22/10/2025: Very good pizza with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Venice. Friendly and helpful server.

05/10/2025: We were originally going to Pier 12, but encountered a storm, so Pier 12 became our safe haven. The owner was very friendly and there was only one person serving at the time, but he still served food and drinks very efficiently.

21/10/2025: Lunch for 40 people. Average dishes, understaffed for the number of guests, and extremely slow service. Arriving at 12:30, we finished our appetizers by 3:30, like it was a wedding. There wasn't a single dish I was completely satisfied with, but the worst was certainly the mussels and clams: extremely salty, lots of empty, dry mussels, and I barely saw any clams (the small ones you find on the beach). Maybe they're not used to serving groups, but I expect more from a restaurant near the sea.

20/10/2025: I wanted to write a review... then I noticed the biased, and I'd even say offensive, responses to the reviews themselves... so let's just say I'll give it one star. ***** in response to feedback ***** I'm leaving one star for the atmosphere; the restrooms were difficult to deal with due to their lack of cleanliness (the bare minimum); I'm leaving two stars for the staff's service; I can imagine they work hard, but the spirit is perplexing; I'm leaving one star for the food, even though "trattoria" doesn't mean disrespecting the ingredients, both in terms of cooking techniques and flavors; there's too much salt; sometimes tasting before serving is the best thing to do.

19/10/2025: Great food, incredibly friendly service and also a nice ambience. Came here for dinner and definitely would consider coming back. We had some grilled veggies, a pizza and some panna cotta for dessert after some good recommendations from the waitstaff.

19/08/2025: A basic place with very little choice. The lady at the counter wouldn't let us sit because the bar was being requisitioned by construction workers who hadn't arrived yet (11:00 AM). I ordered two HOT fruit juices for €3 each. Totally rude.

01/11/2025: Splendid location overlooking the canal with San Marco opposite (we stayed in a spacious double room with a private bathroom). New, well-renovated building, lovely indoor relaxation area with bar, tables, and sofas, board games, and books available to read. Downsides: terrible breakfast with industrial-strength croissants and undrinkable coffee, and only one towel per person in the room.

27/10/2025: If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke. Generator Hostel Venice pretends to be a “cool design hostel,” but in reality, it’s a noisy, disrespectful money-grab with zero care for guests. They have a so-called restaurant right next to reception that they rent out for private parties — and yes, they turn the entire hostel into a nightclub. The night before my marathon, they threw a birthday party blasting music until 2 a.m. The walls were shaking, people couldn’t sleep, and the staff did absolutely nothing. Totally unacceptable and incredibly inconsiderate toward guests who actually need rest. You can’t even bring your own food to the common areas because they clearly want to force you to spend money in their overpriced restaurant. Bathrooms were disgusting — mould, leaks, and puddles of water everywhere. The showers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. And don’t expect any privacy — the beds have no curtains, and space between them is very little, you literally have a feeling that you sleep next to each others. I’ve stayed in hostels all around the world — cheap ones, fancy ones, big and small — and this is by far the worst of them all. It only looks good in pictures. In reality, it’s dirty, loud, and run by people who don’t care about their guests at all. Save yourself the disappointment — stay literally anywhere else.

23/04/2025: Los camareros eran groseros e inútiles. El servicio tomó mucho tiempo. La comida no valía la pena el precio. Tuvimos que llamar a los camareros para todo dos veces, servilletas, menús, factura.

20/04/2025: Ci siamo finiti per caso grazie a un suggerimento dell'hotel, appena arrivati siamo accorti che ci aspettavano una serata speciale. Locale splendido, cucina ottima, ricercata e anche un po' avveniristica. Servizio top, con grande simpatia. 🔝

04/11/2025: The macaroni was hard, the microwave was overused, the pizza was just thawed from the freezer, a small cup of milk cost 4.5 yuan, and they even charged a seating fee. I have never been to such a terrible restaurant before, and I sincerely regret not reading the reviews.

24/09/2025: Small restaurant in the middle of a square. We went there several nights in a row for a drink because it has low prices. The servers are very friendly and responsive. Regarding the dishes, they are generous and good. We don't understand the very low bill and highly recommend this place.

30/07/2025: Buonissimi gli hamburger..ma troppo cari i prezzi soprattutto delle bibite e tempi d attesa lunghi nonostante il locale fosse praticamente vuoto. Non mi piace tutta questa tecnologia a tavola (chiama il cameriere con il qr, per il conto ecc) ho dato un voto positivo solo per gli hamburger che erano effettivamente buoni ma per il resto no, non mi è piaciuto.

13/10/2025: I've seen three negative reviews of this place that were posted with malicious intent, and I'm here to refute them. I was fortunately present at the time of the incident, and I consider it malicious intent to damage the reputation of a great bar with impressive human qualities. A guy went to the bathroom and upon exiting, grabbed a water from the fridge and went to what one of the bar owners who was near the bathroom said to him, "Excuse me, have you paid for the water?" The guy replied, "Yes." The owner asked the cashier to confirm that he did pay, and the owner told the guy, "Excuse me, thank you." However, I see in the comments that the protagonist of the events and his friends are exaggerating in a malicious way, claiming it was racism because of the guy's skin color, which was not the case. I was near one of the owners, and from his position, there is a column next to the register, so he was unable to see when the guy first went to the register and paid for the water. Of course it was a confusion that has nothing to do with racism but with being attentive to your business because more than one person (regardless of their skin color) has taken a product without paying, alleging racism is disproportionate and even more so calling for the closure of the business for a minor incident, I understand that the guy felt attacked but if he were an empathetic and conscious person he would understand. I consider the H369 bar my favorite bar in Jesolo where the first thing they strive for is to have excellent attention and service, they always have a smile, and their cocktails are undoubtedly the best in Jesolo.

31/08/2025: I go into the bar and buy a water. The owner with a mean look stops me and says, "Hey, where did you get that water?" I answer, "At the bar," and he asks, "Did you buy it?" I'm perplexed and say, "Yes." After I said yes, not happy, my chest puffed out, he was coming towards me with a stern face and asking, "Are we sure?" I wink, speechless, shrug my shoulders and tell him, look at the cashier... the cashier looks at him and nods as if to say yes, he paid me... I left with a nervous look.
