01/12/2025: I've been to this trattoria several times for lunch and dinner. I'd start by saying that the place is truly lovely, the view from the terrace is equally as lovely, and the interior features a truly unique and interesting decor. As for the staff, I can say that I immediately felt at ease, thanks to their expertise, politeness, and helpfulness. For food, I tried several typical local products that I really enjoyed, from the presentation to the delicious flavor. The meat was truly well-made, perfectly cooked, and simply delicious. I also tried several first courses, from wild boar pappardelle to gnocchi with butter and sage, pumpkin ravioli, meat and radicchio rolls... truly special. I highly recommend this trattoria; next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by. Below are some other dishes I tried during my stay in Monte di Malo, all truly beautiful to look at and delicious to eat.

02/10/2025: If I could eat at Origin every single day, I would! The food is outstanding and feels so carefully prepared. There is such attention to detail, and the flavors are unbelievable. The filet, mushrooms and potatoes were absolutely to die for-rich, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. It’s rare to find a spot where every plate feels this special, but Origin nails it. Truly one of the best dining experiences in Bassano!

01/10/2025: We had a perfect lunch with bigoli with duck and gnocchi with pumpkin sauce. Amazing.

14/02/2026: The pizzas are delicious and well-cooked, and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The only downside is that they don't keep much in stock, and the fried fish and desserts are sold out. But that can happen. Recommended.

09/11/2025: We had bruschetta, a welcoming atmosphere, and good service. I was fooled by the excellent reviews of the pizzas, but the bruschetta was terrible, served on a very old piece of wood, supermarket-quality bread, and ingredients of poor quality and quantity... I spent little, but it was a waste of money. I hope the owners read my review, because the place deserves it.
