12/04/2025: Never again!!! Nothing to say about the excellent quality of the ingredients but the slow service, already when I booked when instead of 8 pm they asked me to arrive at 7:45 pm. Never happened before but the crazy thing is that for 2 spritzes, 2 pizzas, 2 beers and 2 desserts we spent 75 euros!!!! Pure madness!!!!

Nulla da dire per la qualità degli ingredienti di ottimo livello ma il servizio lento, già dalla prenotazione quando invece delle ore 20 mi chiedono di arrivare alle 19.45 mah mai capitato ma la cosa folle è che per 2 spritz, 2 pizze , 2 birre e 2 dolci abbiamo speso 75 euro!!!! Follia pura!!!!

31/12/2025: Booked at 6:25 PM for 8:00 PM, they delivered pizzas from people who had just arrived (favoring those who are regulars), waited 46 minutes, paid extra for a generous serving when it wasn't at all, and the cashier was always there, handling the money and putting sliced ​​meats on the pizzas without gloves (wow, hygiene standards). I'm attaching what they mean by "abundant," which they don't even consider when it's the only pizzeria open. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

18/08/2025: This summer, I've come to the gelateria several times in the evening, around 9 or 10 PM, well before closing time. However, every time I've asked for a milkshake, I've been told it wasn't possible: sometimes because the machine had already been cleaned, other times because there was no milk. Honestly, I find this unprofessional. Equipment should be cleaned at closing time, not while there are still customers. Alternatively, it would be appropriate to clearly state that certain products aren't served after a certain time. The problem isn't just the milkshake itself, but the impression of a lack of professionalism and care for those who choose it. Being the only gelateria in Camisano shouldn't justify such behavior; on the contrary, it should encourage them to offer a more reliable and respectful service.

26/04/2025: Cleanliness lacking, dirty rooms, holes with spiders, radiators with mold and cobwebs, blocked shutters, used tissues in the blankets and in a pillowcase, a beer cap under the wardrobes, a small hole in a mattress, a dirty mattress, hair in the pillow.

26/04/2025: Dirty rooms, holes all over the room and bathroom (complete with friendly, huge black spiders crawling out of them (I'm arachnophobic)), initially they gave me a room with a leak in the ceiling and it rained on the floor, but then they changed rooms (AT LEAST THAT). The balcony door shutters are nonexistent, beds that barely stay upright. Bidets that you can't wash yourself because they work like toilets, toilets with very little water that runs when you flush. Dirty mattresses and patterned mattress covers. Showers without water, excrement in the toilet as soon as you enter the room. ALSO FOUND A DIRTY HANDKERCHIEF UNDER THE BLANKETS AND INSIDE A PILLOW. Hair on the pillows.

05/03/2026: Regardless of the fact that we have always eaten excellent first courses, this evening we ordered 2 inedible carbonaras with no flavour - a shame.
