto lasciare la mia esperienza positiva.

15/01/2025: We really liked this place 👍. The structure, a characteristic wooden mountain hut 🪵, is located in the locality "Contrà Sella", a hamlet of the municipality of Tonezza del Cimone ⛰. We went there some time ago (even though I had already frequented it before) to drink something hot during our afternoon 🚶🏻‍♂️ walk in the area. Full rating 💯 regarding the location and interior furnishings; as soon as you cross the threshold, you find yourself in a sort of windowed veranda 🪟 equipped with an electric fireplace 🔥, wooden benches 🪵 and furs used as cushions (TOP atmosphere🔝, especially during the winter season ❄). Not least the counter and the larger room, where we actually sat. In short, the kind manager 🧔🏻 came to collect our order: a coffee ☕, a cappuccino and five hot chocolates. All good 😋 and served quickly, even though the assortment of products and bitters 🥃 was not very vast. Then when we went out, we were able to appreciate the suggestively lit place 💡 in the dark of the evening ✨ (see photos 📸 attached 📎). We had a really good time, so I RECOMMEND IT 👍.

01/05/2025: Menu’ vario, ma peccato che arrivando alle 1320 avevano terminato gran parte dei piatti in carta . Locale molto rumoroso e personale sbadato. Non bastano i sorrisi…

06/04/2025: Siamo stati al rifugio a inizio marzo 2025 con le nostre famiglie. L’ambiente è carino e caratteristico, le pietanze buone anche se il conto è medio-alto. Ciò che ci ha lasciati con l’amaro in bocca è stato l’atteggiamento del personale: mio marito ha chiesto di sedersi prima del pranzo con nostro figlio di 6 mesi per dargli la merenda perché fuori era molto freddo (ovviamente aveva ordinato qualcosa da mangiare) e gli è stato detto di no perché occupava un tavolo che sarebbe servito per il ristorante (erano le 11), successivamente durante il pranzo abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di scaldare la pappa del bimbo (1 minuto al microonde) e abbiamo atteso 20 minuti per questo servizio. Purtroppo è l’unico ristorante dell’area quindi è quasi inevitabile non andare, ad ogni modo ci aspettavamo maggior riguardo nei confronti dei bambini, trattandosi di una struttura all’interno di un’area frequentata prevalentemente da famiglie.

22/05/2025: Sono passato da Vaniglia Gelateria e l’esperienza è stata un disastro sotto ogni punto di vista. Ho chiesto una sola pallina di gelato su cono piccolo. Mi sono ritrovato a pagare 3 euro. Alla mia domanda – educata – sul perché di un prezzo così alto per una sola pallina, mi è stato risposto in modo frettoloso e maleducato: “Lei paga una porzione, non una pallina”. Tonalità altezzosa, quasi infastidita. Davvero assurdo, considerando la quantità ridicola di gelato servita. Ma il peggio non è neanche questo. Il gelato alla nocciola “del Piemonte” era insapore, stantio, industriale, completamente privo di quella rotondità e intensità che ci si aspetta da un prodotto Igp. E non è una mia impressione: il Tribunale di Vicenza ha già condannato questa gelateria per l’uso ingannevole dell’etichetta “nocciola del Piemonte”. Altro che artigianale: qui si vendono illusioni, non qualità. E poi, l’ambiente. Personale scortese, molto scortese. La commessa non rispetta la fila, guarda i clienti con sufficienza, e sembra fare uno sforzo enorme anche solo a parlare. Zero sorriso, zero accoglienza. Pare di entrare in un posto dove nessuno vuole davvero essere lì. Le ragazze al banco sembrano sfinite, stremate, svuotate: un’energia grigia che trasmette disagio. Clima tossico, quasi da sfruttamento. Altro che gioia del gelato. Consiglio spassionato al titolare: fate fare un corso serio di educazione e gestione clienti al personale. Serve professionalità, non atteggiamenti supponenti e scontrosi. Per 3 euro mi aspettavo almeno di non sentirmi sgradito. Mai più. Gelateria da evitare.

