02/11/2025: On Saturday, after a walk with family and friends, we stopped for lunch, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The lady who welcomed us was friendly and attentive, bringing everything to our table in good time. The view from the table was fabulous. The simple but well-kept and warm dining room, with a blazing fire, was just the thing for an autumn lunch. The food? Definitely worth trying. We had: - pasta with radicchio and sausage, really well-seasoned, well-cooked, and in quantities between the right and generous. - simple white pasta for the kids, who don't eat anything else, and they polished it off. - tagliata with vegetables and a bed of arugula, really well-cooked. - pork ribs, tender and flavorful. - venison stew with polenta, on a nice, full plate, well-seasoned, and truly delicious. - hot baked potatoes, crispy but soft on the inside. - coffee. We didn't have dessert because we were full, but we'll try next time. Parking and tranquility are both available in this place. We recommend it

11/09/2025: Good evening, I'm Michele. With a sports group of 13-year-old boys, we stayed at the facility for a soccer retreat. We were warmly welcomed by everyone, especially Fabio, the owner. The staff were professional, and the rooms were clean. The food was excellent and plentiful upon request, suitable for a sports-related diet. This facility is worth considering for a future trip.

26/01/2026: Ordered from the menu: salad for the first course, followed by polenta and cod. Everything arrived together after "only" 25 minutes. The polenta and cod were at room temperature, far from hot. The polenta wasn't even cooked (precooked flour mixed with warm water), justifying it with: polenta gone! The cod was stringy, with no aroma or flavor. "Cold polenta isn't even worth a visit," my grandmother used to say. We're putting ourselves on the cross.

12/11/2025: The three of us drivers paid 46 euros each with a garlic, oil and chilli pepper dish and a plate of cheese and 2 bottles of wine and it was a complete disgrace.

06/04/2026: This cafe, located in Piazza della Signori in the center of Vicenza, is a lovely spot often seen on social media, with a beautiful glass-enclosed terrace. The Mont Blanc here is expensive, but delicious! This cafe generally has a higher price point for everything. Even at night, the cafe is lively with loud background music.

24/03/2026: We arrived in Vicenza and I was really looking forward to enjoying a traditional Aperol Spritz, but I have to admit I was disappointed. The only thing worth mentioning was the view of Piazza dei Signori. I drink this all the time and I know exactly how it should taste—and this, unfortunately, wasn't even close.

05/04/2026: August 15th 2021, what a nightmare!! We went to dinner on the evening of that August 15th. It was a nightmare experience. After a 50-minute wait, we still had to take our order. The dining room was packed, and no food was arriving for anyone. I even argued with the girl I was dating because she wanted to stay, but after an hour of waiting without even taking an order ⏳️ I got up and forced myself to leave. I'd rather a manager tell you they can't seat you because they're having kitchen problems than waste your time.

20/02/2026: Closed on weekdays. After checking the opening hours, my company and I came quite a long way to try Italian pizza. But upon arrival, we saw a closed door with the inscription "opening on Saturday" and were very disappointed and angry because the owner could not change the schedule in Google Maps. I understand that this is the same attitude towards visitors.

26/10/2025: I went to this Ostaria with five other people. We weren't happy and won't be back. The location is very beautiful because it overlooks the river and you can see the Bassano Bridge, but we didn't like the service because the waitress was rude. We had five Spritzes, one Coke, and two charcuterie boards for €57, and the Spritzes weren't good either. We sat inside at tiny, uncomfortable tables. I don't recommend it.

22/09/2025: *Displayed hours not respected and rude staff* We arrived at this establishment on Sunday evening around 8:15 PM, attracted by the sign outside indicating closing at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, the staff very rudely informed us that the establishment was already closed. When we pointed out that the posted hours stated otherwise, the response was abrupt and unprofessional, with the excuse that "we're short on waiters and we've locked the gate." Aside from the fact that we weren't able to use the service, the main problem is the disrespect and dishonesty of the information displayed. Not only did the establishment not respect the posted hours, but the staff didn't even apologize for the error, displaying a rude and annoyed attitude. A truly disappointing experience.

06/04/2026: Delicious pizzas, reasonable prices. Friendly staff, excellent service. Usually not too crowded. Highly recommended.

02/03/2026: €3.90 for a cappuccino and croissant is too much, not even in the historic center is it that expensive!

30/08/2025: The son is very kind and the stars are only for him. His mother is very rude and, among other things, she doesn't exchange scratch cards for money if they are more than 20 euros. Terrible.

01/02/2026: We stopped for a quick spritz early in the afternoon. It was served with a bowl of dry, chopped chips, and the taste of the wine was undrinkable, so much so that I couldn't finish it. The service also leaves much to be desired.

08/04/2026: My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't live up to expectations, especially considering the final bill of €94 for an appetizer, a first course, and a dessert each, with a glass of wine and water. The appetizers were rather simple: mine was a bit small in portions, while my girlfriend's (white asparagus) was more interesting but still not particularly memorable. The first courses, despite inviting pairings such as the reginette with Taggiasca olives and artichoke and the pasta with duck sauce, were also lacking in flavor and therefore not very satisfying. The desserts rounded out the dinner decently: mine was pleasant, while my girlfriend's, a lemon-based dessert, was rather unpleasant. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the value for money, which we found inadequate.

04/04/2026: Stressed out rude waiter. Very expensive for a small starter and small beer. 52 euros for 2 people.
