03/02/2025: Bellissima location, locale elegante e tranquillo. Personale gentile e competente. Ottimo cibo da ristorante stellato. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, bella serata. Bravi!!

03/02/2025: Purtroppo solo 5 stelle, ma ne meriterebbero di più ! Accolti con il sorriso e coccolati per tutta la cena . Noi abbiamo degustato il menù degustazione vegetariano/vegano e siamo stati più che soddisfatti. Non scendo troppo nei particolari perché consiglio di provare in primis l esperienza al ristorante La Chiusina . Oltre all' ottima cucina anche il servizio è ottimo, il sig Simone è una persona squisita , ma tutto lo staff è speciale. Prodotti scelti di qualità che sì sente . Un esperienza che vale assolutamente la spesa . Io e mia moglie ci siamo riproposti di tornarci perché un posto così ti rende felice . Grazie per aver reso ancora più speciale la nostra esperienza a Borghetto.

26/01/2025: Beautiful, very special location. Kindness and affability of the owners always available. Excellent food but with a but! The bruschetta, maybe I'm wrong because of the little light there was, but did they look like slices of bread to me? If this were the case, you cannot serve such a beautiful platter of cured meats without having some slice of an excellent loaf. Adequate prices however with a But! Asking €18 for 3 lamb chops seems a bit excessive given that it goes for €20/22 per kg. Was the dish perhaps three ounces of lamb in total? With 4 chops perhaps it would have been more accepted. However, apart from these small details, I recommend it. Take the rib eye which is fabulous.

22/01/2025: I ate an excellent Florentine steak for the right amount, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was truly characteristic. Definitely coming back.

17/02/2025: Lots of choice of stuffed tortellini, we tried the fried ones as an appetizer, never tried them before and they were really good!! Including the meat it is really excellent

08/02/2025: I have known this restaurant for about 50 years and it is always at a level of excellence in the field of traditional local cuisine. The tortellini are always exceptional as are the grilled and roasted meats. The wine list is also noteworthy. Fast and attentive service. Super recommended!!

11/11/2024: Excellent quality, I've never had such good tortelli, the filling tastes exceptionally, excellent variety. Too bad that the starter included in the weekend menu was really poor. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a first course of tortelli

05/01/2025: La location è graziosa e accogliente, con una vista spettacolare sul panorama circostante. Il cibo è di alta qualità, preparato con prodotti locali freschi. I tortellini erano davvero deliziosi, e l'idea di proporli in degustazione, con assaggi di diverse varianti, è stata una scelta originale e apprezzata. Un'esperienza piacevole in un ambiente curato. Consiglio di prenotare.

06/01/2025: Recommended by a local shopkeeper, we had lunch in this delightful trattoria. Friendly, attentive and kind staff. The menu makes you want to order everything, we ate the famous tortellini both in broth and with really good butter and sage, not to mention the exquisite desserts. Super super recommended we will be back for sure. It is truly fortunate that these ports where tradition meets taste still exist.

31/12/2024: Trattoria il Cavallino gave us a delicious lunch during our visit to Borghetto and Valeggio sul Mincio. Emanuela's welcome was warm and professional, while the quality of the food and drinks proved to be excellent. The restaurant, with its family atmosphere and lovely outdoor area, is welcoming and pet-friendly. A place that knows how to perfectly combine local gastronomic tradition with genuine hospitality. Advised!

15/02/2025: Il locale è accogliente e predispone a buone aspettative. abbiamo mangiato un tortellino non male ma era facile, fatto dal pastificio e condito con burro e noci. I secondi hanno molto tardato ad arrivare, perché il locale incamera molti utenti pur offrendo spazi ridotti, tanto che abbiamo pranzato con la coppia accanto a noi e il loro cane. i camerieri non riuscivano a passare tra i tavoli. Ad ogni modo, i secondi erano pessimi, ed è dire poco, uno era freddo e insapore e l'altro era immangiabile (baccalà rimasto nel piatto che nessuno del personale ha avuto cura di chiedere al cliente cosa non andasse). Non tornerò più. Conto anche Medio alto...

15/02/2025: Siamo venuti una prima volta a novembre scorso per festeggiare il compleanno di mio padre e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti, tanto da tornarci mio marito ed io per San Valentino. Tutto molto buono come la prima volta, personale accogliente e simpatico. Nulla da dire se non che lo consiglio e che ci ritorneremo.

03/02/2025: Excellent experience!! Quality dishes presented with care, quick waiting times. Reasonable bill in relation to what is consumed. Competent and helpful staff. I really enjoyed the visit downstairs and a quick chat about various types of wines and labels. A clear sign, not only of competence, but also of passion in one's work and availability towards the customer. Places like this should be frequented over and over again and allowed to grow, because they deserve it. We will definitely return

11/11/2024: Among the many restaurants that can be found in Borghetto Sul Mincio, during our walk, we were immediately dazzled by the Lo Stappo restaurant. The central and privileged position on the Mincio river led us to choose one of the menus offered. We must say that we immediately hit the mark!!! 😋😋😋 Everything really delicious and impeccable service. Quality products and attentive staff made this experience perfect. Good first one!!! ❤️

10/11/2024: We tried to book the place several times. First in person on an unfortunately crowded day. We were treated rudely by a perhaps stressed waiter when we asked if there was the possibility of eating theirs. We subsequently called several times with no response from them. Finally we tried to make a reservation with the fork where they told us that the restaurant would no longer have service from the next day via message.