21/05/2025: I went to Vaniglia Gelateria attracted by the “Piemontese” hazelnut gelato. I expected an authentic experience, but the result was something else. The flavor was flat, watered down, without the warmth and rich aroma typical of real IGP hazelnuts: it was clear from the first taste that these were neither fine hazelnuts nor a valuable artisanal product. And the issue is not just mine: the Vicenza court ruled that the “Piedmont hazelnut” label was misleading, because the product did not contain entirely Piedmontese hazelnuts or IGP certification Dissapore Corriere del Veneto . It is a mockery to present such a spartan flavor with a name that promises very high value. Then there is the atmosphere in the store: the girls at the counter were clearly exhausted, visibly stressed — zero smiles, zero enthusiasm. An attitude of someone with low morale, almost like a worker on a chain, with an obvious workload and no motivation. It is not an isolated impression: a review on Tripadvisor tells of a girl who was "rude, nervous, who did not greet and answered rudely for no reason" Tripadvisor . I do not know if it is modern slavery, but the environment is certainly not welcoming, nor human. In summary: Flavor: disappointing, lacking in personality and far from the "Piemontese" promise Labeling: misleading, as confirmed by the sentence Staff: visibly exhausted, oppressive atmosphere I recommend avoiding this ice cream shop: behind a high-sounding label hides a mediocre quality ice cream and a sad routine atmosphere. Better to look elsewhere for a genuine, authentic and more respectful experience both for the consumer and the people who work there.

02/03/2025: Mi spiace terribilmente... Location molto bella e curata...camerieri gentili ... Vini buoni... carbonara da top e tagliata nella norma...e si dirà cosa è andato storto..... infatti avevamo ordinato una tagliata in due dopo i primi e c'è ne sono state conteggiate due.... Sorbetto da 8.50 .... Un furto così com'è coperto da € 4.00 a persona.... E poi quasi 40 minuti per un caffè.... E poi ho visto da altre recensioni che quella delle comande a comodo non è proprio così rara.... Peccato perché se pur abbia mangiato bene .... sicuramente non consiglio e non tornerò...Ah e una pasta corta in bianco da più di €8..... Mi spiace ma non ci torneremo

21/10/2024: Furbacchioni. Ed uso questo termine perché la prima volta pensi ad un errore,la seconda al sono sfortunato,ma quest'ultima volta,eravamo in 16 tutti all'unanimità, si conferma il Tutto fumo e tanta disonestà. Ultra prezzi per bere e mangiare da caritas solo ben decorato

19/01/2025: Bought 7 large stuffed pancakes. On the card it says 2.50 euros for one. I go to pay and the bill is 27 euros... an... When asked for an explanation the answer was that after 3 pancakes you pay by weight..... Ah but it's not written there and in my opinion it's called screw people. In addition to the embarrassment of the sales assistant.... Next time I will make more bags of three..... Next time there won't be because you shouldn't go to the smart guys. On top of everything full of oil. Never again! Too bad you can't put it zero stars!

20/10/2024: Nice place but if you come at 4pm and want to drink a coffee with CREAM it's not possible because the cream is always finished.

12/03/2025: I nostri figli ci hanno regalato il pernottamento presso il rifugio Campolongo compresa la cena e la prima colazione. La nostra esperienza è stata molto soddisfacente. La camera era arredata in modo semplice, pulita e silenziosa. La cena è stata abbondante e ottima. La prima colazione comprendeva cibi salati e dolci, servita a buffet . I tavoli per gli ospiti del rifugio erano sistemati in un angolo tranquillo della sala ristorante. Abbiamo pagato la quota del parcheggio solo per l'automobile al nostro arrivo . Il nostro parere sull'ospitalità nel rifugio , nel complesso, è molto soddisfacente.

02/03/2025: Pessimo servizio e carissimo, personale molto gentile e preparato, titolari terribili. Soldi buttati quando intorno ci sono alternative più economiche per una qualità molto più alta.
