04/01/2026: As I've read many other reviews, unfortunately, this is a place to avoid. The piadinas are stuffed with nothing! They're practically empty, meaning that for €7, €8, or €10 you're paying for an empty piadina. I've been to other locations of this chain, and it's absolutely not like this at the other restaurants. Whoever runs it obviously wants to close down soon.

01/01/2026: I went today with my daughter to try it, but I didn't like the service. The food wasn't bad, but very little for the price. Well, anyway, it's in the historic center and everything costs more there, but a little more vegetables and good service would be greatly appreciated.

27/11/2025: I ordered pizzas on the spot to have them delivered. The scheduled time was 7:30. They arrived at 7:48. One pizza was missing. They told me I'd have it made right away and come back. After 40 minutes, nothing. No apologies, or a "sorry," or we'd offer it due to the mix-up. Disappointing.

20/02/2026: Closed on weekdays. After checking the opening hours, my company and I came quite a long way to try Italian pizza. But upon arrival, we saw a closed door with the inscription "opening on Saturday" and were very disappointed and angry because the owner could not change the schedule in Google Maps. I understand that this is the same attitude towards visitors.

09/02/2026: Terrible place. The elderly owner still serves coffee and breakfast with a shaky hand, so it's best to gloss over the quality of the food. The interior is also nicely decorated, but we're not entirely satisfied with many aspects, starting with the way the croissants are made: small and unappealing. The parking lot in front is narrow and quite inconvenient, although there are about ten spots.

12/01/2026: Unfortunately, I witnessed a scene that was better left unseen. We basically order, sit down, and wait. Shortly after, I see the waitress turn the corner of the counter and take a couple of drags on a cigarette (like an Iquos or whatever it's called), and in a split second she reappears from behind with my sandwich in hand. I've worked in the restaurant business all my life, and I'm not used to writing reviews, especially negative ones, because I understand the job and everything, but I think that in 2026, it's unacceptable for a person behind the counter to smoke a cigarette and then go serve customers... all under the eyes of the least fortunate. I'm sorry because the coffee was good, as were the pastries and sandwiches, but this really can't go unnoticed, and I hope that action is taken.

06/01/2026: We were passing through and stopped for a pizza, then looking at the menu we opted for a tagliata with side, and it was an excellent choice. The meat was delicious and tender. The side dishes were simple but delicious too. Very friendly staff and fast service. We'll be back!

19/12/2025: August... we tried a little bit of everything! Tasty dishes, often quite generous! The pizza they make for dinner is also very good. The wait staff is friendly and kept busy even with the packed house... with August 15th just around the corner :-)

07/07/2025: Nice, well-kept place; with kind and trained female staff in the industrial area of ​​Schio, excellent for lunch break. The atmosphere is relaxing, the menus are varied, from 11 to 15 euros; and the service is fast, it is not necessary to book. I recommend the single dishes.

26/01/2026: Ordered from the menu: salad for the first course, followed by polenta and cod. Everything arrived together after "only" 25 minutes. The polenta and cod were at room temperature, far from hot. The polenta wasn't even cooked (precooked flour mixed with warm water), justifying it with: polenta gone! The cod was stringy, with no aroma or flavor. "Cold polenta isn't even worth a visit," my grandmother used to say. We're putting ourselves on the cross.

12/11/2025: The three of us drivers paid 46 euros each with a garlic, oil and chilli pepper dish and a plate of cheese and 2 bottles of wine and it was a complete disgrace.

17/02/2026: Perfect location, shame about the service. The waiters, let's call them that, are young men who don't even know what it means to be a waiter. Very disappointed. What a fool I'd look if I brought someone to this restaurant. The food was decent.

17/02/2026: Unfortunately, it's unclassifiable: I entered with a couple of friends because the Piazza dei Signori was beautifully sunny. I asked a waitress if we could have a drink at the tables outside (since there were people there). She kindly said, "I'll have a drink right away, sir." "Come back," she said, "I'm sorry, but it's too late for a drink." We left, shocked.

25/01/2026: A truly enchanting place, especially for those visiting with children. For this very reason, it's even more unpleasant to be greeted by such rude management. The lady who welcomed us was unfriendly. Politeness and an understanding of what it means to run a business open to the public seem sadly lacking. Fortunately, nearby, there are plenty of places where you can eat very well and be greeted with a smile.

04/01/2026: Delicious, authentic food, all homemade, and the menu changes daily. We ordered five first courses, three second courses, half a liter of wine, water, and a Coke for €109.00. The owners were friendly. Reservations are highly recommended; the restaurant has four or five tables. We called, and even though it was busy, they served us around 1:40 PM as soon as a table became available. We'll definitely be back.

26/10/2025: I went to this Ostaria with five other people. We weren't happy and won't be back. The location is very beautiful because it overlooks the river and you can see the Bassano Bridge, but we didn't like the service because the waitress was rude. We had five Spritzes, one Coke, and two charcuterie boards for €57, and the Spritzes weren't good either. We sat inside at tiny, uncomfortable tables. I don't recommend it.

22/09/2025: *Displayed hours not respected and rude staff* We arrived at this establishment on Sunday evening around 8:15 PM, attracted by the sign outside indicating closing at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, the staff very rudely informed us that the establishment was already closed. When we pointed out that the posted hours stated otherwise, the response was abrupt and unprofessional, with the excuse that "we're short on waiters and we've locked the gate." Aside from the fact that we weren't able to use the service, the main problem is the disrespect and dishonesty of the information displayed. Not only did the establishment not respect the posted hours, but the staff didn't even apologize for the error, displaying a rude and annoyed attitude. A truly disappointing experience.

07/01/2026: The place is decorated with unique objects, like bicycles hanging from the ceiling, pedal stools... Very special cicchetti with delicious and unique combinations of ingredients.

06/01/2026: Very nice atmosphere, super friendly people, and the cicchetti… among the best I've ever had! A truly enjoyable aperitif.

02/03/2026: €3.90 for a cappuccino and croissant is too much, not even in the historic center is it that expensive!
