17/08/2025: 4 non-alcoholic aperitifs and a mini bowl of polenta crusts 🤐do you think it costs 14 euros? I paid because I was with other people and I didn't tell them how much it cost me 😱! But if you can, change places! It's really not worth it

05/10/2025: I bought three takeout pizzas, two from the menu and one with a speck base for €8.50 + burrata for €3.00 + cherry tomatoes for €2.00 + chopped pistachios for €3.00 for a total of €16.50. A real steal (it's inconceivable that a burrata costs exactly the same as a teaspoon of chopped pistachios and that 4 cherry tomatoes on a pizza is an additional €2.00). The pizzas were good, but the pizza that was supposed to be the least expensive was ridiculously overpriced. I definitely won't be getting takeout from this place again.

30/09/2025: We're delighted to return to this place for the quality of the pizzas: excellent dough, top-quality and fresh ingredients, and excellent combinations of ingredients, a true delight for the palate and for gourmet pizza lovers. Cinzia in the dining room is very knowledgeable and welcoming, and Ellison makes excellent pizzas. The owner, Ilenia, is a very cheerful person. Highly recommended.

07/09/2025: Great food , hospitality & a diverse menu

16/08/2025: I didn't have a good experience at all. I was in a hurry. All the tables are cleared after the order is placed. They take a long time to prepare them. The staff is very slow, and the dishes have flies in them. I even found a hair on the pizza. A bottle of water costs €4. I wouldn't recommend this place for a meal. They locked customers who were still eating inside. That's all I can say. I'm very disappointed and disgusted!!!

16/08/2025: A historic landmark in Gallio, it's a convenient spot for a beer or a spritz. It has a shaded outdoor seating area. The owner and staff are friendly and approachable.

11/08/2025: Today I stopped for lunch at this pub recommended by friends. We had bruschetta and a Club. I must say, everything was excellent. The staff was kind and friendly. If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by. Outdoor seating.

19/10/2025: Aperitif with friends. Total lack of staff training. Service incident involving spillage on clothes without any apology or assistance to fix the problem. A different product than requested was served without any notification. Not a good calling card for our beloved city.

31/08/2025: There were three of us, and next to us was another group of people who were clearly bothering other customers besides us with their smoke. A waitress who knew them started joking with them, then served us (it was all quite embarrassing). When the food arrived, one of the three items we ordered wasn't what we asked for (but something more expensive), and after calmly pointing it out, she angrily replied that it was what we ordered. And at the cash register, the mix-up continued, both the waitress and a colleague. Unfortunately, a trivial mistake ruined a moment of enjoyment for us. It's a shame, because the place is supposed to be in a nice area...

18/10/2025: Unfortunately, zero stars aren't allowed!! The rudeness of the blonde girl (I think her name is Anna) is appalling! She's not fit to work in a bar. Rude and arrogant. I recommend a psychiatric consultation, but urgently. Stay away!

25/08/2025: I've ordered from this pizzeria a few times (so far, we've ordered about four times in the year and a half I've lived in Schio), but there hasn't been a single time when things have gone well. NB: The quality of the pizza is acceptable! The first time, we asked for the pizzas to be cut; when we got to the place where we were supposed to eat them, we realized they were whole. We had to go home. The second time, we ordered a pizza with Taggiasca olives on top, and instead we found regular olives. The third time, I ordered a capricciosa with chips, and both the salami and the chips were missing (it had olives instead). I've read somewhere that the capricciosa doesn't always come with salami; however, one of their online menus lists it among the ingredients, so perhaps it would be helpful to specify this—especially since I've never ordered a capricciosa with olives instead of salami in the Veneto region. Furthermore, we had some guests who were a bit disappointed because they had also ordered capricciosa. Last time, mindful of the previous experience, I ordered a capricciosa with salami and fries. This time I found the salami, but surprise: there were no fries. I understand that it can be chaotic, especially at peak times, and mistakes are normal, but if we've found four mistakes out of four experiences, I'd ask myself a few questions (perhaps a checklist should be used before delivering the pizzas?). Last time, we ordered here because our local pizzeria was closed for vacation, but if it happens again, we'll go elsewhere.

22/09/2025: *Displayed hours not respected and rude staff* We arrived at this establishment on Sunday evening around 8:15 PM, attracted by the sign outside indicating closing at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, the staff very rudely informed us that the establishment was already closed. When we pointed out that the posted hours stated otherwise, the response was abrupt and unprofessional, with the excuse that "we're short on waiters and we've locked the gate." Aside from the fact that we weren't able to use the service, the main problem is the disrespect and dishonesty of the information displayed. Not only did the establishment not respect the posted hours, but the staff didn't even apologize for the error, displaying a rude and annoyed attitude. A truly disappointing experience.

06/09/2025: The view is definitely worth it, though the drinks and cicchetti are a shame. Affordable.

17/09/2025: We often come here for dinner, it's the only place where they make me a salad of my choice without any problems, the bread is warm and delicious, the prices are a little above average but it's worth it.

06/09/2025: A welcoming atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. A wide variety of sandwiches, bruschetta, club sandwiches, and pasta dishes. A must-visit day and night, even just for an aperitivo in the heart of Bassano.

28/07/2025: Best bar in all of Bassano. It's not worth going to the bars in the center and paying to be treated like a number when you can come to these two gorgeous ladies and be treated like royalty. They even offered me shots. If you have any qualms about these two ladies, contact me privately.

30/07/2025: Absolutely not recommended. The waitress was immediately annoyed and rude. The wait for the dishes was short, but the quality was truly mediocre. We had two meat main courses with two side dishes. The meat was obviously grilled on a griddle that had previously served fish, given the strong aftertaste it left in the mouth. The wine we consumed was also mediocre, nothing special. As for the price, it was completely average at €24 per person. The waiter who served us afterwards, however, was polite and attentive. When we paid the bill, the lady at the cash register, very annoyed and superficial, was truly indisposed and rude, so much so that she even made the other guests impatient. In short, everything was truly MEDIOCRE; I definitely wouldn't return in the future.
