26/10/2025: I went to this Ostaria with five other people. We weren't happy and won't be back. The location is very beautiful because it overlooks the river and you can see the Bassano Bridge, but we didn't like the service because the waitress was rude. We had five Spritzes, one Coke, and two charcuterie boards for €57, and the Spritzes weren't good either. We sat inside at tiny, uncomfortable tables. I don't recommend it.

22/09/2025: *Displayed hours not respected and rude staff* We arrived at this establishment on Sunday evening around 8:15 PM, attracted by the sign outside indicating closing at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, the staff very rudely informed us that the establishment was already closed. When we pointed out that the posted hours stated otherwise, the response was abrupt and unprofessional, with the excuse that "we're short on waiters and we've locked the gate." Aside from the fact that we weren't able to use the service, the main problem is the disrespect and dishonesty of the information displayed. Not only did the establishment not respect the posted hours, but the staff didn't even apologize for the error, displaying a rude and annoyed attitude. A truly disappointing experience.

01/02/2026: We stopped for a quick spritz early in the afternoon. It was served with a bowl of dry, chopped chips, and the taste of the wine was undrinkable, so much so that I couldn't finish it. The service also leaves much to be desired.

05/04/2026: August 15th 2021, what a nightmare!! We went to dinner on the evening of that August 15th. It was a nightmare experience. After a 50-minute wait, we still had to take our order. The dining room was packed, and no food was arriving for anyone. I even argued with the girl I was dating because she wanted to stay, but after an hour of waiting without even taking an order ⏳️ I got up and forced myself to leave. I'd rather a manager tell you they can't seat you because they're having kitchen problems than waste your time.

20/02/2026: Closed on weekdays. After checking the opening hours, my company and I came quite a long way to try Italian pizza. But upon arrival, we saw a closed door with the inscription "opening on Saturday" and were very disappointed and angry because the owner could not change the schedule in Google Maps. I understand that this is the same attitude towards visitors.

15/03/2026: We had a barley coffee, a corrected coffee and an ice cream. The staff were kind and helpful. The prices were average.

26/04/2026: The location has great potential, a wooden cabin near the start of the Excalibur trail. But the rudeness and discourtesy of the lady who welcomed us deserves only one star.

26/04/2026: It's been a while since I've been there. Yesterday, €3 for a shot glass of bitters was a steal. It'll be a while before I go back. After three years, I'm back and nothing has changed. I asked for a sandwich at 2 pm and was rudely told it was still lunch time and they didn't have time. There were maybe five tables that were already almost finished eating. I waited for a seat, but nothing, no sandwich, not even a hint that I wanted a drink, so I left. Some people should retire and make way for real restaurateurs.

27/05/2026: The food is really okay. Compared to other restaurants in malls, this is perfectly acceptable. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we received a dirty fork, but when we mentioned it, the staff quickly and politely provided us with new cutlery.

05/03/2026: Regardless of the fact that we have always eaten excellent first courses, this evening we ordered 2 inedible carbonaras with no flavour - a shame.

17/05/2026: Fortunately, it was only a short stay for a sporting event with my 12-year-old son's soccer team. The facility wasn't chosen directly by us, but was assigned by the event organizers. Calling it rundown would be an understatement; it lacks even the basic comforts to qualify it as a hotel. Inadequate heating, a complete lack of hot water, resulting in the children being subjected to freezing showers, unfortunately unavoidable after sports, and rooms that reveal an inexcusable lack of care. We didn't use the restaurant service; we opted for the hotel across the street, following the organizers' instructions, but I think that would have been difficult to change the overall negative opinion expressed by the entire group.

18/08/2025: This summer, I've come to the gelateria several times in the evening, around 9 or 10 PM, well before closing time. However, every time I've asked for a milkshake, I've been told it wasn't possible: sometimes because the machine had already been cleaned, other times because there was no milk. Honestly, I find this unprofessional. Equipment should be cleaned at closing time, not while there are still customers. Alternatively, it would be appropriate to clearly state that certain products aren't served after a certain time. The problem isn't just the milkshake itself, but the impression of a lack of professionalism and care for those who choose it. Being the only gelateria in Camisano shouldn't justify such behavior; on the contrary, it should encourage them to offer a more reliable and respectful service.
